Hi,

We can buy LEND for playing a rebound before LEND will go down again...

Close at 32.48
First target at 37.55
stop loss at 30.50

Reward/Risk ratio of 15.6 / 6.5 = 2.4...

Good day to be short on LEND, still think the downside potential is very good.

This is one of those companies who incorporated during a time when rates were historically low.  Now, as all of the borrowers default, its looks like this company might not be worth 1 cent.

Man I should of gotten a position on the short side. I dont think its to late this company is gone with the wind it will be trading in the single digits soon im suprised its still trading at 11.

REALDEALS21

Its down over $5.50 ! Plus the market is in the red, which will help the down run. Are you SHORT ?

nullzero

You want the next pick for shorting in the mortgage industry get into AHM and TMA. They are the next to fall things are only getting worse. I would load up on shorts in those two stocks and some put options.

Null, are you going to SHORT AHM + TMA ?

which of the 2 would you be more negative on?  ahm pe like 4.3, tma like 9.1

nullzero

I would say TMA, because the bears havent ravaged the stock yet. All mortgage lenders are in deep crap... doesnt matter if its suprime etc.

nullzero

I shorted both this morning and covered for a quick gain 3% on TMA, 8% on AHM. Im going to re enter on AHM when it bounces a little more. I think weak hand shorts are running up AHM. TMA I should of held for longer but I wanted to put more funds into SPC short.

bkuna and nde might also be considered.  not sure if truly in the sub prime segment though.
