Vantage Credit Union, headquartered in Bridgeton, Missouri, is a full-service, not-for-profit financial cooperative that provides banking, insurance, mortgages, and investment services to an active membership of over 80,000 people. Over the past five decades, Vantage has grown from a small, local credit union to one of the largest community credit unions in the Midwest. Recently, Vantage has experienced accelerated growth and success due to its focus on providing superior personal service and value to its members, adding more convenient branch locations, and offering an expanding portfolio of products and services. With membership growing at a rate of more than 1200 new members per month and plans to open a series of new branches, Vantage Credit Union needed to centralize all member information in a single system to maximize member service, retention and per-member profitability.

To address this requirement, Vantage required a flexible, easy-to-use CRM product with built-in support for their member service processes. After a cross-departmental review of leading systems, Vantage Credit Union selected Pivotal Financial Services for its industry-specific functionality, best-in-class flexibility and strong mobile capabilities.

No other CRM provider offered out-of-the box financial services CRM functionality as well as the flexibility to further tailor the system to closely match our member service processes."

With Pivotal Financial Services, Vantage Credit Union will be able to better integrate the efforts of all staff that contribute to each credit union member's unique profile - increasing member satisfaction, retention and individual profitability. Pivotal Financial Services gives all member-facing Vantage employees immediate access to each member's complete profile including key financial information on net worth and all Vantage relationships; demographic information such as age, income, links to real time banking information; life information such as life stage, life events and responses to them, as well as short and long-term goals. Using Pivotal's best-in-class mobile synchronization capabilities, traveling financial advisors will begin to capture additional member information and provide responsive, intelligent service while on the road visiting credit union members. And, with Pivotal's flexible relationship model, Vantage can quickly assess relationships between credit union members and determine their level of influence over the financial activities of other members - allowing Vantage to better understand the member's true value.

According to Rick Marquardt, president, Pivotal, "It is such a pleasure to work with organizations that can clearly articulate a strong vision for customer relationship management. Leaders like Vantage Credit Union already have the people, processes and principles in place to succeed. Here's the chart.  Fundamentals excellent.  Technicals?

I saw it trading near the 3.79 resistance level in pre-market.  Thanks for the news.  Applause.

poorman,

CHINA looks much better than when we last discussed it on September 28.  I didn't like the "gap to crap" opening on that day.  It subsequently came back and filled that gap, and more.

CHINA now has a nice 9-month base below 3.94-3.96 resistance.  Volume yesterday was nice.
A nice place to buy this one would have been last week, in the 3.20s-3.50s.  I wasn't watching it, and missed the opportunity.

If you already own it, I'd say that you're in good shape for a breakout above 3.94-3.96.

Applause for your  post.

CHINA (CDC) breakout and it surpasses the 3.5 barrier. It's online gaming brings back its revenue into a far most outstanding pride. Could this be a bull trap or its already on its way up??? ???

It's earnings would be out before the Thanksgiving day. Anybody has a clearer Techinical Analysis that could define that it is the time for CHINA (CDC) to go up?

Its MACD seems to be very promising...

macaddicts,

Applause...that was a very timely post.  The pullback to 3.50 on Monday, after your post, would have been a nice entry.

CHINA closed yesterday at 3.87, and is called to gap higher at the open, above 3.94-3.96 resistance.  On a gap up opening, I always ask myself if looks like a "Gap To Crap," (a gap up that fades that day, or a gap up that gets filled later on...liike the September 28 gap in the chart above), or could it be a "Gap and Go" ( a breakway gap away from a pattern, or above an area of resistance.

The latter seems more likely.  Everyone who has bought CHINA since January, 2005 will be in the black at the gap up open.  They won't likely be sellers here.

CHINA currently is indicated BID 3.98..ASK 3.99.  Yesterday's high was 3.96, so it isn't "too much" of a gap, if it opens near the indication.

I'm in @ 3.89, looks like the bottom might be in. Anything to do with China will be hot for awhile after Bush's visit. Even my NASI is up 5 1/2% on 16000 volume. ;D

basonista

I've joined you guys at $3.90. :)  Looks like demand is starting to pick up.  As always, thanks for the analysis, Melf.

Last time (If i am not wrong, its last June or Jluy 2005), David Randolph predicted the peak of IIJI-and it was precisely hit the date of peak. Can we have such concrete analysis when will be the peak of this CHINA?

The OPTION trading that will expire on Jan 16, 2006 is ranging from 2.5 ~ 20.00. This could be a misleading path.

After Bush visit here in my nearby country, Chinese currency has a high possibility to be adjusted up against USD. Gamers here in Asia Pac are growing rapidly. These info does make sense, but Techinical Analysis are far better than these messages depicted across newspaper here in Asia.

Any insights are very much appreciated.

ciao!

Hmmm... Spoke too soon.  Selling off now...

Now maybe we found the bottom. Bought more and averaged down to 3.82.

If I use a tick below the low of yesterday's big white candlestick basis the hourly chart,
which was 3.53 (so a print of 3.52), I lose 12%.

CORRECTION: The low of that candlestick was 3.52, so my stop is a PRINT of 3.51.

DRAT!

I just made a correction to my rather lengthy explanation of this trade, and I deleted the entire analysis.  Sigh...

Bottom line was, I'm using the low of yesterday's big white candlestick as my stop.  The low was 3.52.  My stop is a PRINT of 3.51.

Sorry.  This is one of those days...trying to focus on too many things at once.

Haha, sometime you just have days like that. ;)  I decided to lighten up my portfolio today so that I could focus more on the stocks I have.  Unfortunately, I picked the wrong stocks to hang onto and the wrong ones to buy.  >:(  So much for a profitable Christmas...  There's always next year!

I guess looking on the bright side, we have 5 days of higher highs and higher lows. :D  Haha, just trying to cheer myself up. :'(

Stopped out on this morning's print of 3.51.  Loss: 12%.
