Ingen Technologies Introduces OxyView(TM)
Wednesday July 27, 7:00 am ET
$450 Million Annual Revenue Potential Seen for Oxygen Monitor
-IGTN Only Weeks Away From Move to OTCBB-
CALIMESA, Calif., July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTN - News), the medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM) and Secure Balance(TM), announces its new OxyView(TM) oxygen-monitoring medical product. "This innovative device is estimated to possess a $450 million annual revenue potential over the next few years, assuming it captures a 30% market share which we consider to be an attainable objective," said William Walling, Certified Financial Analyst.
The Company, with completed audits and just weeks away from moving to the OTCBB, has completed the research and development of OxyView(TM). This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of hospitalized patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView(TM) is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just below the neck. It informs the nursing staff of the oxygen flow rate at the site of the patient and can also immediately indicate the presence of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the patient.
Donn Harms, Esq., a San Diego-based patent attorney, has recently filed for U.S. patents on this unique technology for Ingen. Scott Sand, Ingen CEO & Chairman, commented: "As simple as it sounds, there is nothing in the hospital industry presently that competes with OxyView(TM). Currently, the hospital staff assumes that the flow rate near the patient is sufficient without any verification. In today's medical industry where malpractice and liability is a more serious issue, OxyView(TM) enhances safety and can reduce liabilities associated with equipment failure."
There are over 20 million patients each year that receive oxygen during hospitalization. The OxyView(TM) retail price is $75, and this device is a consumable item. The Company has engaged RC Product Development & Engineering in Corona, CA to build the unit. "This device is completely pneumatic and extremely accurate. We will have production of the unit ready in three months," said Richard Campbell, President of RC Product Development & Engineering.
Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman, added: "Ingen Technologies is now even more strongly positioned to deliver improving financial results, including earnings, and increasing value to its shareholders. And, it is important for investors to recognize that the incremental revenues expected to be derived from OxyView(TM) as it achieves market penetration are in addition to the $30 million of revenues anticipated to be generated from sales of OxyAlert(TM) in 2006, as announced earlier this month."

CALIMESA, Calif., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies (OTC: IGTN - News), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), Pure Produce(TM) and Secure Balance(TM); is to announce the completion and contents of the audited financial statements, as well as the filing schedule to move to the OTCBB on or before the end of August-2005.
The Company is currently reviewing all of the foot notes prepared by Spector & Wong, LLP. "I know that everyone is anxious to confirm the audited statements and move to the OTCBB. Harold Spector, CPA of Spector & Wong, has informed me on several occasions that he would have the documents ready for my review no later than next week. My most recent discussion with Mr. Spector was Wednesday August 10, 2005; where Mr. Spector has committed to complete the revisions no later than next week. If anything changes I will inform our shareholders and investors. I am more eager than anyone to complete the necessary steps in moving to the OTCBB," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman.

The audits have been delayed on several occasions due to the revisions being implemented by the auditors. However, the objective of moving forward to the OTCBB is the main focus.

Ingen Technologies Considers Acquisition
Thursday August 25, 10:00 am ET
The Company Is Negotiating to Acquire InfraredMed, Inc.
CALIMESA, Calif., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTN - News), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), and also a developer of Pure Produce(TM), announces the negotiations for the acquisition of InfraredMed Corporation.
The Company has positioned itself with cash reserves of over $500,000, increased earnings and a move to the OTCBB in order to acquire other companies and launch an array of new medical products for physicians and hospitals. "With the audits almost complete and our legal team prepared to perform the filings and move to the OTCBB, we have also been negotiating with Mr. Victor Yannacone for several months to acquire InfraredMed Corporation," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman.
"Essentially we are an entrepreneurial technology team with intellects and intellectual property and a ready for market non-invasive diagnostic system for early detection of breast cancer," said Victor Yannacone. InfraredMed Corporation is a Delaware corporation which operates (d/b/a) under the name of Infrared Mammography Company and was incorporated in Florida in 1996. InfraredMed was incorporated in Delaware in 2002 as a "C" corporation. The principals are Victor Yannacone, Dr. Green, Dr. Garon, and Alan Kivnik. Our Delaware corporation services are provided by a local service company. The predecessor Infrared Mammography Corporation was incorporated in Florida in 1995.
"At this stage we are a self-funded company developing the commercial prototype of an infrared mammography system based on software implementation of the potential inherent in high resolution dynamic digital infrared imaging technology. We utilize cameras from Indigo a division of FLIR, and essentially off-the-shelf items such as frame grabbers and computers. Our intellectual property protection involves two patent applications pending under the IPT in the United States, Canada, Mexico, European Union, Japan, China, and Taiwan. The first patents have been issued by China and Taiwan on the first application. The others are all pending." Said Victor Yannacone.
"I plan to meet with Mr. Yannacone in our new Yucaipa-California office next Tuesday in order to structure the acquisition and move forward. The current audits and SEC filings are only a formality in order to obtain OTCBB status. This acquisition, and several others, will allow the Company to be listed on the micro-caps. Our objective is substantial growth and a strong valuation of the stock," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman.

Ingen Technologies Releases National Infomercial
-Secure Balance™ Infomercial Expected To Reach Millions Of Consumers-
For Immediate Release:
Calimesa, CA - August 30, 2005 for 10:00AM EST - Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTN), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert™, OxyView™, and Secure Balance™, and also a developer of Pure ProduceTM, announces that it has completed the Secure Balance™ infomercial and expects positive results.
While the Company launches a national advertising and marketing campaign, the release of the Secure Balance™ infomercial will directly reach thousands of physicians and millions of consumers. "The 10 minute infomercial on the Secure Balance™ products and services was strategically designed to penetrate competitive products and reach neurology and chiropractic markets." Said Jacob Green, MD, President of the Southeastern Neuroscience Institute in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Company has contracts with major neurology and chiropractic based advertising agencies to publish Secure Balance™ layouts within their core journals. Further, the Secure Balance™ products will appear at the 58th Annual Meeting for the American Academy of Neurology in April-2006, and more recently the Secure Balance™ products were invited to be debuted at the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology (IACN) Annual Symposium on Palmer's Campus in Daytona Beach, FL on October 13-16, 2005. "We would like to invite your company to send a representative to address our group for 15-30 minutes, followed by Q&A by our panel of experts. You are also invited to set up an exhibitors booth if you so desire." Said Dr. Ferezy, DC, FIACN and President of IACN.
"Our Secure Balance™ infomercial is easily accessible from the Company website, and will spread like wild fire among the medical industry. We expect an increase in Secure Balance™ sales and this will certainly feed our growth when we are listed on the OTCBB." Said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of Ingen Technologies, Inc..
The Company auditors have completed the 2003-2004 financial audits, and have stated to complete 2004-2005 audits within the next several days. "The complexity of the audits resulted in taking longer to complete. The 2003-2004 year involved the auditing of all stock holders, merger agreements and CRTZ financial data. With that behind us we will finish 2004-2005 by next week, and begin on the first quarter of 2005-2006 year ending May 31, 2006." Said Harold Spector,CPA and principal of Spector & Wong LLP.

The last I have read from all the news articles was by the end of the month.
I think we could hear this news tomorrow...IMHO...
Maybe this will help.
http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=681.msg17852#msg17852
It will break thru .032 easily with news of a filing.
Without ? Will it selloff tomorrow ?
IMHO, with or without the news tomorrow,I think the stock is still in good shape. ;)
Just a matter of a little time for them to get the news out.
The CEO is in a hurry to get it out ASAP ;D
Yesterday, someone on another board spoke with the CEO who said there will be news today and news thursday. Another poster also called the auditors. The wait is on the 2005 numbers. They have the other years done. Hopefully the auditors will get things done ASAP!! Auditors are pretty anal. Cross all the T's. Dot all the i's. You can't rush them.
IGTN is very anxious to move to the OTCBB, and the audits must be finished. I am not worried one bit! the stock price may correct a little, and then, off again!! This will be a fun ride through 2006 in my opinion!
Happy trading!
Another nice day for IGTN.... ;D
Another one for all holding...... ;)
A nice move today with excellent volume, and a bullish close!

did you guys see that?...hit a 1.00 for about a minute..is it a glitch?...tried to sell but not fast enough...had like a lot of money for a minute >:(
Yea, I noticed that. It happened twice. Very werid, normally that only happens when it's a decimal point mishap. like instead of trading at $.032 it would trade at $.32
So it was interesting that it went to exactly $1.00
i got a sell order for a 1.00..........just in case.....maybe it was institutional block purchases... ???
Think about this. After studying this company, I believe this stock can reach $1. And, if it can reach $1, there is no reason why it can't go to $5 per share. Once it reaches $1, buyers will look at the company and the products it sells and say: this is a damm good company. It has a solid plan, good technology and more patents in the wings waiting for approval.
It also has a good set of legs. This stock only seems to go up.
I personally talked to the auditor (Mr. Spector) on Monday and he confirmed that the 2005 numbers were being finalized and not reported back to the company. I asked how the numbers looked and he said that he could not tell me until the company received the information. He said that he would have the audit done soon.

up 24%.....moving up slowly...it's only the first hour.... ;D.....i'm in.... :-*
I finally bought in too...was making myself sick just watching it go up everyday...and kept deciding it wasn't going to go higher....as u can see i have very bad judgement on when to buy and sell stocks ;D
I have an uncanny ability to buy stocks at their highest prices....I hope this isn't one of them.
In at .046!
Go IGTN Go!!! Please!!! :D
goodluck to everyone!
julia
setravis you told me to get in along time ago...why don't i listen!!! ;D
Just the fact that the company is out there, going on public radio, telling people about what they do and inviting investors to check out their company says it all. With that kind of marketing hustle, the days for being a penny stock might be short lived for IGTN. I just can't wait till it hits $5 so I can have access to all that new margin.

