Live thanks for the optimistic post. Sorry I didn't get a chance to thank you for your response last night (went to bed early). However, I will check out that website. I would love to bet some good pointers in that line of trading.

Thanks again and enjoy your Sunday.

There sure is a lot of buzz on finance MBs regarding the future of GZFX.

My sentiment is that all the "bad news" about GameZnFlix are already on the table and "common knowledge" to those trading/investing GZFX shares.

This past week's Wednesday - Friday intraday performance of GZFX has demonstrated that those that wanted to sell to bail out of GZFX on panic have already done so.  The drying up of "fear selling" on "alleged" bad prospect for GameZnFlix will, IMO, allow GZFX to gain steadily from these levels.

Technically, GZFX 20/50/200 day Moving Averages are all positive now and with GZFX having historically traded at upwards of $0.19, these factors will attract many new buyers as GZFX is rebounding off a technical bottom and is looking for a bullish technical run.

I am looking forward to upcoming days and weeks for GZFX.

As always, time will tell.

After 12%+ gain the last three days, it appears that some took profit.

5/20/50/200 day Moving Averages still all positive.

i think for most it was more of an escape than a profit taking if it was either at all. i think its mostly just that gzfx cannot sustain an upward trend yet. right now its playing between the 5ma and 50ma. which ma it breaks today is important. RSI took a downward turn and is beginning to continue its downward decline. 20ma also took a sharp turn downward. 10 day CMF is still negative. macd is beginning to fall again. i think the volume by price is quite telling at the moment. there is lots of selling around the .0105-.009 area. people seem to be buying in the most around the .011 and the .008 area especially. with the price trending downward and the lack of volume, i feel like this will test .009 again soon, then possibly fall back down to the.008 area. at that point i feel like people will start buying back in again, but only to take profits soon after it breaks the penny barrier. this stock will not trend upwards as everything stands right now.

GZFX released its 10Q this afternoon, and there were no big surprises in it.  Many investors were being cautious about holding into the 10Q, and now that its out and as expected, I think we'll see some buying come in.

With the national Circuit City rollout beginning next week, the growth phase of this company is just now beginning...

godspeed06

high of day on 50ma, and closed down on 5ma. i think it falls below 5ma tomorrow on its way back down to .009. the 10Q said they could only handle 15000 subs at this point. have averaged 8000. revenues are up significantly but so is their net loss. even with cc they feel they wont reach profitability this year.

-The Company had gross revenues of $403,610 and $160,773 for the quarters ended March 31, 2006 and 2005, respectively, an increase of $242,837 or approximately 150%. Gross revenues were derived mainly from monthly subscription fees. This increase was primarily due to a greater increase in the subscriber base compared to same period in 2005, fueled by more market awareness of the Company's services. During the first quarter of 2006, the Company's subscriber base averaged approximately 8,000 subscribers per month as compared with approximately 3,000 in the same period of the prior year.

-The Company had net losses of $1,588,948 and $675,704 for the quarters ended March 31, 2006 and 2005, respectively, an increase of $913,244 or approximately 135%. This increase is the result of the factors discussed above. The Company anticipates having recurring net losses during 2006.

none of this means there isnt money to be made in this stock. but i think youll have the best shot at doing that by buying sub penny possibly sub .009. it has taken lots of hype to make this stock move, and it ended up being hollow. now that all the craziness is behind us, we're stuck with reality. a company that has potential and a major partnership but just wont be profitable for a while. flip it or buy it and dont look at it for 15 months, but dont expect it to trend upwards.

As I posted previously, I will be trading GZFX technically based on the BUY/SELL chart.

Other boards are discussing the disappointing sub count.

Only 2,000 increase in 3 months from the last Q.
Only 666 added per month.

Thought they expected much more than this ?
The last Q stated 1,500-2,500 to be added per month.

Much further off than most people expect.

