im really starting to wonder if holding my shares is just going to be suicide. ive been holding for a while. havent been flipping. i might start soon though, but im usually not around enough to be able to flip during the day so i dont know how ill do it. i thought that this company had a lot of potential, and that in a year or two id have made good gains. and with the CC deal i now know the potential is absolutely real and i believe in the company. but if they dilute all those shares even if they use the money to build the company and gain assets, it seems like traders wont care and will continue to drive the price down. then when they decide to R/S im afraid that my money will never really get back to the value i originally bought it at even though the company is much more valuable. if i can be convinced that the company's PPS will actually parallel the true growth of the company then i can deal with all thats going on. if not, then i seem to be shit out of luck no matter how patient i am. ill be forced to flip and average down and do lots i really dont feel like doing and still not make any real gains.

I'm not 100% sure what's going on in terms of aquiring 170 television shows for the "GnF Entertainment Network" -- Googling that didn't even turn up anything.

However, from what I get from within the article, it seems that they're using this form of media to possibly distribute movies and games through something other than just the mail.  Hopefully there will be some further press releases to clarify exactly what's happening, but whatever it is, it seems to be good news :D

Thank you guys for such kind replies. Out of all the forums I have visited. I felt most comfortable posting here. I have 15000 shares of this and have been holding for a while. Just got a little excited. I also noticed a lot of you have huge amounts of penny stocks, what are you using to trade, as if I buy more than 5000 with Firstrade. I get hit with huge fees.
Thanks again for being so kind thought guys!!!

Godspeed06,

Do what works best for you.  I use pennies for trading only.  Yes, I may hold awhile for news, but never long after it comes.

My plan is to wait for the website (Thursday or Friday, imo) and then the AAFES deal.

At that time, I will take the money and move on.  Perhaps returning to trade it again if more news is anticipated.  But holding long term is not an option for me.  Too many A/S, imo.  And an eventual R/S is probably in the cards.

As discussed for months on here, I am in for the news.  We got Circuit City, website is next and then the giant AAFES deal, imo.

I have done very well so far trading it with the initial buy at .0076 as disclosed on the thread.  Sold on the CC news and then added more today around .0121.  And will add more into Friday.  Really not sure how much the website will help, but it certainly will not be negative for the price.

Anyone else care to disclose their plan to the group ?  :o

im really starting to wonder if holding my shares is just going to be suicide.

Depends on where you bought. If your average price is .015 or higher, than my guess is yes there will be pain for you short-term. The big news was the CC national deal. AAFES and a new website will not have much effect on the pps IMO. What matters going forward will be execution of the rollout, and the related revenues and profits. This is a process that will take some time (years).

NFLX had profit of $42M in 2005. NFLX PE ratio is 43. Let's assume GZFX over time issues all its authorized shares - 25 Billion. When GZFX does $42M in profit, and assuming it is awarded the same PE as NFLX, then GZFX would trade at 7.3 cents per share. The big unknown is how long will it take GZFX to reach $42M in annual profit? It's not the sort of thing that can happen in one, two, or three years.

Unless your timeframe is 10 years, look for flipping opportunities like fill_the_gap has done.
GO IN THAT HOUSE OF PAIN THAT YOU SEEM TO WANT TO BE IN, BUT GET AWAY FROM ME.  I'M TRYING TO WORK, DAMMIT.

John and Chip have stated that AAFES is many times more valuable to GZFX than Circuit City.

The market knows the name Circuit City and may not react the same to AAFES, even though AAFES means more in reaching profitability.  And look at the amount of locations for AAFES.  Combine that with perfect target market and it equals subs.

AAFES is important for many reasons.  The target market and international exposure is immediate.  And they do not have to pay AAFES the same amount per sub as CC.

All in all, to have AAFES is a giant deal.  The more partnerships, the more of a base we can build on here.

Another thing to consider.  John stated to a reliable source today that Golden Gate converted the debentures the past few days.  And John said that GG is done.

If this is the case, GZFX has cash to move forward and self finance operations.  This will certainly help with the Outstanding Share issue.  Remember when AMEP finished the debentures?

I am buying more to take into Friday and next week.  I think that a parlay of news is possible.  It could move up again for a nice trade by next week, imo.

I am going all in again before end of day Thursday for a trade on a string of news.
