Wow, Yahoo GNBT MB is back on "fire"!!!

These articles seemed perfectly timed and targeted to say the least. The article was very biased. And really did leave misguiding infomration. It is false and they seemed to exploit all the negative in the article. This fool pumped NVAX, and compared NVAX current news with GNBT older status, which was July, and December last year.

It portrayed GNBT to be in a downward spiral; but FAILED to include:

1. Recent confidence boosters that INSIDERS bought shares of their company.

2. They seem to fail to disclose this about the company's cahs on hand exceeding 31 million.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060228/0111377.html

3.
David Kliff, editor of Diabetic Investor, thinks that Generex Biotech (nasdaq: GNBT - news - people ) is a big bargain at about $2 a share. Kliff says the company has "the best technology for alternative delivery of insulin," which is by mouth - this was written before GNBT's climb to $5.02

4.
This guy made no mention of GNBT meetings with Canada government, Meeting with the Government for Antigens DNA type flu products that is being considered for funding, he made no mentions about the conference in London.

5.He made no mention about GNBT getting approval in MEXICO, He made no reference to testing that is going on in Italy.

6.The going concern statements ARE IN ALMOST ever company financial statements that needs cash.

ADA: American Diabetes Association: FYI

* GNBT's VP for Medical Affairs (Gerald Bernstein MD) WAS the past president for the ADA.
This ADA is in the USA (for all you bashers...morons..and dumbwits)

and he SAYS:

"The study shows that the insulin mouth spray works faster than insulin injections"

"The beauty of it is, it can be taken just before you eat and just after you eat"

"This is a very fast insulin. It is regular insulin, which ordinarily is slow, but when sprayed into the mouth, it gets into the bloodstream very quickly."

link is found at http://www.webmd.com/content/article/107/108564.htm
The top it says they ARE SEEKING APPROVAL...not for BF..this is for ORAL-LYN..Diabetes..they are chewing the longs up for no reason.

House Report 109-102 - AGRICULTURE, RURAL DEVELOPMENT, FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION,
AND RELATED AGENCIES APPROPRIATIONS BILL, 2006 -- Significant Items

Item
Diabetes Product Characteristics - The Committee urges FDA to develop guidance, initiate collaborations, and promote consensus development activities to evaluate the utility and need for additional biomarkers and surrogate endpoints that will assist manufacturers' efforts to demonstrate efficacy of diabetes product characteristics with clinical outcomes, and where need exists, to aid in their development and validation. Where there is a demonstrated need, the Committee urges FDA to work with diabetes stakeholders to refine therapeutic endpoints. (Page 153)

Action Taken or To Be Taken
The Committee urges FDA to work with diabetes stakeholders to refine therapeutic endpoints the agency is currently developing guidance for industry on demonstrating efficacy of diabetes products. In addition to input from within the agency, we have received input from external special interest groups, including NIH and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International. The document will be published for comment once it has completed the clearance process. We are planning to publish the draft document sometime this year.

Item
Influenza - Most experts estimate that there will be a lag time of 6 to 9 months before a vaccine can be produced in sufficient quantities to protect individuals against a pandemic strain of influenza to which most people will have no natural immunity. While issues around vaccine manufacturing, distribution, safety and access are complex; the United States and other nations are putting protocols in place now with respect to creating a rapid-response approval process for a pandemic flu vaccine. The Committee understands that FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research is engaging potential manufacturers of influenza vaccines and that FDA is writing a guidance document for the clinical development of new influenza vaccines, including pandemic influenza vaccines. The Committee encourages the Food and Drug Administration's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research to continue its efforts in working with potential influenza vaccine manufacturers to facilitate the development of influenza vaccines for a pandemic. (Page 156)

Action Taken or to be Taken
The Committee encourages the Food and Drug Administration's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research to continue its efforts in working with potential influenza vaccine manufacturers to facilitate the development of influenza vaccines for a pandemic. The FDA are actively engaged with sponsors and manufacturers interested in developing new technologies for influenza vaccine manufacture, including antigen sparing vaccines using both alum and novel adjuvants (a nonspecific simulator of immune response), as well as cell-culture based and recombinant (combining DNA from two or more sources) vaccines. The Agency has extensive experience in overseeing the development and licensure of cell-culture based and recombinant vaccines including those for prevention of other infectious diseases, such as chicken pox, polio, rubella, and hepatitis A and B. In November 2005, FDA convened the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee to discuss the use of Madin Darby Canine Kidney cell cultures, including those that are highly tumorigenic, in the manufacture of inactivated influenza vaccines.

Selling at market value should ONLY be used as a 'PANIC BUTTON'. One should NEVER sell shares at market value when the price is on a steady increase. If you do, you and hudreds more like you can hinder the entire market. This is what has been happening with GNBT.
THEREFORE, specify your selling price in the sell order so the brokers do not compete against each other for lower prices to get your shares sold.

The only time this does not apply is when something in the media causes a price decline. If there is nothing in the media, and the prices are decreasing, you can most certainly blame it on amateurs that sell their stocks at so-called 'market value'. DON'T BE ONE OF THEM!!