Excellent strength here. Should hit $0.05 by end of week. This PR is pretty good if you think about the 2-3 million investors that may hear it and then estimate that perhaps 1% will buy this stock which is roughly 25,000 new longs at about $1000 per investor on average well there goes another half million shares from the float. Add that to the shorts that are covering and you have a nice rise ahead. And those are very conservative estimates in my opinion. Suppose 5-10% are interested and buy in. There goes 2.5-5 million of the float. I would totally support an all stock purchase of InfreredMed at this time. Just think of how few shares it will cost now as compared to $0.005 or how few it will be if we sit at $0.10 when the deal goes through.
Sold IGTN at close for 100% gains. Will buy back on dip
;D
Good day all,Just got in.Rock on IGTN!! :o
I see things went well with IGTN today.
What? Do we have some more members taking up a position?
Today a Long White Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices advanced significantly from open to close during the day under strong buying pressure. ;D
I got in 7/10 days ago, sold for a small gain and got back in at .023 on a dip and loaded more at .027. I was going to sell on spikes and buy back on dips, but this stock just keeps climbing, so I've just been holding, and will continue to do so until or unless it begins to fall. But so far, I don't see any weakness....is there any resistance on the charts from here before .10? I'm holding until it gives me a reason to do otherwise. :)
Hey Run, I like playing RSI it hit 90 so I sold at the end of the day and will wait for the dip. I believe this will dip or no price movement tommorrow because of the long weekend. I will rebuy when RSI falls below 70 and begins to climb backup through 70. SHould be some profit taking.
RSI is often a good indicator....as charts in general are....but stocks also often defy the charts and gravity if the news/momentom/etc. carry the day. I would guess every indicator would be showing IGTN overbought right now, and I have been thinking of selling the last two days and trying to catch a dip....but it's just steaming along...so I'm waiting for a fall. I'd really like to be in when and if they get listed. I work in the medical field and like the looks of this company and their products...and they seem to be diversifying a bit also. The Co they are considering buying has a mammo detection device...anything to do with mammos these days can mean bigtime revenues if it sells. Anyway, I fell like you do...stocks that go up usually go up and down along the way, and if you can sell on the tops and buy on the dips, you can make alot more $. I like RSI also...and am ready to pull the trigger if it starts to weaken...I'm watching it closely. :-\ I like this Co, but I'm not falling in love with it. When I do that, I end up sitting and watching them fall...my finger is on the clicker and looking for weakness. ;D
I bought this on 14 July.
I have made a super gain.I have not had to sell a top and buy a dip to do so.
A buy and hold, ride the run,the trend has been my friend. ;D
This has been a super % gain. :o
I have been watching and waiting for a dip... can't seem to get in... maybe i should just do it. hope it's not too late
rich
i bought at .025.. ;D...nice gain again...i have to hold till it moves to the new board cause setravis says so.. ;D
Rumors on several boards that IGTN was mentioned on Cramer's show last night. I watched it 3 times. Didn't hear mention of IGTN, BUT IGTN came to my mind a lot during that show. I have copied my notes below. A lot he said may help you!
According to Cramer:
Buy UNDERVALUED Small Caps. Companies with more than one product!
No stock is OVERValued if it's going to keep going up!
Diversify portfolio: No less than 5, No more than 10
Try to have these top 10 in your portfolio:
10 - Retailer with room for expansion hope for the
future
9 - One tech stock
8 - One non-tech hope for the future stock
7 - One Cyclical stock (dependent on interest rates, etc) Buy in worst economic times.
6 - Soft Goods (look in fridge or medicine cabinet)
5 - One speculative hunch.A gut feeling.
4 - 1 financial stock (bank, etc)
3 - 1 brand name blue chip
2 - One OIL Stock
1 - One local company you know well (people you know
work there, etc.)
do homework, one hour per day for every stock you own.
All trains leave the station, but they have a
destination. How do you spot the top? When do you
sell?
Homework!
Watch competition of your stocks
Watch for accounting irregularities
Watch for over expansion (when they say integration
problems) Get out!
Watch the National Newspaper for news that could
affect the sector.
For Retailers, when they have no regions left to
expend, sell.
If the stock just keeps going up, sell 1/4 at a time,
and buy back on dips. You keep your position, but,
you get some profits along the way.
If the stock has risen in less than a year, don't
worry about short term Capital gains. Sell before you
lose all your profits.
Cool stuff!
Happy trading!
Hey great recap Golfqtee! ;D
Yes, i saw the same hype on some boards that Cramer actually did mentio IGTN...Ingen...booya!..is how he was said to yelled it.
Well..hopefully the non-mention of IGTN on Cramer won't make a difference to the stocks continued price rise.
thanks so much for the information!!
have a great trading day.
julia
Cramer apparently said Amgen. All the IGTN folks were too eager to hear Ingen.
If you are looking for a good entry point now might be a good time since 25% retractment this morning.
Consistent prognosticator on RB says "my Ingen sources say today should be an accumulation day, big news is coming next week"
does anybody know what kind of percentage gain is made when a stock is transferred to a new board...like the otcbb?.. ???
First off Cramer would not mention a otcbb stock like igen. Thats pretty funny though. :D
That was a little rumor around at Ihub and shakerz. Pay no attention. IGTN retracement will be looking for entry point around .02
IGTN has been promising the Filing for months, just like HISC.
I am out until it is confirmed.
Hope you all are correct.
From June 14th
The accounting firm of Spector & Wong, LLP have informed the Company that the long awaited audit of Ingen Technologies, Inc. and Creative Recycling Technologies, Inc. is complete.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What is the deal with companies releasing PR, then dragging out the event ?
Have they sold any shares ? ???
I'm wondering the same...and I'm out waitnig on a dip or news. :-\
Some say this :-\ Some say that :'( Some say profit taking ::)
I say, Buy more! ;D
I will continue to hold my position in thi stock.
Today a Long Black Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices declined significantly from open to close during the day under strong selling pressure.
Candlestick Formation signaling a potential continuation of trend.
The last three candlesticks formed a Bullish Upside Tasuki Gap Pattern . This is a bullish continuation pattern that confirms the current uptrend. However, its reliability is not very high and it requires confirmation.

I thought it held up very well under the selling pressure also. It fell to the previous days open pretty fast, and then climbed right back up to .05. Then in the afternoon it did a slow slide to as low as .043, but there were alot of buyers at the .044/045 range holding it up. We'll see how it does next week.....you may be right...it may continue north. I got out to conserve a good profit....I've seen too many of these pennies sell off, especially on friday after a good move up. But I was impressed with how it held up, and am watching it closely and hope to buy back in at the right time. Has anyone heard any news about the audit/ listing ?
setravis....i'm still with you...i'm undecided wheather i'll buy on a pullback or not. would like to see some insider buys first...not likely though....candlestick suggests pullback....towards the .039 range...can live with that..... ::)
I got out for the 2nd time but have plans to enter again. I've been able to buy back lower and increase the number of shares.
Run,
Here's some info on the audit status:
Rochester, NY, Sep 02, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- OTCStockExchange.com's "Stock Watch Alert" this morning are Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IGTN), Delta Oil & Gas, Inc. (OTCBB: DOIG), Oretech, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ORTE), Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. (OTCBB: ECCI).
Ingen Technologies, Inc., a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), and also a developer of Pure Produce(TM), announces that it has completed the Secure Balance(TM) infomercial and expects positive results.
While the Company launches a national advertising and marketing campaign, the release of the Secure Balance(TM) infomercial will directly reach thousands of physicians and millions of consumers. "The 10 minute infomercial on the Secure Balance(TM) products and services was strategically designed to penetrate competitive products and reach neurology and chiropractic markets." Said Jacob Green, MD, President of the Southeastern Neuroscience Institute in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Company has contracts with major neurology and chiropractic based advertising agencies to publish Secure Balance(TM) layouts within their core journals. Further, the Secure Balance(TM) products will appear at the 58th Annual Meeting for the American Academy of Neurology in April-2006, and more recently the Secure Balance(TM) products were invited to be debuted at the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology (IACN) Annual Symposium on Palmer's Campus in Daytona Beach, FL on October 13-16, 2005. "We would like to invite your company to send a representative to address our group for 15-30 minutes, followed by Q&A by our panel of experts. You are also invited to set up an exhibitors booth if you so desire." Said Dr. Ferezy, DC, FIACN and President of IACN.
"Our Secure Balance(TM) infomercial is easily accessible from the Company website, and will spread like wild fire among the medical industry. We expect an increase in Secure Balance(TM) sales and this will certainly feed our growth when we are listed on the OTCBB." Said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of Ingen Technologies, Inc.
The year ending May 31, 2004 shows a Net Operating Loss (NOL Carry Forward) of $5,307,034.62 due to expenses invested into Research & Development (R & D) of the Company product lines. Total sales for 2003-2004 were $901,542, with expenses of $689,039.62. Net(income) Before Taxes was $278,530.42.
Thanks...sounds like it may be a few weeks away. ;)
For all those that are invested in IGTN. I came across this letter from the company on a message board.
Sounds good to me.
*** Filling Schedule direct from Mr. Sand 9/2/05 ******
I asked him about the filing schedule and the rumor of a buy back - his answer is below, with his permission to repost.
***********************************************
The 2003-2004 financials are done and the important numbers were released in the 8/30/05 PR. Mr. Pete Wilke, Attorney and Member of The BAR in Southern California, spent the entire day this past Wednesday performing his due diligence in order to swiftly file the SEC forms. We also conference Mr. Spector that same day to make arrangements for Mr. Wilke to go to Spectors office to pick up the 2004-2005 audited statements. Mr. Spector assured Attorney Wilke that he would have them for him Tuesday next week. Spector was in Chicago and would not be back until Monday.
In short, this has been a long process, and a careful process in order to assure the company's position on the OTCBB. Mr. Wilke has agreed to release a statement next week regarding the filing schedule and move to OTCBB. He also assured me that IGTN would be a "Reporting" company in September (this month sometime), and that the OTCBB was only a formality.
Further, there is concern about dilution to raise more capital. I will make a statement as well next week. I have 26,600,000 Preferred Class-A shares with a convertible note. I will use my own shares to secure $4-$5M in funding. There will be no dilution and we have the investors ready to move forward.
In regards to a buy-back, that is just a rumor.
You may post the above if you wish, or at least inform your associates.

higherstocks, what was magic about .033?
it is below that now, does that mean it has broken support?
.033 was a chart trigger point showing oversold...it is common for a stock to go a bit beyond that trigger point before rebounding....the charts do show oversold now....but I think good news would be the real mover here.
I hope your right Setravis. ;D

In for more....
I added more on Todays drop, I think the possibilities for this company are amazing.
I'm optimistic on the stock long term also, but out for now
selling breeds selling
I added at .029 today. Bought another 500K shares. I now have 1mil. I am holding till it hits $1. The risk to reward is amazing on this stock. A couple thousand for potential of a MiLLion.
Good luck to all.
Saffey.
Someone on another board said they spoke to the accountant today, who said the audit would be finished friday and given to IGTN on monday...for what that's worth...also, here's a link to the radio interview...haven't listened to it yet, but others have said it went very well.
http://www.businesstalkradio.net/weekday_host/Archives/as.shtml
Moving back up today!!!! ;D
The audit numbers should be out this week and if they confirm the numbers everyone is expecting, I think this stock could explode. I loaded up on the dip last week, and had a hard time stopping my clicker from buying more yesterday. I'm having great difficulty finding anything about this company I don't like. If their short history is any indication of how they will grow the business in the future, this stock could just keep going. Saffey's $1 target may end up being a low estimate. ;D I see alot of potential here. Here's the direct link to the short MP3 radio interview with Scott Sands last week.

