Press release out from CIMT:

• Cimatron Continues Focus on Helping Toolmakers and Manufacturers Shorten Product Delivery Times With CimatronE Version 8.5
PR Newswire (Mon 9:57am)

CIMT could boost EPS very significantly if they just stopped investment in R&D, but no, they prefer to spend $1 M a quarter in R&D because they obviously care about the long term sustainability of the business.

bollinger bands getting tight, going up soon imo
cheers from SGP

plus in looking at the weekly stochastics for trend and daily stochastics for timing it looks like the weekly stochastics are at the bottom and could start moving up.

Do we have mechanics engineers on the board?
I'm not an expert but seems very impressive  :o

I'm not an engineer or CAD designer, but indeed, it looks impressive, thanks for posting notbeln:

CimatronE Version 8.5 - Highlights

I guess it was harder to positively surprise investors on the 4th quarter, because most people involved with this stock knew that quarter would be strong due to seasonality.

The 1st quarter is the weakest from a seasonal standpoint ... we've had EPS of just $0.02 in Q1 2007. A strong number in this seasonally weak quarter could put the stock back on fire, since it would show the strong results weren't just due to seasonality.

I wonder if Gibbs has a seasonality pattern similar to CIMT.

CIMT does look like the quiet before the storm, back on my watch list  :)

Anyone heard of MLNX?  Another high tech Israeli company I think, big volume coming in recently, inverse H&S, looks like strong fundamentals to me...

QuoteCIMT does look like the quiet before the storm, back on my watch list :)

CIMT's volume has been almost zero, but that's better than going down ;)

Maybe a positive news release off-season (that is, not in the seasonally strong quarter) would have a more pronounced and lasting effect than the latest earnings release, which everybody already knew it was going to be good.

No, never. It's a $480 M market cap (therefore, 22 times larger than CIMT). Chart looks good, but pay attention to tax rate issues because they were the responsible for the very strong 4th quarter. Profit margins are fat ... why not starting a thread for it in the Watch List? I could copy/paste a full research report, at least it would help understanding the company better.

Why they (Koonras) sell?
And it's before Q1 report..

And another question - May DBSI buy now? It's only week till Q1 results!
Does it mean Q1 isn't so good? If Q1 is OK , DBSI can't use inside info!

Best,
