the most important news was the 25mill share a/s increase and the sb-2 filing 3 days later for over double the current shares outstanding.

news wont sustain this stock. cc deal only popped it for one day and it retraced almost all the way down to the open. the authorized shares are killing this stock. wont sustain an upward trend until its profitable, and even then the O/S could kill it. it all depends. the time for waiting on news to make money has passed. it didnt work before, and it wont work now. i suggest buying on the dips and selling for smaller profits. im confident this will break below penny level again. it broke through it pretty easily in the past, im sure it will act similarly. if it does i intend on buying around the .006-.007 range. buy there and sell at .01 you just made around 50% profit. not too shabby.

Sorry, what I meant to say was that this stock can only rise with constant news. I agree that a little news here and there won't do it. I think it will tick up pretty well though once the affiliate news comes out. Now may be a good re-entry point.

Good posts all.  We all make mistakes (I certainly have made my share of them  :D) and we learn from them.  ;)

Yes, I agree that GZFX should now be "traded" instead of being a long-term hold.  $0.01 seemed to have been the bottom today and it rebounded to $0.0107 - $0.0108 twice in the afternoon.

What happens to GZFX is now up to the market.

Hi everybody

Should admit I was stupid too- could have $30k profit-got greedy and now starting to lose

Let's check what can rescue us
-  AAFES announcement?-little bit? or more than little bit?
-news about opening new stores-little by little
- Total Current Liabilities-$462,000(DEC 31 2005)--comparing to Net Tangible Assets $6,256,000
-Change In Cash and Cash Equivalents  $5,839,000 (DEC 31 2005)--comparing to $20,000 in a previous Q
-Net Tangible Assets $6,256,000(DEC 31 2005)--comparing to $546,000 prev Q
This info from Yahoo Dec 31 2005-be carefull
Didn't find fresh, but  with Pilot program should not be worse

So:
looking at the numbers above and thinking about new stores-
Income must increase-- new Q report supposedly in a middle of May - must be better
-Operating Expenses-we don't know

What did I miss?
Please, correct me- Don't want to have false hope

Lana,

The revenue flow came primarily from them selling shares to market for cash.

This is much different than coming from the actual business plan, imo.

They only had 6,000 subscribers last filing and say adding 1,500-2,500 per month.  So the actual revenue from the subscribers was very low.

The next few Q's will show more dilution to the outstanding shares.

Hope it works out for you.  Just not sure what news can keep it up if Circuit City could not.
Just one opinion, do the research

Hey, Fill_the_gap

Thanks for the comments. Sure it helps. But, because of stabborn " what...if..." -
need to work very hard on  to force myself to sell at least 3/4 of position. Need to let it go

Thank you for your help and all DD that you did on this one and others

Subscriber numbers and real revenue from selling a product OTHER than shares is the ONLY thing that will sustain an upward movement in this stock.

godspeed06

i agree. i also think the small piece of news is just going to take it below a penny. it might go up a little, but people will realize the only pr's they have left are weak like this one and start selling off. i think it will drop below a penny tomorrow or the day after.

GZFX's positive PR was overshadowed by general market fall that dropped the share price of many stocks.  I believe future GZFX share price will reflect GameZnFlix's ability to deliver on its promises as the nationwide rollout progresses this year with Circuit City.

Circuit City Seen Posting Strong 4Q Results on Improved Margins From Big-Ticket Items

http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/060411/earns_preview_circuit_city.html?.v=1

NEW YORK (AP) -- Electronics retailer Circuit City Stores Inc. reports its earnings for the fiscal fourth quarter before the opening bell Wednesday. The following is a summary of expectations and developments for the period.

EXPECTATIONS: Analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial are looking for Circuit City to post quarterly earnings of 77 cents per share on $3.89 billion in revenue.

ANALYST TAKE: Citigroup analyst Bill Sims continued recommending that investors buy Circuit City shares, saying the market appears to be underestimating benefits the company is realizing from shifting its focus to higher-margin digital products like flat-panel televisions and MP3 players. He added that Circuit City should see strong comparable-store sales growth in the coming two quarters. "While we still think that Best Buy Co. has the better business model for the long term, there is less risk in Circuit City in the near term given the easier comparisons," Sims wrote in a research note.

COMPETITORS: Rival and industry leader Best Buy Co. recently laid off 300 corporate staff as it seeks to trim $300 million in annual costs. The company's spending has been on the rise from plans to tailor its stores toward certain customer segments.

GZFX dropped to the 50dma and filled the gap from the CC run at .0095.  It is now moving up nicely, and looking like the retracement is finished.

godspeed06

yea, i figured the gap to the 50ma would be filled either today or tomorrow. and there is a little bounce going on but it wont break above .011. the gap being filled means nothing except it will start its downward trend again. there just isnt anything out there yet to sustain an upward trend. by the end of the year there might be an upward trend showing, but it wont start happening for a while. we still have to get through the filings showing how many if any of the A/S were sold into the news. also subscriber count is HUGE from now on. if the first filings dont show significant (i mean exponential) improvement in sub count from the cc roll out... watch out. people arent going to just keep waiting believing that cc will be the goose that lays the golden egg. if results dont come early it will hurt the pps a lot. gzfx traders are not stable, to say the least.
