Thanks for the work andyman, I'll comment on it later tonight.  The day's action looks good on SWKJ.

andrewcbrown

This is on my radar for today.  Last few days of action look promising for a bounce.

Well, the investors crew is waiting exited for some PR. (good one of course)  :D

An the Cornell cloud seems to vanish slowly.

As already mentioned, the fact that the date does not mach with the reports makes me most suspicious. And I read that some guys got the confirmation from Nurse that this is an error.

In case the deal with Cornell is true and has not been reported in the relevant 10Q and this leads to a failure of SWKJ, Nurse would be a little in trouble. Some investors could accuse him for willful deception. That's a little to obvious. And that does not fit to the development of the recent 3 month.
If a company with almost no operation does this, I could understand, and than it's a serious warning. But for what playing that trick and having 70+ mil.$ deals in the pocket. Its just gambling with the opportunity of your life. I cannot believe that Nurse is so naïve to do that.

That's not logical, so I guess that was editing mistake. Generally, you have some experience in writing reports to understand. Nobody is writing every report from scratch today. That was usual at the times of the old typewriters. Today having the computer, in continuous reporting it is common to take the previous document and edit on it. That means a total new sort of typing(editing) errors may happen.

I send slomo the comparison of the two last 10Q's. You can see they rearranged some of the Notes in Chapter 1 and shifted some up and down. So it may happen there.
However, I understand that's not an official evidence.

andyman, can you resend it to [email protected]?

I don't see it, perhaps it was filtered to my bulk mail (spam) folder and then deleted after a day.  If you send it again I will check that folder too, so I should get it.

Thanks, as always, for your analysis.  Still waiting on the sidelines on this one, but am very interested.

This could be part of the problem with lack of movement.

All others except SWKJ have been removed.

Interesting some must have got some knowledge ahead of time. The release of the news was some minutes after 4.00. However the price started to pull up 25 min. before.

Nurse makes a good job. I feel he is in his style an Engineer with management experience (like me)  :) . That is (different as sometimes in the western world) very practical in Asia!!
I hope that matches your experience.
Often these people do not need a "show master". Often they desperately need somebody who understands the problem and gives them the solution.
A person who can manage AND have the understanding of the technical (sometimes detailed) problem is mostly welcome there. The Asians have a 7th sense about persons who have that mix, who can get things up and going. They develop quickly a good relationship and trust to such persons where they feel that they can coordinate and understand the detail and they support him.

Unlike in the western world where you are often out when you wear the wrong tie at the central show.

I feel that's the case here, ad that makes me sticking to SWKJ, as already mentioned.

Bad on both sides of the ocean; only 195.1K shares and down .01 to .039 Eur = about .047 US. And we have no volume and at .043. Bad day. What can be happening a large number of posters on RB have been silent and those posting are posting off topic.

Myself, I am hoping that either the shorts or Presige are holding it down and news and/or the year end report will break everything loose.

I am also concerned that Mr Nurse is the largest shareholder and he is doing nothing to help with the PPS.

COUNTDOWN UNTIL MARCH 31 WHEN THE YEAR END REPORT IS DUE.

CDE

cedeee

My post on RB this morning in answer to a questions about no volume.

Wonder Why!!!! Same @ the German Market.

A week form today the year end report is due. Report was promised by the statutory reporting date. Will we see it or will we see another request for extension. The last time we saw the request for extension and the assignment of the "E" for a day.

Right now we seem to be in unknown land with a lot of questions and not many answers. I ask questions via e-mail with no answers, only, that is what the report is for.
Some people seem to get info and some do not get info.

What do we need to know?

1. Status of the Chiefland Property.
Ownership
Financing
Plans for renovations
Possibility of rental revenue.

2. Status of contracts in Thailand. Our interest in Mission Hills. Are we part of the contract as was indicated by PR.

3. Status of Siteworks Thailand.

4. Status of proposed contracts in China.

5. Status of VA and FAA contracts.

6. Just what is the current relationship between Siteworks, Prestige and Knightsbridge.

7. And a big question should be answered, WHAT IS OUR CURRENT SHARE STRUCTURE. The TA has been restricted from releasing any information.

With this information clarified in the annual report it would be nice if Siteworks management could make use of the PR connections they have to come up with an program to satisify the shareholders desire for clear and concise periodic information that can be depended on to be timely and accurate.
