TSTC makes wireless gear in China. It trades at $8.90 today.

It is on IBD's stocks under $10 list. Even though it has doubled in 3 months, it still trades at the discount compared to GRRF, which is in the same space as TSTC. TSTC should have a quick run to $12 in a few days. If not, a sound holding anyway. It also fits the T3ML (stilling learning this one, only see the good examples, want to see the failed examples).

Was quite pleased with the earnings release and forecast, and think the chart looks very bullish with a gap above the 50SMA. I believe all of the concerns which have driven the stock down in the last couple of months have been alleviated.

TSTC  an undervalued China communications stock.
 
Market cap only 70 million.
No Debt
Profitable with operating margins at 22% (above its competitors)

There is no reason TSTC should not be much higher.  15 P.E. in a high growth area.   

Technically it is looking much better.  Earnings coming up within the next 7-10 days.