Just one opinion, do the research

Stocksquire

actually, the sub count was what most of those on the boards i've checked were expecting, and were completely consistent with what i was looking for.  no one thought that there would be blow out subs in the prior quarter.  the company has been gearing up for the circuit city rollout, which begins next week.  the growth phase of this little company begins next week.  no one is holding this stock for what happened three months ago.

as a holder of the stock, and not someone looking to get in lower, i am very pleased that the 10Q is out, and that there were ABSOLUTELY NO SURPRISES in it.  Those who were hoping to buy back in much lower after the release of the 10Q will have to pay up, imo.  they are the ones all over the message boards tonight trying hard to convince others to sell.

fill the gap wasnt just giving his opinion on the overall feel of posters on other message boards, he quoted the last Q's numbers which were much higher than those reported today... also none of us here are bashers and are either holders, were holders, or will be holders. by the way, why would you not be hoping to get in lower? the lower youre in the more you make... seems like common sense to me. could you give us some of your reasons for why the stock wont drop below the point its at right now besides just your feeling. some TA or FA? ive learned a lot from people here and have much yet to learn.

i'm already holding 10million shares from a lower number, so i would be foolish to want the pps to go lower.  as for not having bashers here, i disagree.  i have been an investor since 1994, and since public message boards have become popular in the mid to late 1990's, there are always bashers for every stock on every board.  well moderated boards like 3SOF do a good job of limiting the bashing, but its here in more subtle forms. some are clever, and some build a reputation on a board as a long. but, to be sure, when that long sells, and then shows up on the same board with nothing but negative things to say about the company, that person is hoping to be a holder again at a lower pps.

as for why i think this stock is heading higher, it is based on my dd, much of which i have been posting on the ihub message board.

godspeed06

post what youre posting on ihub here... or whats the point of posting here to begin with. and theres a difference between bashing and posting what some users may feel is negative information. a basher uses lies and deceit to scare people into selling. if someone posts truthful information or gives solid TA and it happens to sound negative then thats just how it is. u can choose to agree or disagree with it. message boards arent just for holders to pat themselves on their backs. theyre for people like us to learn from each other and hopefully make some money. if posts seem to be on the negative side its simply bc the charts look that way. livelife likes how the charts are shaping up and is giving his view. ive been trying to give mine. when i feel the charts are shaping up ill say so. i wont presume to say that im better at this than livelife, in fact im sure im not, but im only going to learn by having smarter people point out my mistakes. if you feel that something ive posted doesnt make sense or is just plain wrong, let me know so ill be able to make adjustments. id rather you do that than start talking about bashers...

fair enough. you have the right attitude, and there are plenty of talented technicians and fundamentalists at 3SOF from which to learn.  i will try to pull together some of my research and post it here.  as for the present TA, suffice to say that I agree with LiveLife's analysis. The bounce off of the 200dma was the beginning of a new uptrend channel.  I would have liked to see the 50dma hold, but the volume has been low, and today's drop below it could simply be a few large investors getting impatient.  I would really like to see the RSI get back over 50.  Understand, though, that I am holding this long term, and my day job simply is not giving me the time to trade daily, so I am less concerned with the day to day ticks on the stock.

First of all, The quarter ended end of March, not 3 months ago, so very current.

The numbers increased for Net Loss of 135 percent.  The low sub count is important because that is the source of revenue.  The lower it remains, the more dilution hits the market.

(f) Net Losses.

The Company had net losses of $1,588,948 and $675,704 for the quarters ended March 31, 2006 and 2005, respectively, an increase of $913,244 or approximately 135%. This increase is the result of the factors discussed above. The Company anticipates having recurring net losses during 2006.

Secondly, we all know each other here.  There is a history with the posters on this thread.  Always interesting to see people come in and accuse us of something.  It is a discussion board to present and analyze information.

3SOF is different than the other boards.  Let's keep it this way.

i call them like i see them - always have, always will.  there are plenty of investors who watch the boards and don't post.  they deserve balanced information.

while i still maintain that the real growth phase of GnF starts next week with the Circuit City national rollout, and that last quarters 10Q has little relevance to the growth this little company is about to experience, there are a number of VERY positive take aways from the 10Q.  They include, but are not limited to:

-25% sub growth

-150% revenue growth

-Roughly $10mil in cash available

-finalization and signing of the Circuit City National Co-Marketing agreement

-unveiling of a greatly improved website, which includes a streaming video feature that will be used to provide an additional source of revenue through Video On Demand.

-relocation of key East Coast distribution center to Mass.

Moreover, in gearing up for the Circuit City rollout, very little was spent on advertising in trhe first quarter (which makes the 25% increase in subscriptions even more remarkable).  But, we see from the recently filed 424B3 that they intend to increase advertising by 150% over last year.  Thus, we know that marketing blitz is forthcoming.  Why wait until now?  My opinion is that, with the CC rollout approaching, they needed to build the infrastructure to have the capacity to handle a greatly increased number of subscriptions.

And, we still have AAFES and a possible third affiliate that can add to the subscription numbers going forward.  There is also talk of another acquisition (Gamerang?), which will immediately add subscriptions and additional facilities.
