Thank you Fousc for your reply.

I have a question for Aussie in regards to GZFX being on the short list.......does it matter if those of us who are long put in a sell order ? I have seen this statement made on many occasion but I have yet to be able to confirm that it actually makes a difference. I would not be surprised to learn that this board comprised a large portion of the O/S. I appreciate your view and comments as it keeps a balance in place.

Hey RJ,

I have no data or proof regarding GZFX being systematically naked shorted, my comments really point out that they are 'high risk' for that type of manipulatory wheeler dealings. Your sell orders will have no bearing on that sort of thing.

I think the Fousc chart shows very nicely where you want support to hold.

Good Luck

Sorry about the stock buying "template" and class info.  Our son was sick all weekend and the class had to be cancelled.  I think I am beginning to be get what he has :-\ and trying not to be sick also.

I didn't spend anytime this weekend on 3SOF or stock trading.

I will post the info on the "knowledge base" as I get a chance.

Thanks noaholiva for the comparison info below from Yahoo MB - I think people can see that GameZnFlix has a very strong "competitive" position against two "top" DVD/game renters, Netflix (DVD only) and Gamefly (games only).

With GameZnFlix's free 14 day trial, many that I know are trying GameZnFlix.  So far, their experience has been good (typically receiving DVDs/games in about 2 days) and consider this "acceptable" since they had problem getting new releases and their choice of movies in their que with Netflix.  Being able to rent games for their kids is a bonus, and they don't plan on spending money on new games for their kids.  ;)

For long-term, I believe GameZnFlix has a good shot at increasing subcriptions significantly to be more than profittable (I am buying GZFX for my Roth IRA account to replace some of HANS).  Short-term stock price gain/loss, now that's another story, and at this point I can't say, but I will have to let the market dictate that in the coming weeks.

With my family finally in bed, I started back on my GZFX research.  I decided to go to the source and check out GameZnFlix website knowledge base.  My findings are very "illuminating!"

Enjoy!  (I posted the corresponding graphics below)

Here's the link to knowledge base:  http://www.gameznflix.com/support/categorized.asp

This is a recent post (Dec 2 2005) on GameZnFlix knowledge base asking why some Circuit City stores are unaware of GameZnFlix (see "GZFX and Circuit City"):

I did not know Circuit City sent out 50,000,000 flyers each week!!!  =WOW=
http://www.gameznflix.com/support/issue_view.asp?ID=14909

I had to smile when I read this on gameznflix website asking if GameZnFlix stock price will go up (see "GZFX stock price"):
http://www.gameznflix.com/support/issue_view.asp?ID=13369

The fact that GameZnFlix responded to the this question asking for the outstanding share information is positive, in my opinion (see "GZFX outstanding shares"):

This question is regarding how shares are sold (see "GZFX new shares"):

Thanks coingeek for the post from Raging Bull MB:

I have been visiting the stores near me sinced Nov 1st. My visit to the CC closest to me yesterday is all I needed to convince me that I've got something here, and to wait out all of this MM baloney.

I visit these stores regularly so I can "monitor" my investment. I have had some concern in the past because initially the DVD jackets didn't seem to be moving that fast. (Of course, you never really know how much back stock they have either.)

The store I visited yesterday has two separate displays of the GZFX DVD jackets. One is located near the main aisle at the beginning of the DVD section, the other is an endcap display in the middle of the section. As I walked down the main aisle, I came upon the GZFX display and couldn't believe it. It was wiped out. HOLY CRAP! There were only a couple of DVD jackets left on this display. Just last week, this display was packed full. So I immediately went to the endcap display. It too was well depleted (however there were still a handful left here.) It is obviuos to me that these things are moving.

Next, as I always do, I singled out a salesperson to ask him about the promotion. (I do this so I can get a random sample of their knowledge.) Once again I was not disappointed. He knew the program to the T, and was pumping it to me with enthusiasm. This is exactly what my first report said I felt they needed to do. So I asked him, "do you get some kind of incentive for selling this?" He wouldn't answer me directly, but said, "Every salesperson here has be instructed to suggest it to every customer".

BINGO! That's all I needed to hear. There is no doubt in my mind CC is taking this seriously. And there is no doubt in my mind I won't be parting with my shares until I see how this unfolds - completely.

Good luck to all, whatever your position.

But as to current stock price activity, I believe what is happening is this post:

= In the spirit of the "swing trading" method, you sell and buy back more shares.  You can also do this as the stock is going down in price, so when the stock rebounds, you will still have more shares.  Of course, as I posted numerous times before, at any time you are "uncomfortable," holding cash is a very viable trading option and buy back when you are "comfortable again."

Just remeber folks take profit when you can, limit your losses. No company has ever survived financing with no bottom limit to warrents. So buy on dips where you see bounces and take profit.

MUST READ! THE RELEASE OF MICROSOFT CORP.'S (MSFT) Xbox 360 just two days before Thanksgiving juiced videogame rentals during that key holiday-shopping week. U.S. consumer spending on rentals shot up 44% to $24.4 million during the week ended Nov. 27, from $17 million in the prior week, according to point-of-sale research by Rentrak Corp. (RENT) Among the top Xbox 360 titles rented that week were Activision Inc.'s (ATVI) "Call of Duty 2," and Electronic Arts Inc.'s (ERTS) "Need for Speed Most Wanted" and "Madden NFL 06."

This is just my opinion.

When the last 5 days of profit taking and sell offs, all the "nervous" and "uncomfortable" sellers probably took profit or sold at loss.

Those that took profit and watched the stock price fall will buy back at some point and "hold" shares along with long-term holders until the next sell target.

= Stock price up and down is dictated by the law of "Supply and Demand."  When the sellers out number the buyers, stock price goes down.  When the buyers out number sellers, stock price goes up.  If stock holders are not selling, "Bid" price must be continuuously increased to "entice" the holders to sell.  Yes, this rule of "Supply and Demand" applies to every stock (with some exceptions merger, buyouts, etc. - and perhaps money manager/market maker influence.  Penny stocks, unlike "listed stocks" (NYSE, Nasdaq, AMEX) don't need a seller to buy.  Outstanding shares can be bought directly without going through a seller. - correct me if I am wrong -  ;)). =

When the share price rebounds, it will bring in more buyers (who sold at loss and new buyers learning of GameZnFlix (probably through Circuit City, GameZnFlix flyers/website, internet/MB "buzz" and word of mouth).

Whether this is the case, time once again will be the judge.

Good trading!
