GZFX is no longer in my portfolio.  I will wait until after the filing to evaluate again.

It was a nice 100% plus return from .0076.  So well worth the trade.

Just one opinion, do the research

im out as well. i wont jump back in until they achieve profitability.

Yes, fill_the_gap.  I am out as well.

I bought at $0.160 and sold out at $0.140 on Monday...took my loss and made it out on the STTK's and AIDO's.

too bad the market did not respond well to the CC news release...things looked good once the price started going back up...took out $0.15, then took out $0.16 (when I purchased it, thinking it was a breakout!)....but all those runs were proven wrong....all the stuff written on all the boards were proven wrong...dang! these penny stocks are so hard to decipher! you could have the most positive and stongest feelings abu a stock on one evening, the whole board is going gaga over how it will run higher and everything is good...and the next morning...the price does not respond akin to the enthusiasm displayed by folks...and by that evening, things are so gloomy nobody understands what happened...and slowly, the bailing out starts...the bleeding starts..,..

and that's why....when it comes to pennies...all you starters out there...remember this:

"Never hold penny stocks for long term, no matter how believable the hype is....only trade them...PERIOD"
Long term investments are short-term investments that have gone wrong.

Very true.

Those that traded GZFX made 100% or more in a short period.

My next evaluation may come after the 10Q is filed.  Thinking it will sell off on low sub count.  But much of the new dilution will not show until the following Q because of the timing of the new shares.

Management hurt the price timing 25 billion shares a few days before Circuit City announcement.  If not, we would be much higher and then they could have Authorized less shares for the same result.  Their mistake.

fill_the_gap I agree.

I posted previously that GameZnFlix management should allow share price to gain by holding back on release of additional shares.  Had the share price gained above the previous test point of $0.02+ I believe GZFX would have continued to gain on momentum.

Perhaps, good news for GameZnFlix is that if they sold more shares (how many shares we still don't know), they have raised much needed capital to move forward with their growth (advertisement, more distribution centers, etc.).

GameZnFlix will be "fully" nationwide with Circuit City by Thanksgiving/Christmas time and each Circuit City being added to the rollout will add more subscribers.  I will keep my eye on GZFX as spring/summer approaches.  Will GZFX rebound from here?  Time will tell.

Take care everyone and keep on trading!

that is exactly the lesson i learned from GZFX. no matter how legit a penny stock looks you just cant hold it long term. even if a few people who decided to hold for a long time make money, they wont make anywhere near what they would have if they traded it and bought and sold on the dips and spikes. i bought this stock to hold through the cc deal and if they got it i would either sell on the news if it spiked really high or hold throughout the year... unfortunately that simple plan turned out to be a bad plan. you live and you learn i guess.if this drops back down to the .006-.007 level though ill consider buying back in, but only to sell soon after.

I guess I can now be officially called bagholder here as well.  Stupid move on GZFXs part to dump so many more shares into the pool.  IMO that authorization put a chill on any possible rise in the price unless they announce some kind of escrow strategy or other guarantees of keeping them off the market - to mete them out at given price points.  I was just reading through the MBAH site www.mbadirect.com where such a policy was put in effect (though one would't know it by their share price either at the moment), which does demonstrate a good faith effort by mgt to back their company.
Another lesson learned that I feel compelled to pass on (for some reason I always feel everyone else knows this stuff except me, so apologies for repteating the obvious - but just in case there's someone I can help in preventing being stuck holding the bag...):
Upon buying in, set a sell price on GT90 - whatever configuration you choose -whether to offload your entire position or to sell a percentage at a profit that allows the balance to be risked on 'house money'.  Penny stocks, and especially the actives are quite volatile as I've learned!  Price fluctuations intraday or spikes on good news, etc. may get missed if this isn't your sole investment (one should hope it isn't!).  Had I put mine up for sale at the time of purchase I probably wouldn't have considered a sale price as high as 0.0209, but I would have doubled - and in only a day.
Since I can wait, I put a GT90 on my shares and will hope that the armed services deal provides the spike... or some other news.  I feel that holding them long enough will likely bring a positive return, but buying with the intent to trade would have done so in a matter of hours rather than potentially months.
Good Luck

Since my postition is relatively small I'm still holding.

I'll continue to buy/sell periodically, but for the most part I'm staying around.

Patience has paid off with this guy before, and I don't see any reason to run away because I can't make immediate profits.

I believe it's a toss up from now on for GZFX.

We have essentially all the "bad" news (release of new shares, profit taking dip, and selling related to "concerns", etc.) on the table and it is common knowledge.

With this "behind" GZFX, I will speculate a portion of my portfolio with GZFX.

I am buying back on morning dip.  ;)

Of course, I will take it day-by-day.

unfortunately, i don't think gzfx will go back up anytime soon.  i think, when they do release the p.r. (8-k?) and announce the actual adding of more shares, it will go below 1ยข, and, unfortanately, stay there for a while.  i do think it has the dilution built in thus far, but when they file it, it will hurt the pps even more.  i hope, LL, you make a fortune on this, and play it well, as it has played us.

rv, believe me I share your sentiment.

I did some review this weekend and what I realized was that (I can admit that I am wrong) GZFX should have been "traded" short-term and perhaps that's what many did.

If you look at the buy/sell chart below, GZFX could have been traded with 30%-100% gains short-term.  It's all about being on the right side of the trades.

According to the chart, RSI is below 50 and MACD is in the negative territory.  MACD/RSI may dip even lower before GZFX rebounds.

GZFX still is a "speculative" play until company proves its worth as this year plays out, hence I will take it day-by-day.

I believe I made a big mistake, I should have took profits during it's recent run up. The price is currently @ the level I made my first purchase, .0104. Furthermore, I did what "good traders" do and averaged(doubled) up @ .0155. now I'm in the hole. Oh well, you win some and lose some. Will hold until the next run up!!

Thanks for everyone's posts.

Good luck to all!

Hi everybody

Should admit I was stupid too- could have $30k profit-got greedy and now starting to lose

Let's check what can rescue us
-  AAFES announcement?-little bit? or more than little bit?
-news about opening new stores-little by little
- Total Current Liabilities-$462,000(DEC 31 2005)--comparing to Net Tangible Assets $6,256,000
-Change In Cash and Cash Equivalents  $5,839,000 (DEC 31 2005)--comparing to $20,000 in a previous Q
-Net Tangible Assets $6,256,000(DEC 31 2005)--comparing to $546,000 prev Q
This info from Yahoo Dec 31 2005-be carefull
Didn't find fresh, but  with Pilot program should not be worse

So:
looking at the numbers above and thinking about new stores-
Income must increase-- new Q report supposedly in a middle of May - must be better
-Operating Expenses-we don't know

What did I miss?
Please, correct me- Don't want to have false hope

I'm in at .015, .013, .0115

I think all they need is some news. Feels like they are just languishing without it. Many of these pennies survive on news. Anyway I'm in the hole on this one but am confident it will come back and show me some profit. Especially once they release some news on new affiliates. Good luck to all!
