You add back the 3 mil in non-recurring revenue they only lost 11.8 mil then divide by last years share count ... that gives you a comp this year of a loss of 0.29 FY05 vs a loss of 0.10 FY04.  Didn't bother with trying to clean up any other numbers, ain't gonna make a difference here.

All that dilution helped the eps comps appear to be about even to the casual observer.

Nice revenue increase but unless they make some money on all those sales, they are gonna be out of money in 5 months.

4.9 in cash and a burn rate of 11.8
Time for another private placement?

Flavored Milk Maker to License General Mills Brands

I hope they don't try to pass off the 3 Musketeers Bravo off as the Coco Puffs and the Starburst Milk off as the Trix.  That would be heinous!

Once Hostess started selling Twinkies with Devil Dog fillings - and an SEC investigation was started!

Read the NR below first.
Then, Questions:
1. the General Mills deal - why do you think they are focussing any energies on new product development when Brvo's production capacity most probably cannot meet CCE's needs, not to mention their own distribution outlets?
2. Do you think there is any risk that the CCE distribution deal has a clause that, should Brvo not be able to meet CCE's orders, then penalties could cause a direct or indirect equity dilution? I am pleased to read news of the increasing prospective markets (with the Snickers deal yet to be announced). However, in this most recent NR, I see the 2nd most significant comments belonging to CCE guy, Kravitz, who stated that  (a) the products are key to CCE plans and (b) CCE intends to expand distribution channels as Bravo increases production output.
I am certain that if there is a failure on Brvo's part to negotiate additional plant filling capacity significantly beyond 7.5 mpm (mill/month)...and quickly, it will be penalized. These CCE guys play hardball. If they line up outlets and Brvo cannot meet demand, heads will roll. I imagine they would want to take control of the company.
Does any of this matter? Thinking out loud. Don.

NR from last Friday:
Friday April 21, 8:30 am ET

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., April 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bravo! Foods International Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: BRVO - News), a brand development and marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes vitamin- fortified, flavored milk drinks and other beverages, announced today that Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. ("CCE") is expanding the channels in which CCE will distribute Bravo! milk products. The new channels of distribution include grocery stores, drug stores and mass merchandisers

Bravo! Foods entered into a distribution agreement with CCE in August 2005 which provides for the distribution of the company's flavored milk products in the United States as well as Canada and some international locations. The agreement specifies that CCE would implement its distribution of Bravo! milk products on a ramp up basis. Prior to today's announcement, CCE distributed the company's products to convenience stores, schools, colleges, vending machines, bodegas, delis and hospitals. The addition of groceries, drug stores and mass merchandisers, which are major channels of distribution, coincides with the expected increase in Bravo!'s manufacturing capacity. The Company is currently on schedule to increase production from 2.5 million units per month to 7.5 million units per month by July at its co-packer, Jasper Products' facility.

Roy Warren, Bravo! Chief Executive Officer commented, "We are pleased that CCE will increase the channels of distribution of Bravo!'s milk products to coincide with the increase in our manufacturing capacity." He added, "The addition of these new channels of distribution is significant for Bravo! as the grocery, drug and mass merchandisers are extensive distribution channels."

Hal Kravitz, CCE's Chief Revenue Officer commented, "We are excited about bringing Bravo! milk products to these new distribution channels. Bravo! Slammers are key products that will further enable CCE to broaden our total beverage portfolio for our customers. We intend to expand distribution channels as Bravo! increases production capacity."

Don, here is my take on the recent action.  Both the daily and weekly long term charts show that BRVO is in a descending triangle.  Recent price action has brought it up to the descending "supply" line and it is pushing up against it now.  Recent volume really isn't that impressive considering what it was showing on it's ascent over $1.00.  If I were to trade BRVO, I would be a seller here and then a buyer again if the ascending triangle is broken to the upside with volume confirmation or a buyer when the bottom of the triangle is reached again.  If you are a fan of the oscillators (that could have been the name of a 50's band  ;)) BRVO is looking overbought and you can tell on the chart that it normally doesn't remain overbought for long - it quickly bounces off the RSI 70 and STO > 80 and moves lower.  I hope BRVO can breakout on this move.  I have always liked the product and think there is a real market for it.  I will be a buyer on the upside breakout if volume picks up some more.

Good luck in your trading.  :)

Oh and forgot to mention that there is double resistance with the 200ma and descending trendline meeting.  A strong close above both of those will be very bullish!

Thanks for summarizing the technicals. Your effort is much appreciated, as we are on really risky ground, on the fundamentals...time is a-ticking and cash is a-burning. Don.

Snow - why would that be good for BRVO when they make the super-sweet milk drinks that taste like candy bars? Milk is good and healthy, but isn't the flavoring they put in the milk full of as much sugar as soda?

Above .80 and we could get quite a run. On my radar for tomorrow.
GO IN THAT HOUSE OF PAIN THAT YOU SEEM TO WANT TO BE IN, BUT GET AWAY FROM ME.  I'M TRYING TO WORK, DAMMIT.

Got back in today at .71 The  P.R. gave me them impression that they may be possibly getting into tea and flavored water. If so I hope they can do it without creating more shares.

don

have only half my trading position. Volume tells lots. Not experienced 'bout this - but I am sure there will be news coming - perhaps, additional filling volume. Don,.

Lucas -

Focus on the positive.

Yes their full fat full sugar slammers have about 300 cal/serving (two per 16oz bottle) but their low fat, sugar-free Slammers (that come in 4 & 8 oz bottles) are just what a growing body needs.

And they taste yummy.

I THINK that is why the stock is seeing movement. Maybe they plan to increase their production?

hi snow  :), they did mention something about the increase of production in the PR on Apr21 :

Bravo! The agreement specifies that CCE would implement its distribution of Bravo! milk products on a ramp up basis. And since then it's been on an up trend.

April 21 it was still in a coma and it did not react much to that.

Yesterday's surge must have been due to the school legistlation.

Kids will now have to sneak Soda into school with their weed and their switchblades.....what are our schools coming to.