You are likely aware that brokers make the same amount of money whether they sell your stock for 10 cents or 10 dollars. What you might NOT be aware of is that when a broker receives an order to sell your shares at so-called 'market value', your broker will not risk attempting to sell at the current asking price, nor will your broker offer it at the last price it sold for... if so, and the price happened to be dropping quickly, your broker would be left holding the bag and you'd likely be upset that your shares never got sold. Therefor, to ensure that your stock gets sold right away, your broker will sell it for OR EVEN LESS THAN the current BID price!

Even as little as ten or fifteen investors with 100 shares that simultaneously place orders to sell at 'market value' (which really means BELOW market value), can cause a chain reaction as the brokers for each compete with one another to get the shares sold as fast as possible, dropping the price each time.

When your particular stock trades millions and millions of shares per day (as GNBT does), it requires an enormous number of investors to set specific prices rather than sell at so-called market value. Sadly, it appears that a majority of GNBT stockholders are not aware that their selling habits invoke price instability.

Moreover, buyers typically offer a little less than current asking price. In the current market, this is usually good business sense. Why would they pay the asking price when at any moment a series of amateurs are going to dump their stock at market value and lower the price anyway?) So, as the asking price begins to drop, the bid prices also drop.
The only time this strategy does not make sense is when the price is increasing so steadily (which it will do if investors stop selling at 'market value', barring any bad media publicity). When the price increases steadily, investors will lose out by offering less because their buy order will never get executed. Therefore, more and more investors will begin to offer more than the asking price to acquire a position. This will all take care of itself when investors stop creating sell orders at so-called 'market value'.

And finally, many investors set up automated trade triggers... if the stock price drops to a certain level, their stock immediately gets sold to cut their losses. This also is good business sense. The inherent problem with this is that the stocks are sold at market value (which really means 'below market value').
This all causes a chain reaction as one investor's trigger dumps stock, lowers the price, and trips another investor's trigger and the cycle contines. Once the prices are driven into 'bargain' land, investors begin buying it back again. This, too, will take care of itself when investors stop creating sell orders at so-called 'market value'.

The lesson is: WHEN YOU SELL YOUR STOCK, SPECIFY A PRICE UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY SALE! This, in the stock world, is tantamount to yelling FIRE in a crowded theatre.

Generex Biotechnology Corporation management is aware of the article by

March 24, 2006. While the article contains a number of categorical
falsehoods and misinterpretations, it is not feasible for Generex management
to make a fulsome public effort to correct all misinformation appearing in
the press and on internet blogs. However, outside legal counsel for Generex
has been instructed to take appropriate action in respect of the

about the article with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission

Biovail Puts Short-Seller Fight
Under Spotlight in the Media
By PAUL DAVIES and IAN MCDONALD
March 25, 2006; Page B3

Companies involved in litigation often try to avoid public attention. But Biovail Corp., a specialty-pharmaceuticals firm, has taken its legal battle against short sellers from the courtroom to the court of public opinion.

Biovail filed a sweeping lawsuit last month against several hedge funds, including SAC Capital Management LLC, an $8 billion hedge fund run by Stephen A. Cohen; Gradient Analytics, an independent stock-research firm; and David Maris, a Bank of America Corp. research analyst, alleging they had participated in a market-manipulation scheme that drove down the price of its stock.

Since then, the Mississauga, Ontario, pharmaceutical company has waged a public-relations war as well. Sitrick & Co., the firm's high-powered Los Angeles-based public-relations firm, has helped push the case into the spotlight.

"This is a major case that is generating a lot of media interest," Michael Sitrick said in an email. "We're assisting the company and its lawyers with respect to that interest."

This Sunday, 60 Minutes is scheduled to air a segment on CBS. The segment will examine how a major hedge fund "is being accused of spreading negative information about a major company and then betting on its falling stock price," according to a summary on the program's Web site. "60 Minutes" spokesman Kevin Tedesco said the program's producers were "still working" on the story in a phone message and didn't return other calls.

Biovail's tough-nosed legal and public-relations tactics come at a time when it is fending off other issues. The Securities Exchange Commission is investigating the company's accounting and financial-disclosure practices dating to June 2001, and the Federal Trade Commission is investigating its marketing practices. The Ontario Securities Commission is also investigating "trading issues, and reporting and disclosure issues in relation to the trading of Biovail common shares in several accounts" where Biovail founder Eugene Melnyk is a direct or indirect owner, according to a company disclosure late last year. Mr. Sitrick said the company is cooperating with all regulators in these matters.

"As a general rule, I do not like to try a case in the press, but I've seen it used as an effective tool," said Howard R. Elisofon, a securities defense attorney at Herrick, Feinstein LLP, of New York, who used to work at the SEC and isn't involved in this litigation.

Biovail's is the latest effort by companies to fight back against short sellers, investors who bet that a company's share price will decline. The chief executive at Overstock.com, an Internet retailer, said short sellers are to blame for driving down his firm's stock price. Like Biovail, Overstock has also filed suit against short-selling hedge funds.