Applaud all this work RFTD ;D
I will use all the links you have given! ;)
I'm excited to see next week.
Setravis,
How do you feel about them dragging out the internal audit ?
HISC is doing the same.
Bother me because articles and management have stated awhile ago it would be done.
They lose investor confidence delaying for months. They should not say it in the first place if they cannot deliver. Management should know the time table.
Thoughts...
Should see audit news this week or, perhaps, within ten days, from everything I've read.
I've been scanning various boards about this stock and others...here's a post where someone claims that the majority of the float is owned by the members on this board, and they aren't selling....but, instead, many seem to be adding on dips...what do you think of this statement? :) And can anyone enlighten me about this board....I am actually new to OTC/pennies...just been monitoring here for 4-6 months and meandering around the net running into more sites as I go. ;D

However, I do work in the medical field and can see their products taking off. And even with a skeptical eye looking at all I've read and seen on the company so far, I am still very positive....if another ten days go by without audit numbers though, my skepticism will, no doubt, be on the rise. ;D

About Ingen Technologies, Inc.
Ingen Technologies, Inc. is a public company trading under
Nasdaq OTC: IGTN, which has been in business since 1999. IGTN is a medical
device manufacturer and a growth-oriented company that owns US patent(s),
trademarks, and proprietary medical products.
The Company's flagship product is OxyAlert(TM), a second-generation design
of the Company's BAFI(TM) product line. Both of these products have been
issued two US Patents: Patent No. 6,137,417 issued on October 24, 2000 and
Patent No. 6,326,896 issued on December 4, 2001. Both of these products are
low-oxygen safety warning devices used on remote oxygen cylinders for
patients, commercial aircraft, military transport, and fire and safety
equipment. OxyAlert(TM) technology encompasses the use of digital sensing and
RF frequency transfer so that care givers can access a hand-held remote to
monitor the actual oxygen level of any oxygen cylinder at a reasonable
distance.
The newest product, OxyView(TM), has a patent pending, and is a pneumatic
gauge that provides visual safety warning of oxygen flow to hospitalized
patients. This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of
hospitalized patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView(TM)
is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just
below the neck. It informs the nursing staff of oxygen flow rate near the
patient. It could quickly inform the hospital staff of any leak or inaccuracy
between the delivery source and the patient.
The Secure Balance(TM) product is a private-label product that includes a
vestibular function testing system and balance therapy system. The vestibular

Golden Cross Looming for end of day chart??
Speaking of the Golden Cross.........Are you all ready to rock and roll?...I am!!!!
"IGTN" is entering into a "Much More Powerful Enduring Bull Market Golden Cross" with the "50 /200 DMA" ..............
When a shorter moving average like the 50-day crosses above a longer one like the 200-day it is a major buy signal. In Japan this signal is called a "Golden Cross." The reverse is called a "Dead Cross" and it is a sell signal. Using moving average crossovers takes the subjective part of chart reading, as this is just pure math in determining the trend. When the 50-day crosses above the 200-day it's a signal to go long. The Japanese may buy up all the company stock .........
Let's hope the 50/200 cross gives it a BIG boost, as sometimes happens. A very good published financial report would also help. ;D Well, I've found a reason for skepticism. This Mr Evans bothers me...I believe he hasn't been out of prison that long....does anyone know the deal on him...and how they would hire such a liability....as far as I can tell, this guy's record was exposed by a poster at another board a couple days ago and then e-mailed to Sand, who, in turn, took action to remove him. The board has investors who supposedly are holding several hundred million shares...so they carry some clout. Anyway, does anyone here know anything about the Evan's debacle....being a skeptical person, this made my eyes :o I still have a fair amount rapped up in this stock...if you can, please stop my eyes from doing this. :o ;D
Also....I've been watching that other board...and alot of so-called bashers showed up today spewing trash about the stock/etc....and some there think Mr Evans is at least one of those bashing. Who knows, but there are certainly some people trying to get that board to unload some of their shares before the financials are released, it seems...I'm pretty new at OTC/pennies...are these stocks shorted like the big boards...and could this be the motive behind the spewing? ;D

Thanks...I seen the shorting talked about, but I prefered to hear it here from someone I am comfortable with. You get all kinds of trash from both sides...shorts and longs...on some of these boards...all you can do is read between the lines and wait for news confirmation. When I first read two days ago that this Evans guy was a convicted money launderer recently released from prison, I set it aside waiting for confirmation....then I saw he was released today and that confirmed it. What's your take on that? They did react immediately after he was exposed.
I like having alot of shorts with us...could make for an explosion if those darn financials get released and are as good as expected. ;D
Rumor is there will be a big announcement on the radio interview tommorrow, for whatever that's worth. ;D I think it airs mid morning, but I'm not positive. Others are saying the audits/financials will be out next week now...we'll see. The price/action on this stock today made me think they were either short on shares or someone was trying to pull the price down...maybe both...I put in an order for a measley 1000 shares at the ask several minutes before the close and it would not fill....not sure what's going on with that. Maybe the MM's left early. ;D But it did hold ground...the financials best be released very soon. I have the feeling from other boards that some holding large amounts of shares are getting very impatient. :o
Radio show is 10:24 AM...and the 50/200 ma's should cross tommorrow...we'll see if the crossing gives a boost. ;D

Ingen Technologies Prepares to Move to OTCBB
-Increased Profits and Decreased Losses-
For Immediate Release:
Calimesa, CA – September 19, 2005 for 10:00AM EST - Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTN), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert™, OxyView™, Secure Balance™, and Pure ProduceTM, announces that the SEC Filings to become a reporting company and move to the OTCBB has commenced.
"The meeting this past Wednesday with the auditors, Spector & Wong, resulted in the completion of the audits and commencement with the SEC Filings and move to the OTCBB." Said Thomas Neavitt, CFO and Corporate Secretary.
"IGTN is a start-up company with promising success. The purpose of this audit is not only to disclose the numeric results, but to indicate that we have completed a major milestone in moving forward with becoming a reporting company and moving to the OTCBB. I currently receive every week hundreds of shareholder emails complimenting Ingen's success and the satisfaction they have with the results of their investment and direction the company is moving. It is unusual to find a newly formed public company with patented and proprietary products, earnings and profits in such a short time period. This is a great indication of strong growth and future shareholder value." Said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman.
The year ending May 31, 2004 resulted with sales of $901,542 and a gross profit of $410,509. The total net loss after taxes was ($357,601). Paid in capital was $4,783,471. There was $5,664,634 invested into Research & Development for Secure Balance™, OxyAlert™ and OxyView™. This investment resulted as a NOL (net operating loss) and/or Accumulated Deficit according to standard accounting principals. The NOL can be carried from one year to the other and used to offset taxes.
The year ending May 31, 2005 resulted with sales of $794,314 with a gross profit of $497,749. The total net loss after taxes was only ($11,113). Paid in capital was $4,890,671. There was $5,708,891 accumulated for invested into Research & Development for Secure Balance™, OxyAlert™ and OxyView™. This investment resulted as a NOL (net operating loss) and/or Accumulated Deficit according to standard accounting principals. The NOL can be carried from one year to the other and used to offset taxes.
To date, the company has $575,000 in cash reserves, with an increase in sales for the first quarter-2005.
"In summary, the company continues to show an increase in profits and margins, with a decrease in losses; and continues to move forward with the introduction of new medical products. We can expect to have a bonanza year in 2006 with the introduction of OxyView™ in the first quarter-2006, the introduction of OxyAlert in the second quarter-2006 and the increase in sales of our Secure Balance™ systems due to a smart and aggressive advertising campaign." Said Chris Wirth, Director.
Attorney, Peter Wilke, is now compiling the audits and documentation for SEC filings, and will submit the documents to the SEC this month. Further, he will focus on moving IGTN to the OTCBB quickly and smoothly. The entire audit will be made available upon approval of the SEC filings via various trading websites and the SEC.
Bidding UP!!!! ;D
Hello everyone,
I am new to this board and I happened to come across IGTN about a month ago. I can't for the life of me remember where. But, I spent some time doing some research, and I am in the medical field, and noticed the same attributes mentioned on this board. I believe this stock has a lot of potential. And their products can make improvement to existing hospitals, offices, and to the basic consumer. In the aftermath of Katrina, these products could be a benefit to those in the area. I got in at .0014 and have been accumulating since then. I like what I see and just wanted to say that I with you guys on this one.
Radio interview said PR w/financials/audit would be out monday...probably the one posted above dated 9/19 at their website. Also said an add/article would be in IBD monday also. ;D
Just a litle update. The 9-19 press release has been removed from the web site. Scott Sand said that hte info would be released on monday. So it looks like someone posted the press release a little early and the company back peddaled.. Now would be a good time to study the press release and take (or enlarge) your position if you think the PR will increase the share price once it hits the wider distribution channels.
Also, something else to consider.
The August 25 PR stated that they had $500,000 in capital and the Sept. 19 press release states they have $575,000 in capital. That is ~$25K per week. (or equal to 1,300,000 per year). Cash is sure piling up quickly for these guys...
IBD article is up....
http://www.investors.com/corporatenews/nw25.asp
It seems like that news leaked early and shouldn't have been. It's no longer on the official IGTN website.
It was full of nothing but great news, so it's strange that it ended the day so poorly. Supposedly the release is officially going to come on Monday. That's when the PPS should really move.
Yes...not sure what that early release on the website and then a removal of it was all about. But, according to the radio broadcast, it should be out monday on the wires. The IBD article came up on their website in the afternoon, but shouldn't be on paper until today or monday also. These two things should attract some buyers. The last two days price action has been odd also. Very strange first 5 minutes yeaterday, and the MM's seemed to be holding down the ask throughout the day...who knows what they are up to...there has also been alot of disinformation and trashing posts of this stock on RB the past week creating doubts in investors minds...I believe there was some panic selling yeaterday. Hoping for a move north next week...still holding here. ;D
PR just out..........

A ton of consecutive mirror trades in sets of three going across on this today. What's up with that...anyone know?
maybe it's the last gasp by the shorters ..... ::)
This stock is very resilient. The big dumps are always quickly absorbed.. There are a lot of anxious buyers out there that anxiously awaiting the stock to drop so they can pick up more shares..
I wonder if SETRAVIS can put his magic touch on this..
I will say that the ton of mirror trades finally stopped and it seems to be back to normal trading, if there is such a thing in pennyland. ;D Alot of people have been manipulated into selling the past several days at another board...it was the PANIC effect there...I believe all the reasons people have been buying this stock for a mid/long term run are still firmly in place. Even I, with a name like RFTD, have held on in anticipation. ;D

Thats what I call sell on news. :-[
Wow! Your getting a bit piggish on this stock Saffey! ;D I'm glad to hear some are staying cool and confident in IGTN. I've already loaded much more than my allotment per penny stock here, but it has been tempting to buy more on this dip...there has been some strange trading the past several days, and the majority of the volume today went across in some very strange mirror trades in sets of three. Not sure what that was all about...but I think the shaking of the weak/momo/panic sellers in this run should be about done here. Perhaps it can start climbing again now. ;D
BTW, I've seen as high as .04 after hours...must have been all buys going into the close to raise it that much, especially with just a few hundred thousand volume....with the MM's on this stock the last several days, who knows what the price will be tommorrow. They do need to get listed. ::)
A Pink Sheet moving to the OTCC is a subject close to my heart (for reasons I'll not disclose now ;) A move from Pinks to OTCC is not a simple process, can take up to 12 months from start to finish and can cost the listing company up to $400K or so to do it (in various fees e.g. legal, accounting, audits, fees, printing (SEC required documents prospectus etc). So you have to have a serious business in place to make that kind of investment (unless you are reverse merging pump and dumping) IGTN though is a real business with a lot of investor excitement around it.
I have a nice position following todays pullback and will hold as this plays out.
Yesterdays action smelled a bit like manipulation and tree shaking and the after hours hike is interesting to say the least.
Sorry guys I have to disagree. Im out for now as of Friday. Im glad I did after seeing today action. When I see a stock fall on a good PR its never a good sign. Insiders now something that us small investors dont. Something smells fishy about this bird and im waiting a couple weeks before getting back in. Have to see if any crazy bad PR comes out. When pps goes down like it did today it reminds me of some of the Pinks in the past that I have learned from, so for now Im hoping no bad PR's and joining you guys in a couple weeks if the stock shows some inprovements. GL guys
The price movement over the past two days definately stinks of price manipulation. How many pinkis have one of the following:
1 - Solid products that are in the marketplace and are selling
2 - increasing sales
3 - $575,000 cash in hand
4 - decreasing cost of sales
5 - diversified products in the pipeline
6 - pro-active management that addresses problems immediately
IGTN has all six. I dare somebody to come up with another pinky that even has three of the items listed above.

