INTERNET STOCKS ARE GOING CRAZY AND PFSW HAS NOT BEEN DISCOVERED YET......Unlike other internet stocks, PFSW is profitable.

3-MONTH TARGET: $3+

With over $400 million in sales and a Price/Sales ratio of 0.1, PFSW is super undervalued under $2.

Consider the following:

1) Its internet retailer subsidiary eCost has turned profitable last quarter just in time for the hottest season for internet retailing....the September - January time frame.

2) HUGE DISCOUNT TO SECTOR: Trades at a HUGE discount to other Internet stocks. PFSW has a Price/Sales ratio of 0.14 compared to an Industry average of 1.76.

3) VALUATION: If PFSW ACHIEVES "TYPICAL" VALUATION OF 12 X EBITDA IT WILL BE A $4 STOCK. PFSW earned $3 MM EBITDA last quarter and has guided for $8M to $10M EBITDA for the year.

4) ECOST BENEFITING FROM BOOMING ONLINE SALES: ONLINE SALES ARE FORECAST TO GROW over 50% THIS HOLIDAY SEASON.

5) PFSW TURNED PROFITABLE LAST QUARTER. Primarily because substantial revenue growth by its eCost division and improved general fundamentals.

6) PFSW's bottom line results will show SUBSTANTIAL improvement going forward- PFSW cost base will be SUBSTANTIALLY lower going forward as it has slashed overhead and completed the integration of its ECOST aquisition.

7) Insiders have purchased Over 200,000 shares recently.

PFSW has now turned the corner to sustained profitability and exponential growth by leveraging the power of the Internet. Internet stocks that have achieved sustained positive cash flow and earnings have been the hottest sector recently....take a look at BIDU, AMZN, etc

Simply amazing how this post by "oscar2519" and the creation of a new thread on this pick resembles the work of "alexxxtreme" one member that just got banned from this site.

oscar2519, Heads up... Use the search to find a thread before creating new ones.
Also in the Title of the thread "do not use all those capital letters" ! This is a famous and notorious way that the bimbos post on the Yahoo Boards. When one uses all CAPS, it is as though he or she is trying to speak to loud to pump a stock.

By the way I do suspect that you are "alexxxtreme" and also "longbeacher"!!
You are under my surveillance...There is not one thing that goes on here at 3SOF that I do not know about. This is the Greatest Stock site on the WWW...I do intend to keep it just that way.

What a remarkable 16% shot to the upside from PFSW. Nothing to be surprised, given the fundamental turnaround within the company. It seems pretty obvious to me that the stock should trade north of $2, just considering the current fundamental information, and not the future possibilities.

I'll keep holding PFSW for the long term.

PFSW actually closed positive on the day, after that low volume dip ... no news out.

I'll keep holding PFSW for the long term.

PFSW down 3.9% on less that 100,000 shares traded. No big deal. I would like it if the stock were able to sustain $1.44 as support, before a new bullish leg to new highs above $1.6. But there won't be any problem if this technical scenario doesn't play out, because the chart doesn't know much about the future.

I'll keep holding PFSW for the long term.

I have a concern on PFSW. Its competitor IM, although profitable, only has a price sale ratio of 0.11. I think PFSW is in a very low margin business, thus even if it becomes profitable, its price sale ratio may still be very low.

Thanks for your message hyhl, I share your concern.

But, if we make some more comparisons with IM, we see it is a $3.43 B market cap company, while PFSW is just $65 M, that is, IM is 53 times larger than PFSW. In terms of the number of employees of the two companies, IM has 13,700 and PFSW has 1,200. Using this metric IM is 11.4 times larger.

What I mean is, even if PFSW never achieves a 3% net profit margin as I have in my valuation model, it can still be a much larger than $65 M company, because revenue can grow a lot more than the 10% I have in the model (ecost.com revenues grew 25% in just one quarter).

Either way, I see PFSW's future value being a lot more than what it is today and I'll keep holding the stock for the long term, despite the short term weakness in the share price.

The chart below could be seen as possibly forming a double top, but ... a couple of days of positive market action can change everything. The chart is always changing, you can't trust it for your investment decisions, or else your hands will always be weak and you'll be doomed to be a short term trader. A short term trader doesn't have a high quality of life and even worse (only if you love money more than everything, which isn't my case), he usually loses money over the long run.

We don't have any news out from PFSW for more than a month now ... I'm confident the 3rd quarter, but even more so the 4th quarter earnings release, will bring good news. I wonder about management's guidance for 2008 ...

I'll keep holding PFSW for the long term.

David Randolph

PFSW is still sea sawing on low volume. I expect the next relevant fundamental information, namely the 3rd quarter results, to be the catalyst to move PFSW beyond the $1.59 high. I'll continue holding PFSW.

David Randolph

We're still trading sideways, between $1.20 and $1.60 or so. Because I expect PFSW to move towards $6 plus over the long term I don't care about the short term volatility. I'm not going to sell if the stock hits $2, and I'm not going to sell if it goes back down to, say, $0.80. I don't care about the stock, just the business fundamentals. If they improve, the stock will undoubtedly rise. And this is the only way to make money consistently and over a 20 or 30 years period in the stock market.

Anyway, I believe people selling yesterday are selling near the lows, they don't know what they're doing.

We got a press release today, but nothing very relevant:

• Microlife Chooses PFSweb to Support E-Commerce Partnership with the Blood Pressure Association in the UK
Business Wire (Thu 8:00am)

The website looks cool, the pedometer is an interesting product.

I'll continue holding PFSW for the long term.

From alexa.com, I can not see any improvement of ecost. I do doubt if the 3rd quarter earning will be good.

I own an online business and I can tell you that Alexa is not always well correlated with actual traffic levels.  Its just a rough estimate, not an exact science.  Further, turnover improvements can be achieved in many ways for the same level of traffic, even assuming that it has stayed the same.  Quality of traffic, layout changes in their site, pricing changes, etc. are all other very important factors that we cannot judge merely from looking at Alexa traffic ranks.