Biovail, which has battled short sellers for some time, has tried the court-room path before. In 1996, the company sued Parker Quillen, who runs Quilcap, a hedge fund, alleging that he spread false rumors about Biovail. The lawsuit was settled, and as part of the settlement, Biovail agreed to invest in Mr. Quillen's hedge fund. Mr. Quillen couldn't be reached for comment.

In the lawsuit filed last month in New Jersey Superior Court in Newark, N.J., Biovail alleges SAC Capital "ghost wrote" negative reports put out by a research firm that drove down its share price. Those reports as well as reports put out by David Maris, a Banc of America Securities analyst, sent down Biovail's stock price more than 50% between 2003 and spring 2004, the lawsuit alleges.

As a result, SAC and other short sellers were able to reap a profit.

SAC, of Greenwich, Conn., declined to comment for this story but earlier said it would fight the lawsuit, which it called "outrageous and defamatory."

"Bank of America wholeheartedly supports David Maris and has the highest degree of confidence in the objectivity and integrity of his research," said Bank of America spokesman Timothy Gilles.

Biovail investors filed a $4 billion class-action lawsuit in U.S. District court in New Jersey Friday against SAC Capital, other hedge funds, Mr. Maris and Bank of America Securities LLC, echoing the Biovail suit's allegations.

The lawsuit alleges SAC provided the information in the reports issued by Gradient Analytics, formerly known as Camelback Research Alliance. Inside the research firm, the suit says, the reports were referred to as "hatchet jobs."

Gradient Analytics, of Scottsdale, Ariz., called the suit "false" and "malicious." Donn Vickrey, Gradient's co-founder, said the lawsuit has placed financial pressure on his firm. In addition, he said current and former employees have been contacted by private investigators looking for information about the firm. Mr. Vickrey says the investigators have camped outside of his home.

"No one associated with Biovail or its attorneys, including any investigator, ever followed Don Vickery," Mr. Sitrick wrote in an e-mail response to questions.

Ok, this is why:

1. We now know that GNBT stock price was manipulated by greedy hedge fund managers.
2. GNBT management already responded to misinformation SmartMoney (DumbMoney) article of Friday with a GREAT news post of FDA/Antigen Express "Fast Track"
3. There are already recent cases of stock manipulation by hedge fund managers and many are in jail
4. 60 Minutes will do a story on Sunday (PRIME TIME) about stock price manipulation
5. This is only Saturday. The panic will subside and traders/market will reassess the truth about Avian stocks and stock manipulations and many that would have sold on panic on Monday will now hold or buy.
6. Those that are still uneasy about SmartMoney (DumbMoney) article will sell their "pure" Avian stocks and replace them with GNBT because of their patented Oral-lyn and buccal delivery system that's already marketed and holds GLOBAL growth potential.
7. Besides, MM/fund managers been buying GNBT all of last week as GNBT hit new daily 52 week highs and even after the drop on Wednesday.
http://thomson.finance.lycos.com/lycos/iwatch/cgi-bin/iw_ticker?t=GNBT&range=7&mgp=0&x=11&y=10&i=3&hdate=

These managers know info that we don't have. Why are they buying all week?

They will buy all next week also.

At the end of March oral insulin will be commercialized

At the end of March of the present year one will begin to commercialize in Ecuador the Oralyn product, that consists of oral insulin for the patients who suffer of diabetes. Pharmabrand laboratories will be the distributing Ecuadorian company of this product, mentions their executive president, Cid Robert.

It remembers that at the present time the insulin that is commercialized is by injectable route, that is to say, the diabetics use needle to administer it to it, which will change, because the product in mention will be provided by oral route, with which the patient absorbs it at level of the glucose.  More at link.

I can't wait for Monday's market open now!

GNBT will now rebound next week!

If you consider Wednesday's drop as a "price correction" then Thursday and Friday was "rebounding gain" for GNBT.

With the news of FDA "Fast Track" with Antigen Express and the sale of Oral-lyn starting in Ecuador at the end of March, a renewed buying interest will push the price of GNBT back up.
http://www.generex.com/news/

Perhaps last chance to buy below $4 - $5.  And if GNBT stock price was manipulated, they achieved pushing the price down from $5 to $3+.  If this is the case, then look for tens of millions of more "large block" buying from hedge fund/mutual fund managers next week, which will push the price right back up to new 52 week highs!  $10+ here we come!

It is only my theory, and as always, time will tell.

Good night all.

= GZFX BUY ALERT =

Ok, many of you requested that I do an analysis and recommendation for GZFX.OB, and here it is.

For those who don't know who GameZnFlix is, they are online DVD movie and console game renter (They also sell used DVD/games) like Netflix, but GameZnFlix also rent games.  http://www.gameznflix.com/

Since last year, Circuit City has been testing GameZnFlix partnership on their website, weekly flyer, and in selected stores with good success (They sell the XBOX360 bundled with GameZnFlix rental subscription as a package).  They were initially going to announce the nationwide rollout in January, but delayed the trial period til March 15th.

Well, March 15th came and went and no nationwide rollout announcement came out.  The share price of GZFX made a short recovery but dropped with no news.

But now, the nationwide rollout with Circuit City news is out!
