GZFX sells alot of shares to market.  They are the problem, not the MM's, imo.

fill_the_gap,

Once again, thank you for your insight.  Why would GZFX be selling shares at this low of a PPS?  If they are planning on announcing news in the near future why wouldn't they wait until after a nice run and a stable PPS?

Hi

I added more shares between .0156 and .02 for an average price of .0195!

I hope by the end of the week I can get out with some profit. This is not going as I expected it.

GLTA!

I'm down about 8% from where I bought back in with sale profit: .0165. I asked EliteG for his take on the action today on his daily TA thread. He thinks that the close above this morning's gap suggests more positive momentum to come. I'll be watching closely.

bmarc, this is nothing new for GZFX.  They have 20 plus billion new A/S's to pull from and convert to cash, use for deals, etc.  This may eliminate the need for future financing with Golden Gate.  It also will keep them in business much longer.  GZFX will sell consistently, imo.  We will only see the results on the 10Q.

With so many shares, the only way to make money is by trading GZFX, imo.  The selling halts any substantial rally.

Lalitha0, it will take AAFES or equivalent news to get back towards 2 cents, imo.  Hopefully soon.

I am banking on the website by Friday.

Bought before close and will sell at the open if no news.

Amazing that the news finally arrived.   :o

EliteG is very good with his analysis.  Great place to ask.

Keep in mind that another positive PR could really get it going.

GZFX will be on many more radar screens tonight.

Good luck.

up, down, up, down - I have two things working against me - not having fractional cent numbers on the streaming quote/charts to get a sense of what is really going on without periodically requesting a live quote  (otherwise pleased with my Firstrade account though), and trading in a cash account so that I have basically non-existent daytrading ability.  Flying Blind - and a little dismayed that there wasn't more upward momentum given the fact that news as the CC deal essentially puts GZFX on the map!
I hope GZFX holds off on selling this enormous new block of shares; I am wondering how such a move on their part would be of strategic sense at this point - insulting the very shareholders who are bouying the value, and at such a low price as well.
I have been holding onto the remaining 1/4 of shares I originally picked up at 0.0075 - and added substantially to that today at 0.0149 first thing in the morning (obviously I fell for that old game, but I sensed volatility and didn't want to end up chasing the sucker later).
I stay on a position until I reach my target price(s), until recently I haven't really had the amount of money that anything I do has affected us in either direction - my Learning Curve Fund.  Glad I had that time to do so!  Now it's getting fun :-)
Is it just me, or does everyone get that "Dang!  Wish I had $10K right now to drop on..." ??
Good luck everyone!

today wasnt as huge as everyone hoped, but its pretty much guaranteed as much as there  can be a guarantee in business that this company will turn from start up to making a solid profit by the end of the year. saying that the only way to make money is by flipping is a little shortsighted i think. i feel like this should continue to trend upwards for the rest of the year. as the price rises dilution becomes less and less of a problem. and its also obvious now that chip isnt just lining his pockets. hes selling shares to make a better, stronger company. in the long run, that will only hurt those who sold. a lot of people are worried about the O/S and what it might be later on, but it will pale in comparison to the amount of value this company will gain over the upcoming months. hopefully earnings will start driving the pps and not PR's. once we get to that point, im pretty sure i wont be worrying about tenths of a penny.

I agree.  However, now that the company has a national deal, they really need to push themselves.  Getting their name out to the public is the key thing here, and getting suscribers is what's going to drive this company.  I know they have potential, I know things are looking positive, but you can't go anywhere unless you have solid, actual support.  GZFX probably has less than 10,000 suscribers, which is not a lot by any means.
The key from here on out is to gain recognition.  I'll probably ride the wave as long as I can with this one, but because I like the idea of the company, I'll probably be holding onto some shares just as a long-term thing - not too many, but enough to where I can make a decent amount in the chance that things really get rolling.

In terms of the next few weeks, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see another run like we had a few months ago.  However, there IS a lot of daytrading going on with this guy (Although, I can't say much, I've done it myself), so it's really hard to get behind on the rally.  Consistent support is what's needed here to get another run going.  Right now people are jumping in and out because there's a lot of worriedness still floating around.
A few more PRs will help break that cycle, but you never know.  It could be difficult to say exactly what's gonna happen from this point, but I'd expect something more positive.

Very nice gain day for GZFX with $0.0067 (78.82%) increase.  =As I posted before, this is a "speculation" play and you must be ready for extreme volatility. =

Some asked why there was "strange" buy/sell price patterns intraday.  Penny stocks, unlike listed stocks (NYSE/Nasdaq/AMEX) do not require a seller for you to buy shares.  When you place a BUY order, you can buy straight from the available shares and not necessarily from a seller.  This is how penny stocks raise money.  GameZnFlix has billions of shares they have for sale and days like today is perfect for them to sell some of those shares to raise much needed working capital, which allows the company to grow.

This "dilution" of additional shares will have some negative impact on the share price, so often the companies are careful when and how much shares they sell.  GZFX traded over 1.35 BILLION shares today!  I am quite certain that GameZnFlix sold a large amount of the billions of shares.

Is this bad?  If they release too many shares too fast, then it will drive the price of the stock too low.  If you look at the intraday chart, GZFX maintained most of its gain throughout the day, indicating buying strength.  As long as GameZnFlix is careful with their release of shares while allowing the share price to gain, it will be WIN-WIN for share holders and GameZnFlix.

GameZnFlix going nationwide with Circuit City is the "BIG" news that everyone has been waiting for.  Since GameZnFlix is still a penny stock, many will only trade the stock instead of holding long-term.  Likewise, I also recommend that you trade GZFX short-term.

As to near-term projection of GZFX, as the news of the nationwide rollout with Circuit City spreads and if more positive PR/News get released (such as increased number of subscribers and other deals GameZnFlix is working on like AAFES and the US military) more buying pressure will push the price higher.

I read somewhere that the AAFES is not as big as the CC deal as it turned out to be.  If the CC deal did not make much of an impact then I won't hope much for the AAFES to pull this stock up that much.

Can anyone recall such article?  Correct me if I am wrong.

AAFES dwarfs the Circuit City deal.  Check out the immediate exposure to the perfect target audience via the stores and online.  John and Chip have made comments about how big AAFES is compared to CC.

Both John and Chip have said AAFES is much bigger for sub growth and achieving profitability than CC is.  Both are important, but AAFES is the deal that would have the largest impact on growth in 2006 and beyond.

This could come at any time.  No reason that they will not get it with John's military ties.  I-Hub has posted e-mails saying the deal is done and awaiting a military PR.  We shall see shortly.
