One thing I don't see mentioned to much. Games are much more expensive than DVD's....AND....Games last much much longer than 2 hours.

You can do a reiceve, watch, and put in mail next day for a DVD movie...

For a game (more expensive) its more like receive, keep about a week (maybe more if you like it), and return it....

How will this impact their business model as different from netflix?  Would this be why Netflix wouldnt do it?

Questions, I dont know the answers.

P.S. Like i said i signed up for the 14 day Free trial for 2 dvd/games out at a time last night at like 1:30 am. Just checked my account queue and the first 2 dvd's have already been shipped! Thats pretty damn good if you ask me, Lets see how long it takes to get here.......

Well my movies finally arrived today ;) 5 days later. Which isn't too bad i guess when i compare it to how long it takes for something i order off the internet to get here with ground shipping from another state. Though when i compare it to Netflix, they outperform GZFX by far. Heres why:

-Netflix has 37 distribution centers accross the US. Fortunatley the closest one to me is about an hour away in Salem, Oregon. So it takes only one day for Netflix to reach me. My girlfriend recently signed up for Netflix, tried to convince her to go for GZFX but they don't carry tv series shows like desperate housewives and sex and the city DVD's which she wanted. So she signed up for Netflix. And now im glad she did sign up for Netflix cause otherwise we would be waiting 5 days to get our movies 8)

In light of my experience with GZFX, though Netflix completly outperforms them, it doesn't dampin my spirits on GZFX. Its alsmost unfair to compair the too companies. Yes, they provide the same type of service. But Netlfix is an established company and has had time to grow. GZFX is just starting out so im not expecting them to be better than Netflix.

Though for them to continue customer growth i believe the first thing on their list to be done is to expand their distribution centers so they can decrease the transit time of DVD's/Movies to customers. Cause to be honest, i dont wanna wait 5 days for my movies when i can get them from netflix in a day.

As well im not ever expecting GZFX to be worth $25/share like Netlfix. But the potential to be worth more than a penny or 2? without a doubt. I still got faith in GZFX and think 06 has the potential to be a big year for their company.

As for what higherstocks said about the company in the process of the dilution of 2.5 billion shares i have not heard anything about therefore i believe it is untrue. In their 10-QSB filing released on 11/15/05 states that as of the pps of november 10th at .01, If the market price drops 25% to .0075 then they will dilute 2.5billion shares. 50% to .005 then 4.1 billion shares diluted, and 75% to .0025 then they will dilute a whopping 8.25 billiion more shares.

Heres from the Filing:

(g) Adjustable Conversion Price Feature of Debentures Could Require the Issuance of Greater Number of Shares.

The Company's obligation to issue shares upon conversion of the convertible debentures to Golden Gate Investors, Inc. (see Liquidity and Capital Resources, below) is essentially limitless. The following is an example of the amount of shares of GameZnFlix common stock that are issuable upon conversion of the convertible debentures (excluding accrued interest), based on market prices 25%, 50% and 75% below the market price as of November 10, 2005 of approximately $0.01:

                               Number           % of
% Below         Price Per    With Discount    of Shares    Outstanding
Market            Share         at 18%        Issuable        Stock

25%             $0.0075       $0.0060       2,735,000,000      73.90%

50%             $0.0050       $0.0040       4,110,000,000      80.97%

75%             $0.0025       $0.0020       8,235,000,000      89.50%

So .0075 is the price that we need to watch out for in the case of dilution. Though im not worried at all about this dilution, because i would be out of the stock before it hit .0075 anyways :D

As for today price action bounced off the ascending trendline up 4% or so on low volume. Nothing too exciting.

Good luck to everyone holding.

Im thinking this drop below .01, but was surprised to see it rally today.

There are way to many shares here with not a good enough chance for some nice % volatility. The only people making money here are the ones with BIG cash to buy into this over diluted whale. Then maybe they can make some % do to sheer size of their shares they are holding, but i can't expect this stock to do anything phenomenal. Especially with 2billion + extra.
I don't know how people can ignore or not be worried about the dilution when it's going to range from 50%-75% in size of an already over-used o/s.

From what I understand there are 1.2B shares outstanding, and the company has authorised to themup to 4 billion shares. But have only issued 1.2 Billion.

I will be watching the share issue closely as well. But, the outstanding shares are 1.2, not 2, not 4.

At least not now.  The price is reflective of the dilution, I don't think volatility is an issue.

i myself like high volatility, an gzfx will move with limited volatility due to them having so many shares outstanding.

From what I understand volatility comes with dollars going in and out....so, we see a volume day of 60 million that's only $780K....780thousand isnt going to give you volatility....with any stock.

volatility is % swings. due to gzfx having many many more shares in the o/s, it will take a bigger dollar amount to influence the range. due to this the volatility with gzx is low.

% volatility swings in PRICE, Price is influenced by # of shares being traded....# of shares being traded is influenced by $$$$'s being spent.

So, if buyers with serious money spend $'s, # of shares traded increases, so will follow the PPS, and thusly the % volatility....

And, all of which flows from the fundementals of the company itself, because THAT is what influences players with serious $$ to get involved in the first place.

WHen/IF this company starts pulling in some good numbers/subscriptions, the $$ will follow...until then, its just us private investors with our small change....that doesnt influence price that greatly..but this is an opportunity to get in cheap assuming the company will grow.

I assume the company will grow.

aluation?

IF we were to do a revenue to market cap comparison, excluding P/E multiples (which for Netflix is in 30's), for now.

The market cap as of today is 15.80M

How many subscriptions will give a revenue of 15.80 million?

I'm the kind of guy that works from the ground up when analysing as stock.

Now, I want to establish a "fair market cap/value" for the stock, before P/E multiples are decided....

What is the profit percentage for GZFX?

What is the revenue average per sub?

Etc...

If you campare to market leader Netflix, here are its info:

Enterprise Value (23-Dec-05)3: 1.32B
Trailing P/E (ttm, intraday): 190.34
Forward P/E (fye 31-Dec-06) 1: 34.50
PEG Ratio (5 yr expected): 1.63
Price/Sales (ttm): 2.36
Price/Book (mrq): 8.34
Enterprise Value/Revenue (ttm)3: 2.07
Enterprise Value/EBITDA (ttm)3: 44.101

Could this stock be any more boring? ;) Im still just sitting here waiting unpatiently for the PR of CC and GZFX going national. Im thinking they will co-release the news on or around jan 15th when the pilot program ends. Until then i dont think much is gonna happen with GZFX. Volume just keeps declining and price action certainly isn't nomadic. So i'll sit, i'll wait, and soon, i "will" make money ;) Once the news is out i will probably sell soon after the rally and buy back in on a retracement to build my share base, i wish i would have done that on the last rally.

As for TA of this sloth:

Price action still barely hanging in the ascending trend closing basically at the trendline today on low volume. RSI has been hanging out around 50 showing a balance between the bulls and bears. Apparently the bulls and bears are friends now and decided to stop fighting.

Short term daily chart is looking semi a decent though. Decent because of the short term bullish uptrend and the symmetrical triangle forming, yet only Semi because of the lack of volume.

The Weekly  chart definatly shows the amount of movement that GZFX has not been doing. Its not good or bad really. Not good cause were not goin up, and not bad cause were not going down  ;) the 2 dojis are showing the undecisevness of the bulls and bears.

happy holidays everyone, Cya tuesday :)
