I was in Sams Club in Indianapolis last night and saw a stack that was 1/3 gone of Milky Way Slammers.  I don't see any agreeent with Wal Mart anywhere.  Someone educate me.  If they are in all Wal Marts and Sams club, the only questions needed for me are the following:  would this fact likely grow the business more than quadruple, which is the premium we are paying verses Coke.  Could Bravo have pulled this off without Coke?   I am not saying they are in all Sams Clubs and Wal Marts yet, but if they are and it is due to Coke, you would have to believe Bravo could have got their quickly by themselves and efficiently to believe that this it too high of a price.  I am not sure they could have pulled it off.  My prediction is that if it drops to 80 cents, you will take a position again David.  Perhaps it never gets there, making my prediction a moot point, but if it gets to 80c and you are not in it, I will be surpirsed and gladly eat crow.

I'm sorry, but I'm not buying BRVO.OB yet. Altough I don't believe in the technical target of the H&S formation on the chart (which is $0.20), I'm still convinced we'll see $0.60-$0.64, the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level in the near term. I guess the stock will make a prolonged accumulation phase at that area and then, only then, will restart its long term ascending trend.

Though I wish good luck to all those holding, BRVO seems to be a good long term investment.

Hey David,

Pass the mustard please.   ;D

David,
If it does drop to 60 cents, my donation check will be in the mail.

Well Well,

Interesting news out today after the bell. CCE will not take majority control, now only seeks 10%. MDA still expected by CCE.

I think this is a positive for BRVO. I wonder if BRVO said something like if you want control pay up - 16 cents a share don't cut it. At least I hope that's what happened. Go Roy Warren. Take care of the shareholders.

David, what's your take?

basonista

This makes me happy - I'm in the camp that believes Bravo! can make it on it's own.  While using CCE's distribution power would be a benifit to the company, they certainly don't need to hand over the reigns at such a low price.

We will have to let the market decide on it's own though....

basanlas

I would be surprised if this thing doesn't jump with this news tomorrow. Good luck to all longs, I got out at around the $1 mark and have been watchng ever since.  Definitely think this might be the catalyst to get it jumpin again.

Will wait to see what David and the market have to say! ;)

spalooky

Why do I have this sneaking suspicion that Pepsi or someone like them showed up and said wait a minute we'll give you more........ and forced CCE's hand. CCE almost stole the company!

I was reading the reports out of CCE and BRVO.OB may get interesting again. But not so fast, there are some issues we need to deal here:

1) We know now that CCE's options to purchase 68,990,244 shares of BRVO cost only $17,247. Just seventeen thousand dollars for the right to buy 68,990,244 shares of BRVO at $0.36 a share. No wonder they got out of the deal so easily, this is a negligible loss for CCE.

I wonder why Alpha Capital AG, AMRO International, S.A, Ellis International, Longview Equity Fund, L.P., Longview Fund, L.P., Longview International Equity Fund, L.P., Mid-Am Capital, LLC,  Osher Capital Inc. and Whalehaven Capital Fund Limited sold these options to CCE at such a low price (perhaps the reason was the deal was made 5 or 6 months ago, when BRVO was trading around $0.10 a share).

2) We don't know, the market doesn't know, why CCE is pulling off the intention to take the majority control of BRVO. This may bring negative rumors to BRVO.

3) BRVO now won't need to issue those 81,000,000 new shares to sell to CCE. CCE says it will take about a 10% interest in BRVO, and BRVO says it will sell some warrants to CCE that later will be converted to common shares, but 10% is just about 11,000,000 new shares, so the dilution effect will be much smaller. Plus, the price then paid for BRVO's shares will be $0.36, not $0.16 as it was on the previous deal.

4) «Pursuant to the contemplated transaction, as modified, the Company and CCE
anticipate entering into a Master Distribution Agreement, of the same
nature and scope as previously announced.»

This is a positive.

5) We need to remember that initially the deal with CCE was seen by investors as a positive, many people bought BRVO because of that news, or they would have never heard of the company. So, they will probably be scared and sell tomorrow, they will perceive this as bad news, as they did perceive the prior deal as good news.

6) Bottom line and conclusion, I'll be a buyer of BRVO in the near future. I don't know if the initial reaction to the news will be a fall or a rise (I suspect it will be a fall), and that would present a wonderful buying opportunity.

7) I'll be looking to buy BRVO tomorrow in the low 60's, but if I can't I'll just chase it higher with everybody else who is familiar with BRVO for a long time. One thing I won't do: I won't buy it on a higher open, the general public must perceive the end of this deal as bad and sell, that will clear the way, the bullish way, for BRVO going forward.

This is my first take on the news, I'll think it over during the night and design a course of action for tomorrow before the opening bell.

David, great analysis. I have the same question, why does CCE want to back away from the majority ownership? Did the investment banker advise against it? The big Q is, what was the cause to back away? My feeling is that the CC will clarify a lot of unknowns! However if CCE wants to acquire BRVO in the future, it would have to be at market price! The meat of the deal will be in the forecast.

Tomorrow could be an interesting day! The modification is good. MMs need the shares. The stock could drop like a rock and recover by CC day.