It just dipped in a similar way a few days ago and went back up. I don't think this one's any different. IMO it's definitely manipulation to get some more cheap shares on the news.
Well, welcome to pennyland....this stock has been manipulated at the RB board the past several weeks...seems to be normalizing there now...there has been some bid/ask manipulating also the last several days along with panic selling. As soon as it started coming back today with a string of buys to .026, it halted for about ten minutes, and then a string of mirror trades went through to drive it back down. I've seen the same stuff happen on PBLS also...and the same manipulating on it's board at RB. Yes, I believe there has been a pump and dump ran on both of these stocks....which may have little or no affect on them in the long run...but I believe they will run these stocks down to wherever they want..are they done yet...don't have a clue...but I wish I had sold when I first started to figure this out last friday...I could have made a 3rd profit on IGTN and been back in lower. Oh well, I've learned some valuble penny lessons here. ;D Still holding but watching the manipulation very close...the fact that the pumpers/dumpers seem to have suddenly vacated the board over there is a good sign, I think. :-\ ;D
And now a post with the potential bright side ;D this is from a post on a very calm board. ;D
Just spoke with Scott for about 15 minutes.
1. C-Trade deal is still being discussed because they've added to the transaction.
2. He will most likely release a PR in the first couple weeks of October highlighting developments (revs, etc.) in the first quarter of 2005. (june - sept)
3. I expressed concern about the pps decline. He realizes that the swings in PPS are there, but he said he hasnt really looked at the stock lately and doesnt really care. I then asked if that meant he doesnt care about PPS in general. He was quick to respond that he does care, as he owns 40 mill in shares, BUT the reason he doesnt really care now is because by their own appraisals and projections the stock price at current co growth rate (im guessing he is referring to the sales in the first Q and the growth in the past year, and the projected sales and orders for products) that he has a "price target of $3.00-$5.00 within 2 years" with the current share structure plan. When he refers to the "improving shareholder value" he is referring to a longer timeframe than most of you are thinking of. (1-2 years)
For those of you who read my posts I dont bull&*$, there is money at stake, lots of it, both for me and for alot of people on this board and elsewhere. I feel much better after talking with him again, and I think all of you should feel encouraged to call and speak with him (his number is listed on the co website).
BTW, just another example of the nonsense the last few days. I tried more than one putting in small orders slightly above the ask just to test the monkeys running the show, and they didn't fill...another guy said he put in an order for 200K for .028 yesterday 10 minutes before close when the ask/bid was .029/.028, and they wouldn't touch his order but did fill an order for .026 from out of nowhere. ;D The moral I see here in my short pennyland experience is, if you are in this for mid/long term potential, you best be ready to see alot of these shows along the way...I prefer to sell on highs and buy on dips, but sure missed this one......a listing would help I suppose....which leads me to this question for anyone...I've seen people saying a listing can take as little as 3 days after all filing is in....but Aussie seemed to say it usually takes much longer...I'm really new in pennyland and don't have a clue....anyone w/experience here care to speculate on how long for this company from where they are today?
For all the TA junkies this is a 61.8% retracement.
Fibonacci says we will drop 61.8% from a high then retrace.
0.021 was about it,bouncing off this today.
An email reponse from Mr. Sand to a member of another board:
Email from CEO Scott Sand IGTN
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I sent an email to Scott inviting him to be a guest speaker one day in chat. This is his reply.
I have NO control over the direction of the stock. However, the above day-traders can create emotional reaction and cause shareholders to sell their positions.
Let's dissect this situation:
1. Ingen Technologies commences business in 1999 as a PRIVATE company, incorporated in Nevada, after thorough research on OxyAlert and OxyView. We invest well over several million dollars to actually build and place over 200 production models of OxyAlert (formerly known as BAFI). Inclusive of extensive research, patent searches and patents.
2. Spector & Wong (Auditors) keep very accurate records of all financial activity (Filing all tax returns with State and Federal Agencies from 1999 through the current), and the management continue to invest their own money towards R&D and operational expenses.
3. In 2002, Ingen decides to create Secure Balance, as a means to increase actual sales and earnings in order to "think ahead", and continue to feed R&D and operational expenses. Again, the management INVEST their own money and launch a national sales campaign with Secure Balance. There are sales in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.
4. In 2004, Ingen decides to go PUBLIC, and merges with a public shell (Creative Recycling Technologies, Inc. - OTC:CRTZ, a Public Georgia Corporation). The merger requires that Ingen pays off various debts associated with CRTZ in the amount of $277,000. AGAIN, the management pay off the debts with their own money, thus keep tangible assets and earnings untouched for the sake of stronger financials for SEC Filing. In addition, after the debts are paid off, CRTZ now owns 100% of Ingen Technologies, Inc. (the Nevada Corp), and management approves to rename CRTZ to IGTN, and also rename the Georgia Corp to Ingen Technologies, Inc.
5. In 2005, IGTN, now a public company OTC:IGTN:PK engages Spector & Wong to perform the audits, engages attorney Richard Weed as council to assist with the corporation reorganization, and engages attorney Peter J. Wilke to perform the SEC filings, and move to the OTCBB.
6. During this process, the Company continues to provide up-to-date news to shareholders and investors. The PR's include exact information (as received by the auditors and legal council) so as the investor and/or shareholder can actually verify the same, easily.
7. In 2005, Ingen completes the audits; showing increased profits and no debt. (2005 was lower in revenues than 2004, but profits were higher in 2005 !!!).
In summary, IGTN and its' Management have delivered a "Profitable" company with proprietary patented medical products (with management investing their personal money); as well as invested over $150,000 in accounting/legal costs for SEC filings and continues to move forward in SEC Filings and move to the OTC:BB.
I, personally, do not pay any attention to "message boards", nor do I watch the stock from a day-to-day basis. You should consider that very few PINK SHEET companies are in our position, nor do they offer such frequent news to its' audience. The day-traders, market makers and shorter's are paid to twist, distort and take out of context any/all published news. Further, if you called the auditors, lawyers, advertising agencies, Investor Relations Firms, and many other entities engaged by IGTN of which we have published their names, address and telephone numbers, you would find that the naked-shorters (i.e., the predators on the message boards who continue to scare everyone with deceit) will be out of business very soon; as you will find that Mr. Pete Wilke will submit the SEC Filings within the next 2 weeks. IGTN will be a REPORTING company soon, and this will force the "shorter's" to cover their positions. IGTN will be on the OTC:BB very soon, and within the next 2 years we should be listed and trading well over $5 per share.
If you are in this for the short term, I sympathize.
PLEASE POST THIS, AS I STAND STRONG AND CONFIDENT !

Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman

$3-$5 stock in the near future he said. Just keep adding on the dips and I thank the shorts or whomever for bringning it down, so I could add more to my position. This is one of five long stocks that I don't look at everyday. Not worried in short term.
Good luck to all.
QuoteI've seen people saying a listing can take as little as 3 days after all filing is in....but Aussie seemed to say it usually takes much longer
Seems they are already well down the road with their application and filings. They started the process sometime during 2005 I know not when. If you have auditors and legal team who know what they are doing and your filings are clean, on time and correct then the timeframe can be a lot quicker.
Thanks for the reply, Aussie....with your input and what I've read from IGTN, they should be close. ;D
Fibonacci Retracement 61.8%
Tons of mirror trades today on IGTN...what is this nonsense anyway? The mirror trades finally stopped on PBLS today and the stock stabilized and had it's first up day since the explosion. I just put in an order for 500 IGTN shares at the ask .023 just to see how it would show up on the T&S....it showed as 4 trades of 500 shares each. I am suspicious that most of the volume today is feigned....what kind of illegal nonsense is this...anybody with pennyland experience care to speculate? :o
I don't know what kind of nonsense we have going on!
It makes you want to" run for the door"!! ;D
Naaah ;D I think Saffey is right....there is some motive, no doubt illegal, behind this nonsense.....I saw the same with PBLS....must all be part of the pump/dump schemes with these pennies...but PBLS trading resumed normalicy today and is heading back north. I think and hope the same happens w/IGTN...I haven't RFTD yet. ;D If the right news comes out it can explode to new highs very fast, I feel...I'm still holding and waiting...but I wouldn't buy more until the monkey trading show is over.
Here's a post from a guy who says he's a Dr...as best I can tell, he first heard of IGTN a week or so ago on the radio, has did alot of research and talked to Sand...I believe he just started buying on the way down the past week...anyway, here's a post of his in answer to someone, trying to cause panic, asking if anyone had actually seen the products.
anyone interested in trying secure balance?
you should do your own DD...
The Company has contracts with major neurology and chiropractic based
advertising agencies to publish Secure Balance(TM) layouts within their core
journals. Further, the Secure Balance(TM) products will appear at the 58th
Annual Meeting for the American Academy of Neurology in April-2006, and more
recently the Secure Balance(TM) products were invited to be debuted at the
International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology (IACN) Annual Symposium on
Palmer's Campus in Daytona Beach, FL on October 13-16, 2005. "We would like
to invite your company to send a representative to address our group for 15-30
minutes, followed by Q&A by our panel of experts. You are also invited to set
up an exhibitors booth if you so desire." Said Dr. Ferezy, DC, FIACN and
President of IACN.
"Our Secure Balance(TM) infomercial is easily accessible from the Company
website, and will spread like wild fire among the medical industry. We expect
an increase in Secure Balance(TM) sales and this will certainly feed our
growth when we are listed on the OTCBB." Said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of
Ingen Technologies, Inc
I will be at Palmer's campus.
There is a great need for IGTN'S products.
best regards
who is taking a beating on this stock >:(.....should have sold... :'(
Today, the tactics seem to be putting tiny sell orders in at bid or below to bring price down, and big buy orders, which have no affect on raising the price. Have seen almost no mirror trades so far. But this has clearly been manipulated in several ways. I have learned alot on these penny manipulations watching this and a few others. I'm down too, but my feeling is this will be cut loose when the scoundrels get what they want...so I'm not panicing or RFTD. I think it will turn soon. ;D
I'm fairly new in pennyland, but actually, I think if you would watch the T&S and bid/ask and some message boards known for pumpers/dumpers, my guess is you would begin to see this manipulation in both directions on many of these pennies. My guess here is when they get what they want at the price they want, they'll let it run again...but I wouldn't necessarily expect this to be the last time it happens...pink sheets, from what I've seen so far, seem to be fertile ground for this nonsense.
In fact, I will be looking to load up when I think the criminals have got what they want. Today, there are, no doubt, some panic sells going through...but I've seen alot of small, tiny sells to keep the price down, and alot of large buys which have little or no affect at raising the price....so someone is loading up at this level...the last several days, I have not seen the loading...may be a good sign. ;D
A ton of mirror trades going through now...guess they aren't done yet. >:( ;D
I agree with RFTD. I am going to load up some more for sure.
Well...I'm out...the trading shennanigans continue, and the smear campaign is still in full force at another board...people are panicing, and I'm RFTD...my sell order went across the T&S at a higher amount than I received...guess they are pocketing the difference here. I have a bad felling they are going to run it all the way back down. I did keep 500 shares as a valuble lesson on what I have learned here. ;D I did make some on this going up, but holding too long on the way down has left me negative on it...at least now I know what to look for and when to RFTD....hope my bad feeling is wrong for those still holding. >:(
do you guys still hold your core position?
this looked like a bargain to me and I almost bought at .037, it has lost more than 50% of it's value since then
it is below the .021 retracement setravis has mentioned
I'm not sure I would touch this at any point now
I'd wait for a bottom to form from here...in other words, don't buy until it reverses direction...alot of hanky panky imo going on with the trading board and there are a number of people smearing this stock to drive it down. Here's something else I just saw after I sold from someone who was a longterm holder it seemed........

