missed the boat on the posts today but will catch up tomorrow at the open with AMEP and CYAD(what a great idea). Will wait for a little pullback on AKS for entry. Thanks David for all your great research and stock market wisdom.

David Randolph

Thanks basanlas. I'm making some research on CYAD.OB but only tomorrow before the open I'll be able to post it. I'm too tired now.

Everyone who has already paddled with a surf board against the waves knows this is a great product  :P

See ya !

CyberAds to Host XBoard Demonstration; XBoard TV Segment to be Filmed at Event

Friday , June 17, 2005 05:00 ET
TORRANCE, Calif., Jun 17, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --CyberAds, Inc. (OTCBB:CYAD) announced today that a demonstration event for key investors, potential distributors and other VIPs has been scheduled for Friday, June 24th in the Southern California area. According to Pat Stimpson, EVP Marketing for CyberAds, "To make the event even more exciting, Planet X Television will be on hand filming a segment for their hugely popular show. This segment will air beginning in July." Planet X is broadcast worldwide and reaches a North American audience exceeding 65 million homes.
The event will serve as a showcase for key business owners and entrepreneurs who are negotiating for exclusive XBoard distribution territories throughout North America. It is scheduled to be a complete event with food and music. XBoard is the revolutionary personal watercraft being manufactured by Aqua Xtremes that looks like a surfboard but is powered by a rotary engine.
"The recent production news from the manufacturer has created momentum and a sense of urgency with potential distributors," explained Jeff Criswell, President of CyberAds. "This event will provide us with another great opportunity to demonstrate how easy, and exciting the XBoard is to ride while at the same time filming an adrenaline pumping segment for Planet X TV." The event is by invitation only. Further details about the event will be available early next week through the CyberAds sales and management team who can be reached at (800) 288-3099.

Welcome aboard TRUNK !

best regards

Thanks for welcoming me.. got a chance to really look around last night and this website is exactly what I have been looking for- I plan on being here for awhile and Hopefully I can contribute something to the community as well.. Thanks!

David Randolph

Now I don't have much time to make the analysis on CYAD so I'll just post this link so you can read some info about this company:

http://www.cyberadsinc.com/press.cfm

I'm still a bit confused about the relationship between CYAD.OB, NVAC.OB, Aqua Xtremes and Sumeeko Industries. I love the product and I believe every company involved in it will make a lot of money but I'll have to dig more to find out which part belongs to whom in this business. Any help is welcome.

In the meantime I'll keep the shares, although the chart shows a loss of momentum.

This looks like a good play to me. My average pps is .1875
There are under 30 million shares outstanding. Very unusual
for a penny stock. I hope the marketmakers are accumulating
right now to account for the lower pps. It will be a real good
sign, IMO, if we close around .18

Hey Steven, good call and you were close enough to a close at .18.. I'll take that as a real positive sign

I actually sold first thing this morning at .19 because I was uncertain with their relationship to owning the Xboard Product, but I did more research and loved what I saw and I really liked the way it was acting after the dip today when it seemingly ran out of sellers so I got back in at .161

Their press releases are in frenzy mode right now so it seems they have a good coordinated effort to move the stock and their marketing skills are phenomenal.. Dude on the MoneyTV show was pretty sharp as well..  to view interview go to http://www.moneytv.net/ click on Previous Shows archives and then Volume 9 Week 22.. The Xboard representiatives segment starts at around the 17:45 mark

steven

That was an awesome interview. Seven and one-half million dollars in back orders. I see a double or triple by midweek.

P.S.  David, thank you for this forum.

I can't tell you how cool I think this product is. I live in the D/FW area and it seems like I spend half my summers at the lake. The prospect of buying a couple of these and being able to load them in the back of my pick-up may make my jetskis obsolete!

My entry sits at .188 and this is an easy 4x or 5x before summer is over. What do y'all think about NVAC, the company that actually makes the Xboard? CYAD, to me, seems to have the larger profile right now. One has over 2 mil in volume the other barely 20k on Friday. Is there something about NVAC that I am missing? Thanks.

I'm missing something too. I really can't explain why the two quotes don't run in tandem, since they're both betting on the same product, one on the production side (NVAC.OB) and the other on the sales and distribution side (CYAD.OB).

Some people say that CYAD is entirely in the hands of NVAC (because this company is the producer), but if it's true that CYAD has already $7.5M in orders for the XBoard NVAC is surely depending on CYAD to sell their product.

I love the product but I don't know if $8000 is not too expensive for it ... having some trouble in getting this business right. For now I'm going to believe the CEO that it has those $7.5M in orders and hold the stock. If that statement is true of course NVAC (with its partnership with Sumeeko Industries) will produce the XBoard and this whole story will turn into reality.

Giving some room to shares, but with my eyes opened to the course of events, specially attentive to the share price - it has to go up ! I love the product, but I'm not in love with the stock.

product is good , PR is good, but its down 25% by 11am. i have a position , hope there is nothing  bad we dont know which causes the stock to drop.  ???
any ideas?
Thanks!

mastaflash

eager,

I'm down on this one to, having just got in last Thurs so I feel you your pain. However, I note the the drop is on very low volume, and is probably just a normal pull back. It should bounce back this week, but we may need some news to do it. JMO.

fantazia

guys its a penny stock, get use to it , it can climb and it can fall just as fast, but if nothing fundamentally has changed its just intraday noise

Good luck

I know you don't like midday analysis, but I didn't buy at your initial listing of this one, and you are still holding your position.  Do you still consider it a good buy at this point ?

David Randolph

No, I wouldn't buy now. In my analysis I wrote the stock must go up for me to believe what the directors of the company are saying. I don't make new opinions during market hours and I won't sell the stock today ... but the short term behavior isn't transmitting confidence.
