Good morning,

Premarket bid/ask already at $0.0159 and $0.016!

Looks promising this week!

Hey, LL, kinda wonder where you get this premarket info.  there is no such thing as an after market or premarket otcbb.  it's the manager closing up his books.

secondly, the new site news is now out...now we only have one more huge p.r. to go...

These products are still in testing and we wanted get the website up to allow our members to enjoy the current improvements like the 'advance search'; title information popup; and account management. We are also previewing the GnF Entertainment Channel on the website (logo link on the platform line of the home page). This represents another step towards meeting one of the company's goals of providing movies and games through video-on-demand or, potentially, any other media."

Pick your movie format: Download or DVD

By Mike Snider, USA TODAYMon Apr 3, 7:00 AM ET

For the first time, Hollywood is making its latest movies available for download the same day DVDs arrive.

The first movie to receive simultaneous DVD and download treatment will be Brokeback Mountain, available Tuesday at Movielink (www.movielink.com). Now playing on the service, launched today, are recent releases King Kong, Memoirs of a Geisha, Pride & Prejudice, Rent and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

"For the first time, consumers have the ability to not just rent a (downloadable) major motion picture from the major Hollywood studios but to own them," Movielink CEO Jim Ramo says. Consumers will pay for the convenience. New films such as Brokeback, King Kong and Memoirs of a Geisha will cost $20 to $30; older films such as Jaws, Easy Rider, To Kill a Mockingbird and The Sting will cost $10 to $16. By comparison, new DVD releases often are discounted as low as $14.

Until now, only a few of Hollywood's latest films have been available online - typically weeks after they have hit DVD - but usually only for rental on sites such as Movielink, CinemaNow and Starz's Vongo. Movielink's announcement beats to the punch a similar service scheduled to launch in the UK next week by movie site Lovefilm, Universal and America Online. Online retailer Amazon also is reportedly talking with studios about the idea.

"We're probably three to five years away from any huge market, but early adopters are very interested," says Mike McGuire of Gartner Research.

Movielink's downloads will be of lesser quality than DVD but comparable to that of digital cable and satellite TV, Ramo says. "It certainly looks good on a notebook computer, desktop computer and a TV."

It takes about an hour to download a film, but it can be viewed within minutes. Customers can burn copies to DVD, but the movies, which are in Windows Media format, can't be played on standard DVD players. Downloads can be transferred to up to two PCs. A copy can be transferred to a laptop, but not to an iPod or Sony PSP, though eventually it will be compatible with Microsoft-supported portables.

Studios that will supply films to Movielink include Universal, Warner Bros., Paramount, Fox, Sony and MGM. Talks continue with other studios, Ramo says.

"The smartest people in Hollywood realize that they are not in the movie business; they are in the content business," says Shelly Palmer, author of Television Disrupted: The Transition from Network to Networked TV. "It is their job to listen to their customers and deliver content in form factors that consumers want."

With the potential and past news of GZFX, I wonder why it is actually down today?  I thought at least it would be up!   ???    >:(

vic666

is today supposed to be a low vol. consolidation day....before another higher move to test resistance at $0.0209 ??

what do the passionate longs think about todays action??

as a long holding A LOT of shares, I of course would have liked to see it close higher.  But I'm not worried.  it was a down day after three up days, and we still managed to close with higher highs and lower lows than the preceeding session.  i like to think in terms of market cap, and with a current market cap of a little more than $50 million, and with a Circuit City national roll out in hand, plus AAFES, VOD, and books and audio tapes coming down the pike, I have to think that GZFX is very undervalued.  I can easily see this stock at double its current PPS.

rv, I get the pre-market bid/ask on my Scottrade streaming quote.

As to GZFX falling in the afternoon after testing $0.016 three times, if you look at the Nasdaq intraday chart, GZFX may have followed the market trend as with many other stocks that took the afternoon dip.  Also, STTK took a lot of buyers away as it continued another day of gain.  Many asked about STTK and I posted in the Swing Trading MB that RSI is at extremely "overbought" level of 90 and due for some profit taking soon.

My sentiment is that today's fall was small and I am bought in at $0.0125.  Shaking off some more sellers means current holders of GZFX may have bought closer to $0.015 range than $0.01 (including those that bought today) and this means holders of GZFX will now hold for higher gains.  It's all about supply and demand - less sellers willing to sell at buyers' "bid" price means higher gains for the stock price.

I am still comfortably holding GZFX shares (100%) and when STTK takes profit, perhaps many will end up buying GZFX.  ;)

Keeps going down...   ???  Was all this just hype?

Calvin87

Ugly looking chart this morning.  GZFX struggled at the end of last week, and there's nothing really to get this guy really going - except for the military deal.  Unfortunately, that's been nowhere to be seen as of yet.  I wouldn't expect it to get hit too much more, though.

Hype? The only thing in this business that isnt hype is REVENUE.....or in this specific case SUBSCRIBERS....

What do we know about the REVENUE or SUBSCRIBER NUMBERS for this company?

BOTTOM LINE TIME.....

Hype? Of course. Hype otherwise known as potential...place your bets

fluxanimator

Just picked up more at 10.07% down. Good time to load before AAEFS announcement that will hopefully come soon.

Seems GZFX is headed at least to 20 mda at ~0.11

Most likely, continue down to at least touch 50 mda IF no news, agree?

jsintexas

I didn't mean it as an insult.  I mean that if there is all this "potential", especially with a "AAEFS rumor", why is it going down?  I would think that it would be trickling up, not down.

I think you hit the nail on the head, Malum.  In penny world, stocks get hyped or news comes out, the stock goes up and the traders sell off, taking their profits.  The stock goes down, maybe some more news comes out and the stock goes back up.  Or maybe the stock stays down and bagholders long for the days when stock XYZ was showing green in their portfolio.  It's tough to make an OTC stock an investment but some people are successful doing that, I'm sure.  If you believe in the potential of this company and feel that they will do great things in the future, hold onto it.  If you were looking to make a nice, quick trade and take home some good profit, that time may have passed.  The news is out, the website is up and running (and this didn't even move the stock) so we have to look forward to 1. more news and 2. some revenue or subscriber numbers to get this to move up.  If I were trading this stock, I probably would have sold already since it lost it's momo and is trending down.  As it is, I'm only down about 5% so my house of pain is still under construction.  ;)  Will CC be a good thing for GZFX?  Guaranteed.  More subscribers = more money = stock moving up.  Will this happen today, tomorrow or next week.  Who knows?  Maybe.  Will construction continue on my house of pain?  I'm sure of it (I just hope it's only a 2 bedroom house and not a mansion).  In the long run, will this stock go up or down?  Both!  But I feel that it will eventually continue moving up and I'm willing to hold onto it and see the green again.  But please do your own DD and make your own plan.  Without a plan, we are all guaranteed to fail.

Basonista,

Your post is correct.

I got in average .0076 and will be selling quite a bit tomorrow to protect the portfolio.

Malum 2006,

My concern is that AAFES is not a well known name.  It is a giant deal for sure, but is it already built in?  People have been talking like it is a done deal on all the boards.

Seems that everyone may be selling the AAFES news when it does come.

Do what works for you.  I will buy back in for a trade at a later date.  Tomorrow, without news at the open, I will sell quite a bit.
Just one opinion, do the research

jsintexas

I guess maybe since I am an AirForce brat I know what it is.  Too me, that is a big deal...but I sold and took a little hit before it kept sliding down...I will keep an eye on it.