There seems to be many people w large holdings panicing....so I'm out and waiting for the dust to settle. >:(

Wow... The SOB's took it down!!!!!
Live and Learn.....I'm still holding.....
I'm with you. I got in at these levels so I will add more and wait it out. The fundamentals will guide this train.
Hooray! Up 34% Closed at the high of the day. Broke the 6-days-in-a-row downtrend.
If this didn't go up soon I would've needed one of their oxygen-level devices as I gasped for air. From an article in pinksheets.com (scroll down for link to complete article).
To date, the company has $575,000 in cash reserves, with an increase in sales for the third and fourth quarter-2005.
"In summary, the company continues to show an increase in profits and margins, with a decrease in losses; and continues to move forward with the introduction of new medical products. We can expect to have a bonanza year in 2006 with the introduction of OxyView(TM) in the first quarter-2006, the introduction of OxyAlert in the second quarter-2006 and the increase in sales of our Secure Balance(TM) systems due to a smart and aggressive advertising campaign," said Chris Wirth, Director.

I believe the MM's are trying to cover right now. I'm holding tight myself.
IGTN has a 34% run today. I don't think we're turning back.
Sand said that the filings would be done by the end of Sept. That means this week.Watch out! I think we will see some contract news soon after.

For the short term trader. You take the previous days high and low as the new reistance/support.
9/22 - .017 was closing price.
9/23 -.017 was the low and .023 was the high.
Broke the prior days resistance of 0.017. New resistance is 0.023.
When these prices are broken, the short-term daily trend is clearly defined. Trade stocks that are trading above the previous days high from the long side.
That's it.
Hey Saffeysite...I like your simple sshort term strategy...sounds great!
But, sorry...probably a very silly quesion...but what do you mean exactly...when you say 'from the long side'?

When you are looking to enter a stock. You have to look at the opening price to see what the sentiment of the market is. THe opening price signal is the current stock price minus the opening price. Most of the times if it is negative the market is telling us that people want to sell the stock short. If it is positive than the market is telling us that people want to go long on the stock.
Hope I have answered your question.
Ahhh....ok, so u mean a gap up on the opening price from previous close.
thanks very much saffeysite1 :)

Rumors has it, talk of a reverse split. That is what's going over other boards.
I do not like to dwell into other boards, just thought I would post about this to let others know.
I've never heard anything from the company even remotely suggesting doing a R/S.
The only talk of a reverse split that would matter, is if the company or it's officers speak of one. A PR will come out on Friday according to Scott.
What we need, is the release of the 10K once and for all.
The chart shows that the stock is tired of this direction, declining volume,RSI,MACD histogram,Aroon Osc. I surely hope we can get a bounce off the 100-day MA.
Hey Setravis...it appears the rumour is true. ??? So, now what...what is going to happen to stock price today?....are we going to see a further drop?

IGTN Ingen Technologies, Inc. Announces Its Board Has Approved a 40-1 Reverse Stock Split
PR Newswire - October 6, 2005 7:15 AM (EDT)
- Shareholders to Vote at Special Meeting in October -
CALIMESA, Calif., Oct 06, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
The Board of Directors of Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTN) (the "Company" or "Ingen") has approved a resolution to authorize a 40-1 reverse stock split of its outstanding common and to decrease the number of authorized common shares to 100,000,000 from the present 500,000,000. Consequently, the number of common shares issued and outstanding would decrease from approximately 490,000,000 to 12,250,000. This resolution shall be presented for approval at a Special Shareholders' Meeting, presently scheduled for late October 2005, at which date the reverse stock split would become effective.Commenting upon this action by the Board, Ingen CEO/Chairman Scott Sand said: "The reverse stock split proposal is part of an integrated plan to move Ingen forward in several ways. First, the reverse split will immediately establish Ingen's stock price at a much higher price level than currently. The advantages should be to facilitate external financings in the future to fund Ingen's expected revenue growth and to also reduce some of the price volatility our shares have recently experienced when selling in the $0.05 per share area. Second, a higher stock price is also more reflective of the fundamental corporate development that Ingen is, and will be, undergoing. Most notably over the near term, Ingen will seek to list its common shares for trading on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board. Pursuant to this objective, we will soon file with the S.E.C. to become a reporting company. Third, on the operational front, we expect two of our major products -- OxyView(TM) and OxyAlert(TM) -- to go into production by early 2006. This is a significantly positive event in the continuing progress of the Company."

The Company's flagship product is OxyAlert(TM), a second-generation design of the Company's BAFI(TM) product line. Both of these products have been issued two US Patents: Patent No. 6,137,417 issued on October 24, 2000 and Patent No. 6,326,896 issued on December 4, 2001. Both of these products are low-oxygen safety warning devices used on remote oxygen cylinders for patients, commercial aircraft, military transport, and fire and safety equipment. OxyAlert(TM) technology encompasses the use of digital sensing and RF frequency transfer so that care givers can access a hand-held remote to monitor the actual oxygen level of any oxygen cylinder at a reasonable distance.
The newest product, OxyView(TM), has a patent pending, and is a pneumatic gauge that provides visual safety warning of oxygen flow to hospitalized patients. This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of hospitalized patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView(TM) is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just below the neck. It informs the nursing staff of oxygen flow rate near the patient. It could quickly inform the hospital staff of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the patient.
The Secure Balance(TM) product is a private-label product that includes a vestibular function testing system and balance therapy system. The vestibular function testing system is manufactured by Interacoustics LTD. in Denmark and is referred to as the VNG. The Secure Balance(TM) program provides equipment, education and training about balance and fall prevention to physicians and clinicians worldwide.
The Pure Produce(TM) product is a continuing research & development program currently under design. This program uses hydroponics technology to grow various plants without the use of soil, fertilizer and water consumption. The Company anticipates entering the nutriceutical and pharmaceutical markets over the next two years.
"Our team of professionals has developed our medical products for the ever-increasing elderly population. Our products are superior to any of our competition and they allow for effective medical product availability to seniors, and at the same time the increasing senior population allows for a steady growth in sales and profits," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of Ingen Technologies.

Hi Gmarc66 !
I think that today it is not necessary to sell only my opinion.
Good luck.
Evgeny.
I'm not going to panic, even with that open.
Like Julia, I'm down quite a bit.
This just went from a short term play to a longer term than I would've liked
but Oh well, 2006 looks to bring some good news.
Bob
A agree, i stil beleive in the company and think they are looking out for the long-term success of the company. This obvioulsy hurt the shareholders today (down 50% as I type) but hopefully we will be rewarded in the future for our patience today.
Huge overreaction to the news. As I only had a penny position I am going to have a buy order down at the 0.008 zone (again this is not big dollars relative to my port). Then I'll tuck it away for a long term play.
I was a long term holder of this to start.
This gives me the opportunity to add.
think i will scrape up a couple of bucks and add to my position as well. I agree that it is a huge overreaction
I'd be careful adding here...after a R/S, from what I've seen, it is common to go down even more after the split...if your looking longterm, I'd wait for the dust to completely settle, and I'm not so sure that has happened yet. JMHO ;D

I agree. I'm staying away for a while.
REALLY showing my newbieness here, but what exactly is a reverse split and how does it affect one's holdings? Thanks.
Michael
9 OUT OF TEN 10 TIMES, after the reverse split, you'll lose....unless it's kmart ::)
On the big boards, occaisionally one, a R/S, such as SHLD you refered to, will be beneficial to the PPS...but OTC/pinks, I would say it is closer to 100% bad news that causes a PPS death spiral....if anybody has an example of a OTC/pinky that has had a R/S and the PPS went up, I would appreciate hearing about it....otherwise, if I even hear a rumor of R/S in pennyland, I will always RFTD. ;D
I was out all day and just got in. What a pisser! My largest holding cut in half. Ouch!
I was in their website the other day and noticed a PR from July 2005 stating they are "only weeks ago from move to OTCBB." That should've been another red flag, but I held on.
I can't see this doing anything good in the near future.....maybe in the next 1-2 years. I'm too impatient for that. Can't type what I'm thinking, too nasty.
I'm ready to RFTD as well.
I'm not in it and don't plan getting back in it...the red flags, begiinning w/ excon lawyer Evans on the board, mounted quickly when I began looking closely at the company and I exited. I began just playing the runup, getting in and out, but stayed too long the last time. From here, after an R/S announcement, here's my uneducated thoughts ;D if I were still in. It could keep going down from here...alot of people are very upset...but if another PR or two presplit dangles some more carrots, it may get a bounce...but I'd definitely exit before the split....after that it's downhill fast, unless Warren Buffet takes over. ;D Hope everyone gets out in time with something. :( I learned some penny lessons here. ;D
CALIMESA, Calif., Oct. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc.
(OTC: IGTN), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), Secure
Balance(TM), and Pure Produce(TM), announces that the third-quarter earnings and
profits continue to increase.
The 3rd qtr-2005 total deposits were $1,274,903.50, with gross expenses of
$779,421.76. At the end of the 3rd qtr-2005, IGTN cash reserves as of 08/31/05
were approximately $ 500,000. The deposits included Secure Balance(TM) sales of
$497,342.63, and the sale of common stock of $777,560.87. The common stock was
sold pursuant to a 504 Registration filed in Maryland and Texas. Expenses
included large sums invested into R&D for the progression of OxyAlert(TM) and
OxyView(TM), as well as a national advertising campaign for Secure Balance(TM).
Commenting upon this action, Ingen CEO/Chairman Scott Sand said: "The company is
very focused and on-track. Attorney Pete Wilke (Good Standing Member of the
California Bar Association) is very close to finalizing the SEC filings, and is
prepared to move IGTN to the OTCBB once the SEC has approved the company as a
reporting entity."
The Secure Balance(TM) sales indicate that IGTN is on target of reaching $2M in
total sales of this product line by May 31, 2006. "With the effective national
advertising campaign for Secure Balance(TM) it is very likely that we would
exceed our target," said Chris Wirth, Director of IGTN.
So here is news on the R/S....but, is this that bad in this case?
Is it possible this stock could still rise in price, Sands sounds like this will restore the share price?
I'm still holding..it is actually useless for me to sell at the current price.

