Jeff and any other entrepreneurs whom I may have foolishly taken to task....excuse my sharp tongue. It is gonna get me in trouble one of these days. I had not assessed the lack of product, in certain states; contrary to what the CEO is stating. That is very suspicious indeed. I live in SE Asia, so I have no way of checking for myself. Since you have proven to be a credible and reasonable member here at 3SOF; your findings about lack of Roy's credibility has been a slap in the face. We have little else to go on, at times, despite the golden rule; to do your own DD.  I got burned badly by believing the former CEO of Dimethaid who allegedly lied about FDA approval progress. Consequently, I value what you are saying. On its own, the NR is fairly innocent. The issue you have raised is, if you cannot trust the CEO 100% - how can you justify holding a high risk stock. I have tended to interpret Bravo's NR's with optimist. 'Tis true. and I am riding on with some healthy gains which I reinvested. Maybe it is time to reconvert the gains back to cash, again. Your open-mindedness is appreciated. I would ask for updates to be posted here on news of product availability. Don.

Don,

Thank you for the post.

BRVO does have a chance.  CCE and Marvell, etc. are powerful names.  The product is real as I sampled it at Walgreens.  A large scale school program would be great.

But the CEO certainly does not have my trust so I can not hold it day to day in the portfolio.

That said, I have not written BRVO off as a company just yet.  But I will wait for the lower end of the range to purchase and/or on a breakout AFTER earnings.

This is the only way I can play BRVO until they prove otherwise.  If they can back up the talk with actions, I will be the first to jump back in.

-Jeff-
Just one opinion, do the research

don

i guess someone at Bravo wrote this.
BRVO (0.57, +0.00, +0.5% ) , a brand development and marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes vitamin- fortified, flavored milks, has renewed and expanded its sponsorship with Cagnazzi Racing's NHRA Pro Stock Team and racing sensation Erica Enders. Last year, Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk sponsored the second half of the season. This year, Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk will be the primary sponsor of Enders' Chevy Cobalt Pro Stock racer for the full 23-race 2006 season, building on what was started in 2005.
The 22-year-old Enders, who has already established a series of firsts for women in the Pro Stock class, has her eyes set on even bigger accomplishments this year and is "the" driver to watch for the 2006 season. In addition to her racing representation of Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk, Enders will be making multiple appearances across the country for Slammers(R) and the team at schools, Girl Scout conferences, hospitals, charity benefits and retailers, where she will be greeting fans, signing autographs and talking about the benefits of performing at your peak and drinking "better for you" Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk.
"It's so awesome to be driving the Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk Chevy Cobalt for Bravo! Foods," said Enders. "It's been a goal and mission of mine to be a positive influence on our fans and the communities we visit during the season and Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk is a great product line that can play a big role in the health and nutrition of everyone who drinks it, especially kids and teens."
Continuing, Enders said, "I love to start my day off with a Chocolate Slim Slammers(R) because it tastes great and the big shot of protein, big dose of calcium and full complement of vitamins is just what I need for an exciting and strenuous day of driving my Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk Chevy Cobalt Pro Stock Car at 208 MPH!"
"Having Erica Enders represent our brands and our company is an easy choice," said Bravo! Foods CEO Roy Warren. "Erica stands for everything our products are about and her performances both on the track and off send exactly the right message about living right, doing right and taking care of yourself so you can always perform at your best. We're proud to have Erica as an ambassador for our team and we expect big things from her and Cagnazzi Racing for 2006."
"We're looking forward to the 2006 season and putting the Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk Chevy Cobalt into the winners circle, hopefully more than once," said Victor Cagnazzi, team owner. "What can I say about the Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk sponsorship? Roy Warren took a chance on our team last year and we're very thankful to him and all of the folks at Bravo! Foods for getting behind us. We're really excited about the way fans have embraced the Slammers(R) product line. NHRA fans are the most loyal supporters of our sponsors, and feedback is telling us they're drinking a lot of Slammers(R) Ultimate Milk, so we're doing exactly what we set out to do."
The Cagnazzi/Slammers(R) relationship will go beyond appearances by Enders. Product sampling at the track and at various stops on the tour will be accompanied by a fan coupon program, fan novelty giveaways and retail programs.

