The increase in stake of Microsystem was not the cause of the unwarranted selling.  The Q1 2007 earnings were worse than Q1 2006, so there was a panic when no growth was seen between similar quarters on a year-to-year basis.

However, with the release of the Cimatron 8.0 product (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/070315/ukth013.html?.v=80).) in late Q1 2007 and the Microsystem revenues kicking in for Q3 2007; I think we will see strong quarters to finish the year; starting with Q2 2007.

Looks like the start of a nice uptrend ladder the last 2 days of trading.