Ingen Technologies, Inc. Releases President's Letter to Investors
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CALIMESA, Calif., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies,
Inc. (OTC: IGTN), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM),
Secure Balance(TM), and Pure Produce(TM), announces the release of the
President's Letter To Investors.
Dear Shareholders and Members of the Investment Community:
As Chairman / CEO and founder of Ingen Technologies, Inc. ("Ingen" or the
"Company"), it is important to have this opportunity to communicate with you,
as several events have made it timely to do so.
In regards to the 40-1 Reverse Stock Split That Has Been Proposed By the
Board: The Board of Directors ("Board") of Ingen recently voted unanimously to
recommend to shareholders a 40-1 reverse stock split of its outstanding common
shares. This would decrease the number of outstanding common shares from
approximately 490,000,000 shares now to about 12,250,000. The Board also
voted to decrease the number of authorized common shares from 500,000,000
presently to 100,000,000.In addition, the Board (and our two preferred shareholders) has approved a
resolution (contingent upon shareholder approval of the above actions with
respect to the common shares) that modifies the rights and conditions of our
preferred shares as well. This resolution provides that all preferred shares
are convertible into common shares. It mandates a 3-1 reverse split of the
preferred shares; from just under 40,000,000 issued preferred shares to
approximately 13,333,000 issued preferred shares. It reduces the current
convertability feature from one preferred share to ten common shares to a
one-for-one ratio. It allows for one vote per share instead of 15 votes per
share. The number of authorized convertible preferred shares remains at
40,000,000.The Board's rationale is sound and was based on the following facts and
considerations. During the last half of our 5/31/05 fiscal year, it became
necessary to raise capital from external sources to provide the liquidity
required to fund the costs to develop OxyView(TM) and OxyAlert(TM) until our
new products start contributing cash flow in 2006 (calendar). We elected to
sell stock to procure these funds, rather than issue debt, because it was less
difficult to do and it avoided burdening our balance sheet. The accompanying
consequence was to increase our common shares outstanding very substantially,
which caused dilution to our earliest shareholders and contributed to a
reduction in our share price.Nonetheless, both the Board and I believe the implicit trade-off was
necessary and that it will prove to have highly constructive long-term results
for our shareholders for several reasons.
* The 40-1 reverse stock-split of our common shares changes our capital
structure which does not affect the operational fundamentals of the
Company, nor does it decrease in any way the proportionate ownership
percentage of each common shareholders investment. The proposed
changes in our preferred share structure is reflective of the Board's
desire to maintain fairness and a reasonable capital structure for the
benefit of all our shareholders as we continue to grow our business by
attempting to attract additional capital investment and increase our
sales and available product lines.
* When a stock's share price dips to very low levels (in absolute
terms), as ours has recently done, it is typical for investors to
anticipate that a reverse stock split might be forthcoming. This
discounting process by the stock market usually causes a decrease in
the price of the shares and may be beyond the power of management's to
counter. This process appears to have already happened to some extent
in the case of Ingen's share price.
* The 40-1 reverse common stock split (which we expect to be approved)
should raise our share price to a much higher absolute level than it
has recently been trading; perhaps by as much as 40 times. It is
essential to have a higher per share price in order to be able to
obtain future financing from professional providers of funds and
institutional investors. This is an avenue that is seldom available
when a corporation's shares are selling for pennies (literally).
Further, the equity "cushion" that we have obtained could also become
the basis for subsequent issuance of debt -- which typically has the
lowest cost of capital.* The resulting anticipated higher absolute stock price level should
reduce some of the extreme price volatility (as measured in percentage
terms) that our shares have experienced, especially recently when they
have been selling below $0.05 per share.
In short, we feel strongly that Ingen's decision to sell equity in FY2005,
even though it made a subsequent reverse stock split virtually necessary, was
a wise and constructive strategic choice for the Company. Our shareholders
will be required to vote on the proposed 40-1 reverse stock split and we
expect them to collectively affirm this step because of its overwhelming
merit.
Special Shareholders' Meeting to Vote on 40-1 Reverse Proposal, et al
Date: Monday, October 31, 2005 Telephone: (909) 790-7180
Hour: 9:00 AM (Pacific Time)Place: Ingen Technologies, Inc. Office

By law, given our particular circumstances, shareholders must vote to
approve the Board's reverse stock split proposal and reduction in authorized
common shares. Assuming approval, the reverse stock split and authorized
share reduction and its effect on the share capitalization will become
effective on the date of the vote.Shareholders are cordially invited to attend this Special Shareholders'
Meeting where they can vote, meet management, and ask questions.
Initial Discussions with Prospective Investment Bankers Are Encouraging
In order to fully fund our expanding product line, and its expected strong
revenue growth over time, additional external capital will be required. We
have had discussions with some prospective investment bankers. Although the
Company does not yet have any firm financing commitment at this time, we are
encouraged by their initial reactions and degree of interest, both of which
are conditional upon the 40-1 reverse split, et al, occurring.Production Scheduled For Two New Products in 1Q2006.
Ingen's core corporate competency is the marketing of sophisticated
bio-medical equipment to niche markets. Therefore, it is of great importance
to note that Ingen's two new products -- OxyView(TM) and OxyAlert(TM) -- are
scheduled to go into production, by second parties, in early 2006 (calendar).
This is a major forthcoming event for Ingen, as it should contribute to a
significant increase in revenues and help to create a positive cash flow and
increased share value. It is my opinion that Ingen is on the cusp of posting positive and
accelerating financial results, eventually leading to attractive gains in
shareholder value. To those of you who are already shareholders, I want to
thank you for the confidence you have expressed in the Company's outlook, and
in me, by investing in Ingen shares. To those of you who are prospective
investors, I encourage you to consider investing in our shares. I like to
think that Ingen is a promising microcap company whose best days lie ahead. I
look forward to the challenge of leading Ingen to capitalize on its appealing
opportunities, fed by an aging and increasing population and serviced by our
technologically advanced products, which have competitively attractive
features.
Finally, our Investor relations program and resources have expanded so we
encourage you to contact us at the number listed below to learn more about
Ingen and to stay abreast of Ingen's developments.
Respectfully,
Scott R. Sand

I think that if a legit company expects to have any respect in the investing community they are going to have to do something about the crazy float they have and the (sub?)penny price they are selling for. Unfortunately, too often the reverse split has been used by unscrupulous companies for their own gain and it has gotten a bad reputation, but how else are they going to manage a float of 1/2 billion shares. The price of this stock has already plummeted but that doesn't mean it can't go further because its all about how the r/s is perceived by the public.
So, the real question is, can this company become what it says it can become? A profitable business? If so, then even at this price, its a bargain. If not, then its just more (expensive) toilet paper. I thing GZFX may have the same problem. They announced a deal with Circuit City that can really work out great for them but as long as they have this enormous float and a sub-penny price, who is going to take them seriously?
So did everyone lose interest in IGTN now? Sure looks like a bargain now considering the fundamentals.
I bought a little amount of this
Reasons:
1. MACD getting positve
2. volume Increase
3. last candle looks like a hammer
4. rsi at bottom

thanks setravis ;)
i think everyone sold on the way down.....i bought 130 000 at 0.0052...as macd and fast stockastics are bullish....i see it go up just dont know the influence of the reverse split...
Any thoughts ? ;D
I'm not in IGTN....but most R/S's result in a major PPS drop post split. That is why the PPS fell off a cliff when a R/S was announced. Many people will wait until the post split drop is over before entering this stock. The one thing that can change the post R/S drop is INCREDIBLE news. Some have been daytrading it of late on the bottom here....but there has not been much volume, and I would expect an exit pre split, unless some NEWS makes a difference. That's what you have to weigh here, imho. Hope you do well. ;D

Ingen Technologies, Inc. Revenues Increase More Than 300%
PR Newswire - January 13, 2006 07:15
- Gross Profits Increase More Than 400% -
CALIMESA, Calif., Jan 13, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announces substantial increases in revenues and gross profits.
The revenues for the six months ended November 30, 2005 were $767,084, as compared to the previous year of $223,293. Gross Profits for the six months ended November 30, 2005 were $573,025 as compared to the previous year of $128,046.
The company has invested more than $6,000,000 in the research and development of the product lines, including OxyView(TM) and OxyAlert(TM). During the six months ended November 30, 2005, the company incurred substantial costs to complete OxyView(TM) and continue completion of the OxyAlert(TM) products.
Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman stated: "The revenues for Secure Balance(TM) sales have increased more than 300%, and the Gross Profits have increased even greater. With a focused emphasis on completing all of the SEC Filings, we anticipate a very smooth transition to the OTCBB."
"The reason for the change in retail pricing of the OxyView(TM) was due to the unexpected change in manufacturing costs for OxyView(TM). The current retail pricing of $14.95 is a result of the decrease in manufacturing costs. The company has created a 4+4 Class-A steal mold with special features that have substantially decreased manufacturing costs as compared to the costs published last July-2005 when we released a retail price of $75. This change in retail pricing allows for a more affordable product for hospitals, surgical centers and patients, as well as a higher margin and profit for the company," said Thomas Neavitt, Chief Financial Officer.
Some good news out.....AussieTrader
So now maybe this stock can start to move again.
It's about time !!
Today a White Opening Marubozu was formed. This shows that the day opened and then the prices continued to go up all day long without coming below the opening level thus forming a long white body, however prices did not close at the high of the day and thus they created an upper shadow
The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Kicking Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. Though it is highly reliable confirmation is still recommended.
I'm ready to Rock and Roll again...... 8)

"Randy and I go back almost 10 years in working together with the distribution of medical products with other companies. TSI Medical has very strong distribution channels and connections to place OxyView(TM) in every hospital, nursing home, medical supplier, physician and emergency response facility in North America. Both Randy and I are very excited to create another 'winner' in the medical industry," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of Ingen Technologies.
Corporate attorney, Richard Weed, is now finalizing the schedule to move the company on to the OTCBB. "While attorney Pete Wilke completes the final SEC filings for EDGAR, Mr. Weed will begin the process of filing the documentation needed to complete the move to the OTCBB. The newest product, OxyView(TM), has a patent pending, and is a pneumatic gauge that provides visual safety warning of oxygen flow for patients in the hospital, surgical room, outpatient therapy, nursing homes and emergency response facilities. This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView(TM) is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just below the neck. It informs the nursing staff of the oxygen flow rate near the patient. It could quickly inform the physician or technician of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the patient.
I am thinking about getting back in. I still have a load of shares prior to the R/S. It looks like a good opportunity to Dollar cost avg this puppy.

