David,

The terms of new financing will also be a factor.
BRVO does not have the CCE money and BRVO is not profitable yet.

I am hoping for a non dilution based deal for the sake of the shareholders.

They would not comment on terms of any deal.  But BRVO certainly needs financing.

Let's say they just meet 4 million in revenue in November 15th filing.  Will the market begin to reflect future value at that time ?  The filing will show a base without CCE.  So CCE should only improve the forecast.  Just not sure if another quarter will need to pass.  I certainly will add on the lower end of the descending channel.

The focus is on the long term.  And being that we can already go down the street in the US and purchase the product, I am with David long term with BRVO.  The largest distribution channel in the world (Coke) can only help.

I bet what BRVO's CEO meant by 'non dilutional' was that there will not be any more death spiralling financing leading to dilution. But to raise additional financing involves issuing additional shares or convertibles leading to dilution!

Other risks....... CCE will be test marketing the sale of Slammers in Vending Machines for few months before making a decision to fully roll out Slammers into vending machines.

No doubt CCE has a powerful distribution network and that will help! But will Slammers remain the Choice of consumers?? We have already seen that Slammers break into 'Breakfast Blenders'.

Competition is heating up in the Flavored Milk market segment and there are a lot of generics coming on board. In addition substitues like drinkable Yogurt are catching health conscious consumer's appetite.

Will CCE & BRVO partnership cement????

If BRVO-CCE overcome all this then there is tremendous ROI to benefit!!

I was shopping at one of the Sam's clubs here in KC today (Thanks to EYII & HYRF it looks like I'll be doing all my shopping there for the foreseeable future  :o )  and what did I find as I searched in vein for Folgers coffee?

a Nine pack box of Milky Way Slammers.

I can't tell you how relieved I am to find that I actually invested in a company with a real product.

The Nine pack was $8.52 so I tossed one in the cart.

After putting in the fridge for a while I popped the top, took a swig and immediatley embarked upon a hallucenogenic sugar buzz that has just worn off 4 hours later. ;D

Actually, as mentioned earlier, it is way to sweet for my tastes but I did give one to my 7 yr. old  before we left for football practice. He downed it in 2 minutes and wanted another which was not going to happen since I run a pretty tough practice and did not want him "Slamming" it back up in the middle of the practice field.

My wife also took the taste test, and indicated, while it won't be a staple in the KCScott Family cupboard, she could see buying them for desserts or the occasional treat.

She's real skinny and a health nut so I totally disregarded her opinion.

The bottom line?

I think they'll sell to our fast food, population segment both kids and adults.

All they really need to do is dump in 20g of caffine, put a picture of a tree on the lable and they could jack the price up to $3.99 per bottle. Then we could go after the Cold mocha, latte crowd.

I'm going to embark on a trip to Bejing to see about landing a deal as a replacement for Code Blue Water.

Lol KCScott, I wish you a good trip   :D

BRVO is holding up pretty well, but volume is drying up. There's nothing new from the company since October the 5th.

I'll continue to hold it.

Found this on another board:

"The Bravo Foods Slammers drinks begin their master distribution agreement Monday with Coca Cola!  I received an email from the VP of Operations Ben Patipa stating that they will have a major press release soon regarding Coca Cola distribution launch and that they were extremly excited about the relationship!

* The appointment of CCE as the exclusive distributor for the Company's products in The territory is effective August 30, 2005, has an effective distribution date of October 31, 2005, and an expiration date of August 15, 2015.

* CCE has the option to renew the Agreement for two subsequent periods of ten additional years.

* Under the terms of the Agreement, CCE is obligated to use all commercially reasonable efforts to solicit, procure and obtain orders for the Company's products, and merchandise and actively promote the sale of such products in the Territory, as defined in the Agreement.

* Total revenues for 2006 are expected to be in the range of $70 million to $100 million with the increased implementation of CCE distribution"

NICE FIND FRE ...  LET"S GO BRVO ...  PRs TO FOLLOW .... PPS JUMPS ON NEWS
BRVO barely ends day and week above $.60  ...

That could be important down the road if it is an exclusive agreement.

Good times ahead    8)

REPOST FROM THE SVA THREAD:

Saffeysite,

First of all, applause for your many, many fine posts that I've applauded in the past.  I read ALL of your posts, and really enjoy them.

Secondly, I'd get rid of Stochastics, but that's just my opinion.  No offense whatsoever intended, in fact the opposite: I really respect your hard work.

If you look at your chart that you posted, it gets you out at the end of August, and it doesn't get you back in on the retest of the Ascending Triangle in early September.

