I think people are selling because they know that most likely these new shares will be sold at some point.  That is the track record of this company and I can't see them letting 21 billion shares sit in the bank when they have continued to dilute the share base pretty much every chance they get.  I posted before that management couldn't care less about shareholder value - they are doing what they think best to grow their company.  I just hope that they are wise enough to start buying back shares when they can afford it.

I'm not very happy about what happened today, even I'm on the verge of just dropping GZFX.  I really like the fact that they're growing - the company does have good fundamentals, and likely a good future, but the true fact is that investors ARE getting slammed here.  We're kinda left in the dark, and 21 billion shares to possibly add is one hell of a lot more than 4 billion we already have.  I'm holding for now, but if they start to dilute more shares I'm getting out.

I just got in as we have family in town.  Not happy is an understatement.

Here is the deal,imo.

Management was supposed to release news of a deal before this Nevada filing was discovered.  News will come now and the appreciation will obviously be hindered. 

Management screwed up big time.  Now news of a deal will come with CC, imo. 

Terrible day.  Family is still here so posts will be limited due to being away.

To be honest, I was pretty worried coming in today, but the buyers came back in force, and did some damage control.

We're all still waiting on the CC deal, hopefully we'll get that sometime next week.

GameZnFlix Movie and Game Rental Service to Be Rolled Out Nationwide in Circuit City Stores

FRANKLIN, KY--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 24, 2006 -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB:GZFX.OB - News), an online provider of DVD movies and video games for rent or purchase, today announced a definitive co-marketing agreement with Circuit City Stores, Inc.

In the fourth calendar quarter of 2005, the two companies tested offering the GameZnFlix services at a limited number of Circuit City Superstores and online at circuitcity.com. After concluding the tests, the services will now be expanded to include Circuit City Superstores across the United States and will continue to be available nationwide on Circuit City's website.

"We want to offer a variety of products and services to our customers and the GameZnFlix's program allows our customers to experience the convenience of renting both movies and games through the mail," said Bill Cimino, director of corporate communications for Circuit City.

The agreement calls for a rollout of GameZnFlix's service by offering prepaid service cards at each of Circuit City's Superstores. The agreement calls for adding between 45 and 110 locations each month until full deployment is reached prior to the 2006 holiday season. Financial terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.

"Circuit City continues to prove to be one of the top destinations for movie-lovers and video gamers alike and by co-marketing with GameZnFlix, Circuit City can continue to fulfill its customers' needs by adding our rental services to its product line."

Livana, I really hope you're right, but, this is the PR of all PR's, this is the one that they've been waiting on.  i would truly be shocked if it doesn't open above .02 on monday....and, if you can believe it, i sold on the 21st....man, if that's just not a kick in the gut...

This may be a good thing mr speed because it will grab the attention of a lot of people over the weekend, friends will tell friends etc. So a huge run on monday should be expected.
