I honestly believe NFLX sucks, and is over-hyped and over-priced. As a result, people will look for alternatives. GZFX has an opprotunity to capitalize on this, and MM will see that the need is filled. I don't know how long interests will remain, so my exit will be based on volume. This is a very risky stock, regardless of anything you read. Don't bet what you can't afford to lose. A drop under .0145 or so, and I'm gone. I don't swing, I'm willing to hold as long as GZFX does. I have no time horizon.

Hi

I don't see what the problem is with Wallst.net

They tell you in their disclaimer that they are paid by the companies. They don't make it a
secret. So they are in the advertizing business.

They promote these mostly otc and pink sheet stocks. I think this provides a place for
the small business management to tell their story to the public and for us to get info.

I don't see the big difference between the companies putting out press releases and telling investers about the company via interviews with Walst.net

They also hold conferences 3-4 times a year where the investers can meet with the company
managers and get info. Ofcourse they chage the companies and the investers go free.

You can talk to Nick Iyer at Wallst.net(1800-4wallst). He is the CEO and is very nice.

By the way wallst.net is going public.
It is owned by Wall street Direct, Inc. which is merging with Financial media group.

The shell company Financial media group is trading under the ticker symbol fngp.ob

Lathia,

1. Would you buy a stock that CNBC, or CNN told you to buy while they were getting paid from that company to report on them?
2. You don't see this as a serious conflict of interests?
3. Add to that,  wallst.net does not overtly tell you upfront of their relationship with companies, you have to look hard for it.
4. And they appear to be a news company on the surface, all to intentionally confused and trick the novice investor, mostly retirees looking for a growing place to put their pensions so they don't get eaten up by inflation.

This is a major scam, and everyone should avoid everything they recommend.

Correction: That Was a Beautiful Close

... if you believe that this is a local retracement, and know that it is healthy. If you understand the fundamentals of this play, then you are wringing your hands with glee, especially if you are a buyer.

And if you are a holder, you know the bounce will be great.

I am both today.

tommyt,

Thanks for your concern. But this is what I think:

At the end of all their press releases by wallst.net says something like this:

About Wall Street Network

Wall Street Network is owned and licensed by Wall Street Direct, Inc. All material herein was prepared by Digital Wall Street, Inc., a multimedia provider of original, insightful commentary and news from North America's leading publicly traded companies giving a direct link to the management of today's fastest-growing companies through encompassing executive interviews and sector seminars. The company provides a free service to consumers, and a paid, premium monthly subscription to its members. Digital Wall Street, Inc. has received five hundred thousand free trading shares of NBVB from a third party for press and advertising services for Nationwide Beverage Bottling Corp. Digital Wall Street, Inc. has received thirty three thousand four hundred eighty dollars from GameZnFlix, Inc. for media and advertising services. For a complete list of our business relationships, visit www.wallst.net/disclaimer.asp .

I think this is pretty clear and not hard to find.

As for buying stock they recommend, I don't buy stocks based on anyone's recommendation. I don't even buy or sell when David does all the time. I do my own research as should everyone. Ultimately it is our money.

Good Luck!

Hmm, that's not what your wife told me ;)

The opportunity with GZFX over the long term is great for sure,  hyped up market, hyped up speculators, hyped up chart (well not past couple days anyways).

But as with most pennies there is a dark side that everyone needs to be wary of. I see 2 dark sides that concern me ( I don't have a position as yet for those 2 reasons). 1) Read the 10Q filing there is a section relating to huge stock dilution due to a deal with a finance company that is tied in to stock price. GZFX actually state that the number of shares they might have to issue to the company if they exercise debentures is basically unlimited. I posted this info a few days ago in this thread. 2) Naked shorting, the fact that GZFX is listed on Berlin is not because they requested it, it is because of an historical scam whereby loads of OTCC stocks were listed on the Berlin exchange by a German stock broking firm (without the companies consent or initiation)  for the express pupose of  naked short selling. Many of those affected companies have spent a lot of time, money, effort to get themselves delisted from Berlin. In fact again in the GZFX 10Q filing they also state the debenture deal I mentioned above could make them succesptible to naked short selling 'attacks' Do a google search 'naked short selling Berlin' and see for yourselves. Or read this http://www.faulkingtruth.com/Articles/Investing101/1004.html
So, those 2 factors make me very wary especially when trying to predict where a pullback will go to.
Anyway enough of my ramblings, looking at the chart you really want $0.015 to hold.
Good Luck

