Will CHAP soon break out to new highs? Looks to me like it's likely to.  Isn't this an ascending triangle? I know it's got great fundamentals.

The bad thing about it is that institutions already own about 92% and insiders less than 1%. I am sure there is alot of buyout speculation going on in it also.

Another  strong one in the sector that looks ready to break out is STLD. Althought there is probably buyout speculation there also.
