Still holding my ZICA shares, although my feet are a little wet. Once it breaks 1.40 she can go to 1.70 imo.

 Setravis,
Any thoughts about ZICA with all the news surrounding the Wii gaming consoles selling out in record fashion?Stock seems so disconnected at the current price and past rally attempts have been short lived and left only to fizzle.Guess we'll know its true fate in 08! :)

I think Wiis have been selling like hot cakes all year.  ZICA would've seen the effects already...how are they related?

Look at NTDOY.pk up in a straight line.  I think .pk ADRs should be kept in this board, they are not penny stocks that is ridiculous.  Nintendo's market cap. is larger than Sony's with 1/10 the revenues.  Its all about the bottom line...

Zi Begins Strategy to Begin Reducing
Operating Losses, Form Handset Agreement
Trading on Zi Corporation (ZICA) was up 14.286% after hitting Monday's
new 52-week low of $0.39. One year ago, the Company's shares
closed at $1.260. The price has declined more than 65 percent since
then. On May 30, 2008, management engaged in a discussion an analysis
for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, stating that in the first quarter
2008, the company announced its second revenue generating agreement
with TELUS, and is also in the process of conducting a trial with
another major carrier. The results of these trials, when completed, will
be used to further market its technology and sign revenue generating
agreements. The implementation of Qix with TELUS is an important
breakthrough, which demonstrates that its technology can be used on a
broad range of handsets, regardless of the operating system. As such,
researcher strategy analytics estimates that over 1.2B handsets may
be sold in 2008. According to the company, dramatic increases in unit
smartphone sales in 2007 are expected to continue into 2008, driven by
consumer spending. However, the company has accumulated a deficit
of $114,757,483 and for the quarter incurred a loss of $1,055,386
from continuing operations. Continuing operations are dependent on Zi
Corp's ability to achieve profitable operations and ability to raise capital.
The company has reduced its losses by reducing operating expenses
and increased revenues, resulting in a reduced net loss from continuing
operations. Zi was also recently successful in establishing, with the Chinese
government's approval, an inter-company royalty program. The
approval improves financial strength, and provides an ongoing mechanism
to access cash accumulated in its Chinese subsidiaries, providing
with more flexibility in managing our cash flows globally.