No offense Tommyt but i disagree with you about wallst.net. I happen to think that it is a great website that offers info about a company from a different approach than a PR. No i dint buy anything for the sole fact that they reccomend it. I do my DD and this is just another part of that research.

Wallst.net is a form of advertisement. And advertising costs money. I see no problem with a company paying for an advertisement IMO.

Relax, and stick around. Nobody here wants you to lose money? And, by the way, I'm holding 500k GZFX for the long term, (and not because of anything you posted).

Just out of curiosity, are you selling those 500k shares based on the fact they were featured on wallst.net?

Like I said in the beginning, I have more respect for SOF than to use it as a place to re- distribute conflicted garbage, that appears to be a source of DD. Come on. I hope everyone makes money and I didn't say I'll sell GZFX, I owned it before Wallst.net so-called interview. They are deceptive, why not call it what it is?  They know most people have a limited amount of time, and will only listen to the interview and move on. Few, on a percentage basis, will scroll down and read a footnote, then click to another website to read more footnotes. Why don't they tell you their relationship with the company they are interviewing on the air?

Isn't SOF about being honest? Working together to find a way around all of the scams out there? What's the point of us just cutting and pasting everything we find without "discussing it for what it really is"?  Before I brought this up, nobody mention it. Now everyone states they knew this, but like wallst.net for other reasons.
There is gambling, and there is investing. And I admit I'm gambling GZFX has a chance of stealing some market share from NFLX here, but when I gamble I don't need to find false re-assurance for my bet. When I invest I want integrity. Paid mouthpieces have no integrity.

Good morning!

Today is the first trading day of December!  Looks like many trades were closed out yesterday to finish the month of November (even David Randolph closes out his Fast 3SOF folder at the end of each month and is starting his new trades this morning for December!).

All the European market are in the green (see charts) and both FTSE and DAX are up significantly with momentum building in the latter part of the trading day!

If US market rebounds today, especially with Nasdaq, then good news for tech/consumer sector which has taken a dip the last few days.  If GZFX has been trending with this sector, then it may trend up if the rebound occurs.  As always, time will tell.

As to GameZnFlix, the more people I talk to, the more are expressing their inability to get the movies they want with Netflix and are willing or already have switched to GameZnFlix to give them a try or to benefit from combination movies and game rental.  With 25% increase in the month of November alone, as the word spreads about and people learn of GameZnFlix, the continued increase in subscription will be a "matter of time."

Have a nice trading day everyone!

Isn't this about a 60% retracement point this morning, from the .005 to .025 run ?
Chartmarkers can do the confirming.

Repost from swing trading MB:  (fousc I see your chart now!)

Many have asked about retracement and how low it is supposed to go.

My wife and I looked at many charts all morning and did a "rough" trendline for GZFX.

If the current price is at the trendline with RSI(14) below 50, then we should be rebounding from now.

I also did another chart (see below) with vertical lines right at the bottom of RSI(2) drops that correspond with gains.  I know many have questioned the "technical" trending of stocks, but the chart looks faily compelling.

(I didn't want to lose detail, so use the scroll on the bottom of chart to see the right of chart)

fousc, what do you think?

= update =
Am I happy to see the rebound!  Well, gotta get ready for work!
BTW, market is closing up!

Hey RJ, Sorry i don't know how to figure that question out for ya.

As for today..... Well this whole week wasn't very fun to watch. Though im in for the long term and pennies are volitile and take time to develop. Todays candle was of a little encouragement though making a bounce off the original asecending trendline that i was following when i entered my position at .0069. Hopefully we will end the week on an up note with rally tomorrow  ;D.