Stochastics, like many other indicators, is bounded by zero and 100.  In a bull trend, like SVA was experiencing, you're going to have MANY negative divergences, and things that look like sell signals.

I worked for a long, long time with Stochastics (and similar indicators).  I threw them all out.  I came to realize that they are "bounded" by the mathemetics of "zero to one hundred," and unless the stock consistently "thrusts higher," you're going to get  negative divergences.  That isn't a reason to sell in a bull trend.

The stock can't possibily keep up that kind of "thrusting momentum," to keep Stochastics thrusting ever higher, if you see what I mean.  It can't possibly go above 100.   But, the stock still can go much, much higher on what appear to be "negative divergences," (or conversely, much. much lower in a downtrend, on what "appear to be" a positive divergences.  It isn't bullish in that latter case.

BRVO is a recent good example of the latter case.  TWO bullish divergences in MACD...but BRVO  still  broke below a Symmetrical Triangle on "what appeared to be" TWO bullish divergences, and positive for the stock.  It wasn't.  BRVO went to a new print low for the move at $0.47.

Interestingly, BTW, BRVO now is "champing at the bit," poised for an upside breakout.  (I always thought that it was "chomping at the bit," like "chompiing on the actual bit...no, it's CHAMPING at the bit!

Always something to learn, isn't there?  Again, thank you for your many fine posts, and please understand that "it's just my opinion" about Stochastics.

BRVO chart below, which I also will post on the BRVO thread.

I agree, great find, there's nothing new about it (other than the info that a PR will be issued soon), but the press release will attract new buyers to the stock. Thanks Fré  :)

That could be important down the road if it is an exclusive agreement.

«On September 6, 2005, The Company held a public conference call to discuss a Master Distribution Agreement (the "Agreement)" with Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.(CCE) for the distribution by CCE of the Company's flavored  milk drink products in the entirety of the United States, all U.S. possessions, Canada, Belgium, continental France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands, as well as any other geographic territory to which, during the term of the Agreement, CCE obtains the license to distribute beverages of The Coca-Cola Company.»

I agree with Melf Elf's assessment about the stochastic oscillator. It can't go above 100% (or 1), and stocks can continue moving higher for very long periods of time. (Melf Elf, in Metastock, please try to put your window smaller - but if you can't, post the charts anyway, of course, thanks).

Concerning BRVO, I think the stock made it, it broke out of the descending channel pattern, with volume above average and a bullish candlestick. If that press release Fré talked about indeed comes out next week we could see BRVO approach the all important $0.72 level. Above that I only see blue skies for BRVO.

David,

I apologize about that horizontal scroll bar.  It's annoying for everyone.  I've tried re-sizing the chart many different times, but it either makes the chart unreadable, or it cuts off part of the chart.

I just tried using the same size as your chart: 501 X 479.  Here's what I got:

EDIT:

No scroll bar!   ;D

But, it cut off the most recent 18 days of trading  >:(

To me, the potential lethal phrase in the agreement is the "reasonable commerical efforts."
In the film biz, when the term "best efforts" is used you can kiss whatever follows that goodbye.  It means the studio can say they amde best efforts, but it's too vague a term to define.  Here, too.  If CCE runs a few trials and the results aren't stisfactory to them, their best efforts can amount to bupkis.

I've seen it happen with another small soft drink. One of the biggies,  Coke or pepsi bought it...and then buried it.

I'm not predicting that it will happen.  I'm just saying that since it can happen, "be careful out there.

BRVO remains towards the upper end of the channel.

The volume will pick up on any news.

Expecting news about the CCE distribution and ' Breakfast Blenders ' is enough for me to add here at 60 cents.

The November filing should be as expected.  Anything new will also help to break thru the upper end of the channel.

A product you can actually touch with a penny stock ! Now this is a unique opportunity.  :o

Too sweet for me but my sons cannot get enough.  They love it.
Just one opinion, do the research

Awesome,awesome awesome news, Fre.

Seemes by thie press release that this guy is being brought in to find a way to bring in capital and to grow the company. Sounds very good!
There's always a bull market somewhere and I promise to bla bla bla bla........

starfire

It is questionable when IR speaks PPS of $3, especially since they are on a roadshow to raise capital! Here is text from another board..........
"
Roy stated in a business school presentation in September a 3-year objective of $5-$7.

http://www.cba.ufl.edu/fire/docs/presentations/Bravo_RGWSpeech.ppt
"
The presentation states $85M for next year and a fully dilouted O/S of 235 million shares. That equates the PPS to $1!!!!

85 * 3 = 235 M divided by O/S 235M = $1.

Note: Roy uses a P/S multiple of 3.

They should be profitable end of the year.