Has anyone listened to and analysed what Roy Warren said at the conference call?
I noted his remarks about a very different marketing strategy for non-chilled product. Getting away from conventional milk retail locations. If the company expects to sell 80% of its brand at other than grocery outlets - this could explain why the product availability is disappointing to some people. Don.

Bravo currently expects to report earnings by the end of March. Something is in the works, I believe.  Don.

Im so heavy in this dang stock.  2 things worry me about earnings.  The price is just sinking to lows i have never seen and when i talked to the CEO, he usually tells me he thinks things are going great.  He is still upbeat and we talked about down the road.  he has full confidence that he will join the stock exchange and quite being sold over counter in years to come and hit the 4.00 mark.  However he says right now he is just focused on making the company better.  They are hiring, hell he even wanted to give me a job, but milk is not my specialty.  I do not see great things for a while.  I said i would go long, and unlike many longs here in 3sof, it means 3-5 long BORING years.
Learning from every trade.

Bravo! Foods International Corp. Reports Record 2005 Revenue
Thursday , March 30, 2006 16:05 ET

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., March 30, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bravo! Foods International Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: BRVO), a brand development and marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes vitamin- fortified, flavored milk drinks and other beverages, announced today that total revenue for 2005 was a record $11.9 million, an increase of 257% over the prior year's revenue of $3.3 million. Bravo! reported a net loss applicable to common shareholders of $14.8 million compared to a $4.2 million loss in the prior year. The net loss on a per share basis was $0.11 in 2005 compared to a $0.10 per share loss in 2004 on a 236% increase in weighted average shares outstanding. Net income in 2005 was negatively impacted by a one-time, non-recurring finder's fee as well as a significant increase in selling expenses.

Roy Warren, Chief Executive Officer commented, "2005 was an extremely gratifying year for us. Not only did we deliver record revenue, we laid the foundation for sustainable growth thanks to our distribution agreement with Coca-Cola Enterprises. Equally as important, our balance sheet has been strengthened providing us with the financial flexibility to support our future growth." Added Mr. Warren, "As we move into 2006, we are extremely excited. Demand is strong, we have unparallel distribution with Coca-Cola Enterprises, we have contracted for more production and we have a robust pipeline of new products."

2005 Discussion

Total revenue in the United States was $11.5 million in 2005, up from $2.8 million in 2004, while international sales, which consist of sales in the Middle East and United Kingdom, were $412 thousand in 2005. The significant increase in U.S. sales was primarily the result of new product introductions in fourth quarter 2004 and the first half of 2005 as well as increased distribution.

Cost of goods sold in 2005 was $8.9 million, up from $2.4 million in 2004. Cost of goods sold increased in line with the higher level of sales. The gross margin of 25.2% in 2005 was down from 29.0% in 2004 reflecting the lower sales prices in 2005.

Selling expenses in 2005 were $8.4 million and represented 70% of revenue compared with selling expenses of $1.8 million in 2004 or 54% of revenue. Higher selling expenses reflected increased freight, distribution and promotional expenses associated with the expanded product line.

General and administrative (G&A) expenses were $5.0 million in 2005 compared with $2.6 million in the prior year. The increase in absolute terms reflects the increase in infrastructure, as well as payroll costs to support a higher level of revenue as well as some investment banking fees. As a percentage of revenue G&A expenses were 42.1% in 2005, down from 78.9% in 2004 as the company was able to leverage the increased G&A costs over a higher revenue base.

During 2005, the company incurred a non-recurring finder's fee expense of $3.0 million relating to the Company's Master Distribution Agreement with Coca-Cola Enterprises.

The weighted average shares outstanding for 2005 were 135 million, up from 40 million in 2004 and partially reflect the fourth quarter 2005 private placement of 40 million shares.

Balance Sheet

The company ended 2005 with approximately $4.9 million in cash and total assets of roughly $24.3 million compared to $114 thousand and $1.1 million, respectively at year-end 2004.
