VSGN, Canadian bio tech. It had a bad trial result last summer which caused large drop, but it has been trending up steadily and volume here and in Toronto has been very high.

VSGN 3 minute look:

That's bottom fishing Rudy, a strategy that I dislike, I prefer to go with the trend, because one never knows if the technical base is completely made or not. Bottoms are usually very volatile and take time, I believe the money is in the middle of trends, not in trying to catch bottoms or tops.

Anyway, VSGN is a biotech company without any revenues and huge losses, so it needs shareholder's money to survive. Still a $40 M market cap, even at these very low share price. I guess it can rebound strongly, but the risk is high,  there's no fundamental value, in terms of revenues and profits, to support it if it starts going down.

Personally, I wouldn't want this business (business, not shares), not even if they gave it to me. It's funny how a business can be worth less than $0 (because there's more debt than assets), but the share price can never be negative.

Can be wrong, though, I really don't know how to value biotechnology companies, good luck :)

Now the video does not work me, the link is OK though. ;)

IFON, one of your old picks is having a bit of a squeeze today I think on no news.  It might be over, or it might be taking a breather.

David what you think of ALGN?

Nice sector, but overvalued in my opinion, at more than $900 M market cap and showing losses. The business opportunity looks great, but management doesn't seem very capable, because they're not getting any profits out of the situation.

Hey David,

Been a long time, hope your doing well

Take a look at SUF - Sulphco Inc.

They have a technology in test right now that uses sonar waves in the refining process of crude oil.

I've been watching this one for a while and value your opinion on these microcaps.

Best Regards,

Scott

HOKU on fire now.Moving with very high Volume

I like HOKU, but it doesn't seem ready to rally yet. Volume isn't so great, when compared to volume traded about a week ago, and there's plenty of overhead resistance.

4th quarter results, which were weak, are dampening enthusiasm for the stock. I'll look for a gap down to around $4 to get in.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm keeping an eye on it :)

Well, I sold TRMM and OFI today because they're not on fire anymore.

TRMM I have doubts, not really sure of the outcome and it is taking too long to make a decision, so I need to put the money to work elsewhere.

OFI I continue to love it and hold it for the long term, but not on fire anymore, so I took a 37% profit there.

I'll hold SILC some more time. I think today is just a pause, the stock will be on fire again tomorrow.

I bought CPNE.OB. Justification next, the video is uploading.
