Nice price, I got more yesterday at $2.15 but of course wished I had waited until today lol.  But I really do think that a big up move is coming.  I am all averaged in now at $2.50, so probably wont add any more for now (as that is a nice round number for tracking), unless we get some unexpected big drop that is too good to pass up.

I was able to add some more last week 08/20/2007 at 2.00.
its going to be a good one :)

I checked out the Reuters Company Research put out 08/27/2007
this is something I am sure you all already know but I found it interesting.

"Equity Information

not really sure what it means other than Oppenheimer has 1.95 million shares since IPO at $7.5/share

is this not correct? if this is correct though, I am sure Oppenheimer really wants to see CIMT at least at $7.5/share.

if my assumption is incorrect please forgive my ignorance.

"only two institutions own 0.4% of the 0.01 billion common shares outstanding. This is lower than the average instituional ownership of the Software & Programming industry at 51.1% and lower than the average of the S&P 500 as a whole which is 71.3%"
this can only mean to me that once CIMT gets recognized as the leading and profitable company that it is there is plenty of room for more institutions to take notice.
right?

I agree, unfortunately (or maybe not) the market is not efficient...

Chart Update:
CIMT was down to it's ascending short term support with a slightly volume increase.

Chart Update:
No technical developments for CIMT yet… The stock is still trading inside a tight triangular range and near both the EMA50 and EMA200. We can’t say much because of CIMT liquidity and for being such a micro-cap, but I would say this pattern looks like a bottom distribution with a lot of traders giving up and selling to strong hands that are taking «sniper» opportunities to catch CIMT at low prices when the stock is more vulnerable. In the other hand, an upside breakout would be a much stronger signal rather than the support burst since there is obviously not much downside potential.

its got ascending and descending patterns, don't know what to make of it other than knowing the fundies are great which would support a abreakout.
Vector Vest supports David's undervalued outlook in fact their EPS forecast is higher than David's.
QuoteEPS (Earnings per Share):  EPS stands for leading 12 months Earnings Per Share.  CIMT has a forecasted EPS of $0.15 per share. VectorVest determines this forecast from a combination of recent earnings performance and traditional fiscal and/or calendar year earnings forecasts.

I am really looking forward to the breakout.

I think Davids forecast on CIMT's EPS for a full year is higher than $0.15 because  he expected between $0.6 and $0.8 for the next quater alone and the 4th quarter should be even better.

I stand corrected.  ;D

check this

I posted this on the yahoo board.
Quotepretty tight symetrical triangle.
its above 13day moving average
bollinger bands have been getting tight.
fundies are strong
profitable in the last three quarters
fundies support a breakout

and this is what I got as a response.
Quotepretty tight symetrical triangle.

Incorrect - It is a descending triangle

its above 13day moving average

You have an Elder Ray sell signal based on Negative Divergence

bollinger bands have been getting tight.

Only indicates a significant move coming. BBs never tell you which direction the move will be in. In this case other signals point to it being down.

fundies are strong

Fundamentals are terrible. Huge debt for a company its size. Low cash balance. Low Equity. 3 year sales trend is down to flat in an industry that has grown over 10% a year over the same period.

profitable in the last three quarters

Profitable. Right ten cents a share will get you dime grime and most of that profitability over the last three quarters has been due to gains on exchange rate not operating profit. In fact when you do a proforma of CIMT's Income Statement over the last 3 quarters to include Microsystem SRL, then CIMT has had an operating loss over the last three quarters.

fundies support a breakout

see ya at a $1.40 or less.

Sentiment : Strong Sell

hey Tokyo I need your help!

I really dislike those bashers in the yahoo board.  >:(

Don't bother yourself with those bashers at yahoo's zoo ...

a good stock will prove itself sooner or later . I posted a technical analysis on yahoo MB and that idiot basher didn't like it and said this stock was going down , I knew that this basher knows nothing about technical or fundmental analysis ...

He'll never quit as long as he gets paid  ::)

Quotenot really sure what it means other than Oppenheimer has 1.95 million shares since IPO at $7.5/share

Hi pinoleropuro, nice to talk to you again :)

That's incorrect, Oppenheimer placed/sold the 1.95 million shares to individual investors at $7.5 which was CIMT's IPO price back in 1996. Check the chart since the IPO:

The company is still about 65% owned by insiders, however they're not the same as in 1996:

«In February 2002, two private holding companies, Koonras Technologies Ltd., or Koonras, a subsidiary of Polar Communications Ltd., and DBSI Investments Ltd. or DBSI, consummated a transaction with Zeevi Computers and Technology Ltd., or ZCT, by which they acquired, for approximately $9,900,000, all of our Ordinary Shares previously held by ZCT, representing 64.3% of our share capital (including in this calculation 166,100 of our ordinary shares which we have repurchased and which, pursuant to Israeli law, cannot be voted and possess no rights other than upon liquidation). Following this transaction, each of Koonras and DBSI beneficially owned approximately 33% of our ordinary shares and each currently continues to own approximately 32% of our ordinary shares.»

Se7en is right, my $0.06-$0.08 EPS estimate is for the 3rd quarter, the Vector Vest $0.15 estimate is for a full 12 month period.

Considering the next 12 month period I expect about 7 cents in Q3, 10 cents in Q4 and about 8 cents both in Q1 and Q2 2008, so this gives me a $0.33 EPS estimate for the next 12 months, much higher than the Vector Vest automatic estimate.

Thinking just of the 3rd quarter for now, comparisons will be favorable, since with Microsystem's help CIMT will probably post something like 7 cents EPS and in Q3 2006 the company had a 4 cent loss per share.

Technically the stock is right at the upper limit of the symmetrical triangle we've been talking about and looks set to make a bullish breakout.

I'll keep holding CIMT for the long term.

pinoleropuro

great to have you back amigo  ;D
I hope you and the family had a great time.

now lets gettem tiger.

pinoleropuro

hola! senor David, I hope you get better soon.

looks like CIMT is still within the symetrical triangle. and according to the fast stochastics its oversold.
let's see what it does.

p.s.

Hi pinoleropuro, I'm feeling better now, thanks.

As you all know I'm expecting very strong results for the 3rd and 4th quarters, but CIMT isn't the type of stock that discounts good news ... it just reacts when they hit the wires.

The 3rd quarter earnings news will only be known in mid November, so probably we'll have a long wait before any meaningful action in the stock. Unless they announce a new acquisition, that could also provide a big boost to the share price. They said at the 2nd quarter conference call they were studying acquisitions, but didn't provide any timetable, so ...

I'll patiently keep holding CIMT for the long term.