Ingen Technologies, Inc. - Max World News Prepares News Release

- Secure Balance(TM) Can Save Millions in Unwanted Medicare Costs -
CALIMESA, Calif., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG - News), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announces that Max World News has completed the filming and script for releasing the news about Secure Balance(TM) to more than 800 television stations throughout the country and abroad.
The Max World News production crew completed the filming and interviews at the Company's workshop in Jacksonville, Florida on February 11, 2006. They were able to interview the guest lecturer, Raj Katana, MD, as well as Jacob Green, MD; both renowned neurologists in the medical industry. The emphasis of the news story is as follows:
"As the Baby Boomers move into retirement, there is a growing concern about how things like Medicare and Medicaid will be able to pay for their medical care should they get hurt and have to go to the hospital. According to the Center for Disease Control (C-D-C), more than one-third of adults ages 65 and older will be the victim of a fall, which could lead to death, or at the very least, expensive hospital visits and treatments. Prevention may be increasingly necessary to help keep down the rising costs of healthcare. One of the most dangerous hazards facing senior citizens is the risk of a fall and the possibility of a concussion or a hip fracture. As people get older, the cilia in the inner ear, which are responsible for balance, tend to break, which can lead to a loss of balance and increase the chances of a potentially dangerous spill. According to the Center for Disease Control, non-fatal senior falls cost more than 19 billion dollars annually and that cost is rising each year. The best offense against hip fractures is a good defense ... Through new technology there's now a two part treatment process. The first diagnoses if a person is at risk for falling, and the second helps the body to strengthen its balance reflexes though a type of physical therapy called vestibular rehabilitation using the Secure Balance Therapy Trainer. It's estimated that 30 to 40 percent of all falls could be avoided each year, something that this new technology could possibly help accomplish. Dr. Raj Katana says having the new technology could be very beneficial to his elderly patients."
"I receive emails everyday about how our Secure Balance(TM) products have helped improve, and in some cases, indirectly save the lives of patients. More recently a concerned shareholder sent me the following link about a press article in Minnesota regarding fall prevention. We are trying as hard as we can to make everyone aware of Secure Balance(TM) and its' benefits. Fall prevention is one of the 'hottest' topics in healthcare," said Scott Sand, Chairman & CEO.

The newest product, OxyView(TM), has a patent pending, and is a pneumatic gauge that provides visual safety warning of oxygen flow for patients in the hospital, surgical room, outpatient therapy, nursing homes and emergency response facilities. It could quickly inform the physician or technician of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the patient.
The Secure Balance(TM) product is a private-label product that includes a vestibular function testing system and balance therapy system. "Our team of professionals has developed our medical products for the ever-increasing elderly population. Things are looking up... 8)
Chart looking better and better.
Above the 50-dma, attempting to break through the 200-dma.
Get us some volume in here !
Guys I'm not into pumping, but IGTG could represent a great ground floor opportunity here. They will move to the OTC if all goes well within 30 days ( I base this on the 20th Jan release which set a 30 to 60 day target as long as SEC approved filings see quote below. Also see this Jan 27th release http://www.ingen-tech.com/press/detail.asp?ArticleID=78
IGTG is moving nicely on lowish volume and now sits right at key resistance, but also interestingly right at a gap up to $0.66. So a gap fill represents 70% gain from here alone.
Chart looks good and is right at a pivot point, once news hits the wires of the OTC move, combined with a bigger audience realising this company actually has a profitable portfolio of products......Very soon this will get volume
Jan 20th 2006:
Corporate attorney, Richard Weed, is now finalizing the schedule to move the company on to the OTCBB. "While attorney Pete Wilke completes the final SEC filings for EDGAR, Mr. Weed will begin the process of filing the documentation needed to complete the move to the OTCBB. This is expected to take 30-60 days, depending on the SEC's satisfaction of the EDGAR filings." Said Thomas Neavitt, CFO.
A bit of opportunity calculation:
MArket Cap: $4.6M
Shares outstanding: 12.2M
Shares authorised: 100M
Recent press releases show IGTG to be launching 2 key products with the following statements:
Feb 22nd: Secure Health (who will distribute the Secure Balance Product) has the ability and resources to reach 2% of the chiropractic market over the next 12 months. This could represent company revenues of more than $21M.
Jan 3rd: OxyView™ , the Company anticipates penetrating 10% of the market throughout the year of 2006. This allows for $2.8M sold to hospitals and surgical facilities, and another $12M sold to oxygen suppliers/medical supply chains for patients using outpatient oxygen therapy during the first year. With the enthusiasm and demand the market has displayed towards the OxyView™ product, potential sales over the next 3 years could be as much as $40M per year for the Company.
So IGTG are saying they 'could potentially' see new revenues from these 2 products of $34M over the next 12 months or so.
For sure they are just statements of possibility, but currently IGTG has only a $4.6M market cap and only 12.2M shares out.
Nice upside potential.
You won't hear me complain about this. Things are starting to rumble! Volume over 150K. I'm thinking about adding more on a dip, if it does.
Ingen Technologies, Inc. Announces Aggressive Buy Recommendation From Chartered Financial Analyst
Wednesday March 1, 7:15 am ET
- Chartered Financial Analyst Report of IGTG -
CALIMESA, Calif., March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG - News), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance (TM), announced today that its common stock has been recommended as an "Aggressive Buy" by Empire Research Associates, Inc. ("Empire Research"). Empire Research is a NJ-based consulting firm that specializes in investment research, financial consulting and economic analysis. Mr. William Walling, a Chartered Financial Analyst, has over 35 years experience in developing analyst reports for large and small companies.

Commenting on this development, Scott Sand, CEO of Ingen Technologies, said: "We are very pleased to receive this recommendation as an Aggressive Buy from Empire Research. Its research group has over 100 years of top-drawer experience in evaluating securities, and is led by Bill Walling, a Chartered Financial Analyst, who is also a former four-time member of the Institutional Investor Magazine All-America Research Team. When we engaged Empire Research to write a research report about Ingen, we specified that we wanted an objective analysis, for the intended benefit of our shareholders, other investors, and management. We believe Empire Research has met this standard by identifying and discussing Ingen's corporate challenges and opportunities. We are, of course, gratified that it has reached the positive investment conclusion that both our outlook and common shares are attractive. In particular, I want to bring to your attention a couple of key statements about Ingen's outlook from Empire Research's 21-page Basic Report on our Company. These are: '... We believe that Ingen's burgeoning product line will: (1) serve a large and growing population of the elderly, domestically and internationally, and (2) provide innovative and competitively attractive features, which should permit rapid market penetration. The outcome should be initially, rapid growth in revenues, followed by rising earnings...' and 'Basically, we expect Ingen's product quality and marketing prowess to boost revenues, earnings, and its share price, despite the prospect of more shares being issued to finance growth. More specifically, we expect Ingen to raise sales to a $10 million annual run rate in 12 months, which would be a 12-fold increase over the $0.8 million of revenues for FY 5/31/05. As a result, this should move Ingen into the black in FY 5/31/07 - for the first time. In turn, we would expect a favorable response from investors, moving IGTG's price up to an estimated $0.75 per share (even after an assumed 250% increase in shares). Thus, we think IGTG can approximately double in a year, providing it with a very attractive risk/return relationship. Continuing prospects of rapid growth should cause further appreciation thereafter, in our opinion'."
Qtrly revenues increasing again, also news regarding OTC application (although with less specifics on timeframes) and Oxyview FDA submission update.
Ingen Technologies, Inc. Third Quarter Increase Over $300,000 in Sales
PR Newswire - March 07, 2006 07:15
- OTC-BB and OxyView(TM) Will Strengthen Sales Even More -
CALIMESA, Calif., March 7, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announced today that its third quarter sales compared to last year have increased substantially.
The total sales from June 1, 2005 through February 28, 2006 are $846,269, and in addition there are $225,000 in orders during this period with scheduled deliveries for March and April. Last year, total sales from June 1, 2004 through February 28, 2005 were $501,758. This year has an increase of more than $300,000 in cash sales with an additional $225,000 accrued sales deferred for next quarter.
The company has engaged the Newport Beach-California law offices of Richard O. Weed to prepare the documents necessary for OTC-Bulletin Board status. Mr. Weed has engaged a Market Maker to qualify IGTG with the NASD. "With the last 2 years of IGTG audited returns filed, inclusive of all of the 10-KSB(s) and 10-QSB(s), the NASD requires that the company have the past two years filed, and are current with their most recent quarters in order to qualify for the OTC-BB," said Thomas J. Neavitt, CFO. The law office of Peter J. Wilke has recently prepared and filed the 10-QSB(s) for 2003 in order to complete the past 2 years (2004 and 2005) respectively.
The company has engaged Anita Beck, President of Global Regulatory Services Associates in San Juan Capistrano-California, to provide the company with information pertaining to the requirements for registration of the OxyView(TM) product. Anita Beck will prepare the appropriate submission to FDA, if a submission should be required. The company expects to have the FDA requirements complete and satisfactory in the very near future in order to market OxyView(TM). "This affords the company to tap into the $15M per year revenue stream suggested by the Chartered Financial Analyst Report," said Chris Wirth, Director.
"Ingen is moving fast at this time. Anita Beck has submitted the OxyView(TM) material with the FDA and is in close communication, along with the OTC-BB finally being submitted for approval and under control by attorney Richard Weed, and with the SEC filings current from the quarter ending August 30, 2003 and under control with attorney Peter Wilke; the company will experience another benchmark in our attempt to continue forward positive growth in revenues and products," said Scott Sand, Chairman and CEO.

