Lol i got a real kick out of the rally monkey john.

Im still debating on how to trade GZFX as many of you are as well. The 25 billion is definatley something we should all look out for. I know we are all looking to make some big green on monday for those of us that are holding already The big question is how do we trade this in anticipation to the 25 billion shares ready on the spot to be diluted. A run up for this week could turn into a big pump and dump due to the fact that those shares might be issued. Maybe they won't be issued who knows. Im really disapointed with the fact that GZFX made that announcement a few days prior to the announcement of the CC deal going national which probably hindered the amount of money we could have made. The news of the 25 billion has made alot of people nervous(myself included) and im scepticle about seeing this being more than a day trade as people are ranting and raving all over the message boards about how the stock is going to tank or about how its going to hit .10 by friday. I don't much pay attention to the bull shit other people have to say about pumping and trashing stocks on other message boards but these are the people we are dealing with who trade these stocks so we need to be cautious, GZFX is likley to be very volitile next week. My plan right now is to ride the first wave up, sell half and lock in some profits and let the rest run hoping to not see some dilution. My plan may change, when GZFX first announced the deal with CC PPS shot up 468% in one day. Id be happy with selling for a 468% gain in one day

Unfortunately I hold only 1/3 of my standard position - 2/3 was sold after last dilution news. 
I'm not an expert in daytrading on such HOT news (I only know, that I can perform maximum 3 daytrades in 5 days).
Who can suggest any daytrade strategy for GZFX on Monday?   
Maximum 3 trades on 1 day.
Who has an idea when GZFX management will sell 25 billion new shares, in other words, how long will be possible to play with GZFX?

Finally !!  After months of typing on the thread, it has arrived.  More short term news about the website, AAFES (much, much bigger than Circuit City) and more retail partnerships, imo.

I will sell some but let alot ride as more people get the CC news.  The volume should allow alot of traders to come on the scene.  It is really difficult to map out a plan for trading tomorrow.  It is sure exciting to wait this long and have the news hit.

Congratulations to those that stuck with it !

It is tough to tell at this point.

My thought is that more positive news is coming.  The website due this week according to the President and CEO.  The military and other retail deals are also on the table.

So, I will trade it yet never sell all my shares.

The new shares are only authorized per a Nevada filing, not the SEC yet.  So we could make a nice run. 

The guess is that momentum builds tomorrow and many people sell out before the close.  So I will play it by ear after I see what we open at.

I would definately say a "pop" since the news was released on friday and everyone had a chance to look at it... It will likely be a pop, short sell off then building the rest of the day - IMO

ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

On March 22, 2006, the Company entered into a definitive Co- Marketing Agreement with Circuit City Stores, Inc. (see Exhibit 10). In the fourth calendar quarter of 2005, the two companies tested offering the GameZnFlix services at a limited number of Circuit City Superstores and online at circuitcity.com. After concluding the tests, the services will now be expanded under the Co-Marketing Agreement to include Circuit City Superstores across the United States and will continue to be available nationwide on Circuit City's website. The agreement calls for adding locations each month until full deployment is reached prior to the 2006 holiday season.

The agreement calls for a nationwide rollout of GameZnFlix's service by offering prepaid service cards at each of Circuit City's retail stores. Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will share in the revenue from the sale of Company memberships through Circuit City.

Attached is a press release issued in connection with this agreement (see Exhibit 99).

I agree with Cal. Price up 70% premarket on only 450k shares currently and theres gonna be a big load of buying at the open to shoot this up higher. As well i definatley think there will be some profit taking after this first run up but i believe people will be buying on an intraday dip who couldn't get in early this morning. Im probably not planning on unloading any of my shares today. We'll see how it goes, i'll update before the close.

Been waiting a few months for this day ... all I can say is ... FINALLY!

Sold 3/8ths of my position at 2 cents a share for 100% profits, it topped out shortly after that.  There's a pullback going on right now, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it spike up again during the day.  GZFX still up well over 90% for the day, an excellent day for those who held onto the stock.

There was also an 8-K filed as well, which just reiterates the deal with CC and the possible increase of the outstanding shares to 25,000,000,000.

-- Ouch!  I just checked the price again, it's falling almost towards the day's open.  Still up 85% though, expect a jump again soon.
