The close over the $10 breakout level with a bullish engulfing candlestick is very bullish, as there's no resistance overhead.  It could move significantly higher next week, especially if there's any good news.  If it does, that will be the time to sell, or with a trailing stop if it does in fact start to turn back down.

FYI, I did sell out of most of my CAFEW position at 9.3-9.5, with CAFE around 14.5.  I'm still holding about 15% of my original position with a trailing stop.

slt, they acquired a service company in the Energy sector and that's the main reason for the turn around!

CAFE is on fire right now as we speak.

Took profits this morning, and took off again. $16.24 at this moment

CAFE was contacted by the SEC and had to send in documents proving they were going to install there lighting system in 10 walmart stores...

Wouldnt Walmart call out BULLSHIT if CAFE were lying??

I think I want to buy on a dip tomorrow...any opinouns here?

Wow -- good thing they didn't do this when I had a big position a few days ago.  Fortunately, I wasn't tempted to buy back after selling out on Tuesday...

Has anyone that bought CAFE or the warrents  joined in the class action suits?
If so ,with which firm?

Good Luck

Do not own the stock but will look for a possible bounce when the gap fills

Don't bother.  I think this is a dud.  Acutally, change that, it IS a dud.  I would be very careful about treading here.   Do your own DD.

Maybe shorting it?  But buying, scary stuff.   (In case you didn't know, there is no deal with Walmart that I know of, Walmart was just as confused and that's what sent the stock soaring + MM).

I agree that it is a dud.  In fact, I am bearish on the stock for a couple of reasons:

1) Since no deal was actually signed with Wal-Mart, the company is in the exact same position it was before the press release.  To no surprise, the stock is trading at the same price it was before the run-up.

2) The market knows things that it may or may not have known, such as the company's only profitable quarter was back in 1998.

3) Possibly worst of all, the only difference between now and then is that now the company has a slew of lawsuits filed against it for securities fraud.  This will cost the company a lot of money and probably push the stock price down further.

It did an ok bounce -  but did not last long good for a sclap though. Often these investigation stocks can relly drop nicely but no stock was available to short on the bounce. - Gap fill bounces on a weak stock are still good for "lunch money"