Ingen Technologies, Inc. Announces 'Focused Financial Research'
PR Newswire - March 13, 2006 07:15
- Chartered Financial Analyst Report -
CALIMESA, Calif., March 13, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announced today the Chartered Financial Analyst Report developed by Empire Research Associates.
RECOMMENDATION: OTC: IGTG "AGGRESSIVE BUY": "We recommend the common shares of Ingen Technologies, Inc. ("Ingen" or the "Company") as an Aggressive Buy and therefore suitable for purchase by risk-oriented investors," said William Walling, Chartered Financial Analyst and former four-time member of the Institutional Investor Magazine All-America Research Team.
Further, CFA William Walling stated: "Ingen is a medical equipment company that currently sells a single product, its Secure Balance(TM) device, which diagnoses and treats balance disorders, which are a major source of falls in the elderly. Its sales have recently taken off. Ingen also claims to be close to offering two oxygen safety products -- OxyView(TM) and OxyAlert(TM) -- aimed primarily for hospitals, surgical centers, medical suppliers, emergency response and commercial applications for patients/people using oxygen. Both products stem from Ingen's BAFI technology, under which it holds two patents. Hence, we believe that Ingen's burgeoning product line will: (1) serve a large and growing population of the elderly, domestically and internationally, and (2) provide innovative and competitively attractive features, which should permit rapid market penetration. The outcome should be initially, rapid growth in revenues, followed by rising earnings, which heretofore have been understandably absent during Ingen's infancy. We can't yet quantify the expected increases in revenues and earnings, but are comfortable declaring we expect them to appear and to become substantial. In fact, our forecast of sustained revenue growth for Ingen should leverage its rate of profit growth, given the Company's low overhead format (largely due to major outsourcing)."
The key investment risks which stock purchasers must take into account are the likelihood of: (1) the sale of more common shares, or their convertible equivalent, to finance corporate growth, and (2) continuing share price volatility (which we expect to moderate).
Another key positive in our Ingen investment thesis is that we see little technological or commercial risk in Ingen's products (including the two forthcoming "Oxys"). This is highly unusual for a small corporation. We take this as a tribute to management's understanding of its niche medical equipment markets and what product features offer attractive benefits to its customers. Further, the matter of marketing execution is in the talented hands of CEO Scott Sand, who has a strong track record in this regard. That the targeted senior population is already large -- and growing -- is well known. President Bush noted in his State of the Union Speech (1/31/06) that: "This year, the first of about 78 million baby boomers turn 60..."
"Basically, we expect Ingen's product quality and marketing prowess to boost revenues, earnings, and its share price, despite the prospect of more shares being issued to finance growth. More specifically, we expect Ingen to raise sales to a $10 million annual run rate in 12 months, which would be a 12-fold increase over the $0.8 million of revenues for FY5/31/05. As a result, this should move Ingen into the black in FY5/31/07 -- for the first time. In turn, we would expect a favorable response from investors, moving IGTG's price up to an estimated $0.75 per share (even after an assumed 250% increase in shares). Thus, we think IGTG can approximately double in a year, providing it with a very attractive risk/return relationship. Continuing prospects of rapid growth should cause further appreciation thereafter, in our opinion," stated William Walling, Chartered Financial Analyst.

Ingen Technologies Begins Production of OxyView(TM)
Tuesday October 10, 4:00 pm ET
Proprietary Technology to Be a Part of the $4 Billion Respiratory Therapy Device Market
YUCAIPA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 10, 2006 -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:IGTG.PK - News), a medical device manufacturer and research developer of "next generation" medical technologies, announced that production of its newest OxyView(TM) medical device has commenced. Deliveries are scheduled for October 2006.
Ingen's OxyView(TM) is a proprietary medical device that provides a visual signal of gas flow through a conduit. In particular, OxyView(TM) is a pneumatic flow meter that provides a visual cue, viewable with the human eye, as to the flow of gas through a cannula, which conventionally employs very low pressure and gas volume to the patient wearing it. The Company's proprietary device is adapted to be engaged between the nose or mouth-mounted cannula, where a compressed oxygen supply is delivered to the cannula through a flexible conduit. OxyView(TM) delivers an easily readable confirmation of actual continuous flow and volume of oxygen.
Ingen's OxyView(TM) application claims the benefit of U.S. Provisional Application Serial Number 60/780,980, filed on March 10, 2006. Patents have also been filed in Japan, People's Republic of China and in the European Communities in order to satisfy exclusive relationships with various overseas distributors.
According to the most current government reports and public statistical data, respiratory diseases are increasingly common ailments in both advanced and developing countries. With some 8-9% of Americans suffering from asthma, Chronic Obstruction Pulmonary Disease (COPD), bronchitis or other respiratory conditions, the high incidence and prevalence has translated into a large market for disposable respiratory products of $15 billion worldwide in 2005 with 70% related to asthma. Excluding asthma inhalers, the market for respiratory therapy devices still exceeds $4 billion and is expected to grow at 10% CAGR to over $6 billion by 2010. Further, the studies indicate an increase of patients with COPD, who are a prime population for the continuous use of oxygen in hospitals, long-term care facilities and in the home. Many innovative drugs and medical devices are in the pipeline to treat respiratory diseases. The Company has targeted these markets for the sale of OxyView(TM).
Ingen Technologies CEO and Chairman Scott Sand said, "With the long-awaited introduction of our OxyView(TM) product and the resulting production, the growth potential for Ingen and the benefits to our shareholders are greatly improved. OxyView(TM) is FDA Registered and Classified, and sells for $14.95. We look forward to a successful introduction."
The Ingen website offers multimedia information about OxyView(TM).

OxyAlert(TM) increases safety and convenience for patients and clinical staff.
OxyView(TM), Patent Pending and FDA registered, is a pneumatic gauge that provides visual monitoring of oxygen flow-rate for patients (young and old) in the hospital, surgical room, outpatient therapy, nursing homes and emergency response facilities. This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView(TM) is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just below the neck that informs nursing staff of the oxygen flow rate near the patient and the cannula; allowing instant information to inform a physician or technician of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the cannula.

OxyView Production Commences for Ingen Technologies, Inc.
Wednesday October 11, 8:15 am ET
Deliveries are Scheduled for October 2006
YUCAIPA, Calif., Oct. 11, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:IGTG.PK - News), a medical device manufacturer and research developer of ``next generation'' medical technologies, announced today that production of its newest OxyView(tm) medical device has commenced.
Patents have also been filed in Japan, Peoples Republic of China and in the European Communities in order to satisfy exclusive relationships with various overseas distributors.
Further, the studies indicate an increase of patients with COPD, who are a prime population for the continuous use of oxygen in hospitals, long term care facilities and in the home. Many innovative drugs and medical devices are in the pipeline to treat respiratory diseases. The Company has targeted these markets for the sale of OxyView(tm).
Ingen Technologies CEO and Chairman Scott Sand said, ``With the long-awaited introduction of our OxyView(tm) product and the resulting production, the growth potential for Ingen and the benefits to our shareholders are greatly improved. OxyView(tm) is FDA registered and classified, and sells for $14.95. We look forward to a successful introduction.''

Ingen Builds A Strong Foundation
Tuesday June 5, 8:15 am ET
Major Achievements Accomplished
YUCAIPA, Calif., June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG - News), a medical device manufacturer, announced today that the new OxyView® product has been registered and classified by the Food and Drug Administration. In addition, the company has completed the required SEC filings to be fully compliant with its periodic reporting obligations.
The Company's flagship product, OxyView®, is now an FDA registered and classified device. OxyView® is a proprietary in-line pneumatic flow-meter that provides visual monitoring of oxygen flow-rate for patients in the hospital, surgical room, home oxygen therapy, nursing homes and emergency response facilities as well as provides a use with commercial aviation product manufacturers of oxygen delivery systems. OxyView® is a cutting edge product compared to the type of flow meters currently in the market that are dependent on gravity for operation and can only be attached to the regulator or source. OxyView® is gravity-independent and can function in any position; it can be attached in-line and within inches of the patient regardless of any source. OxyView® is much less expensive, more assessable and more accurate than the flow meters currently in the market. More important, OxyView® enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of oxygen flow for patients being administered oxygen from any source, and unlike all of the other flow meters, OxyView® quickly and easily attaches to any cannula close to the patient. OxyView® can quickly provide information to the patient regarding proper flow rate or any obstruction between the patient and the source. OxyView® can prevent substantial Medicare costs for maintenance and repair of respiratory equipment.
"Ingen has sold thousands of OxyView® units since its' introduction last November. Sales have recently increased this 4th quarter (Ingen's fiscal year is May 31 to June 1). We have 12 new distributors in the USA and abroad, and are finalizing negotiations with one of the world's largest distributor of respiratory products. This distributor has requested sole distribution of OxyView®. We expect to close negotiations this month," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of Ingen Technologies.
There are millions of people each year that require home oxygen therapy, and there are many more who require oxygen during hospitalizations and medical emergencies. This market continues to expand with the growing elderly population. OxyView® is sold in the USA, Canada, European Communities, Japan and the People's Republic of China. The company has issued and pending patents in the US, Canada, European Communities, Japan and People's Republic of China.
The Company's Salt Lake City based auditing firm, Child-Van Wagoner- Bradshaw, has completed the remaining audits/reviews for the period from 1999- 2004 and all of the required K-SB and Q-SB documents were filed with the SEC through EDGAR in May-2007. Ingen Technologies, Inc., a Georgia Corporation, was formed as a result of a reverse merger in March 2004 whereby Ingen became a publicly-owned company and commenced trading in the Over-The-Counter market on the Pink Sheets. Ingen (GA) is a holding company which owns intellectual property rights to certain proprietary devices which primarily provide diagnostic and safety features to health practitioners and patients. Operations are conducted through a 100%-owned subsidiary, Ingen Technologies, Inc. of Nevada, which has been in business since 1999 when Chairman/CEO Scott R. Sand founded it. The principal executive office is in Yucaipa, CA, northeast of Los Angeles.
"Although we immediately commenced with our reporting obligations at the time of the 2004 merger, there were no filings done by the previous management of the public company between 1999-2004. This has been our 'Achilles Heal' in being able to move to the OTCBB and file any type of registration to continue funding various new projects. Today Ingen is now current with all of its reporting obligations, and both the OTCBB and filing of future registrations are within close reach," said Thomas Neavitt, CFO of Ingen Technologies.
Scott Sand, CEO further stated: "This is a monumental accomplishment for this company and for our shareholders. We have forged our way through, moving forward steadily and against difficulties, and accomplished building the necessary foundation upon which I believe we can grow a successful and fruitful company with increased earnings and shareholder value. The time has come for Ingen to succeed."
About Ingen Technologies, Inc.
Ingen has devised a business model with some very appealing operational and economic aspects. First, its core strength is obtaining intellectual property rights (owning patents and trademarks) to technologically advanced products, particularly with medical applications for the elderly portion of the population. There, aging increases the incidence of balance and breathing disorders. Second, Ingen out-sources its manufacturing, deliberately avoiding the necessary investment in, and headaches of, manufacturing. Third, in the case of Secure Balance®, OxyView® and OxyAlert®, the sales function is, and will be, outsourced to organizations with existing marketing channels (and Rolodexes). Again, Ingen escapes something many companies do not -- the costly and time-consuming necessity to create an internal sales force. There is a rational quid pro quo: Ingen gains immediate access to a productive marketing organization; the latter gains equally rapid access to an additional, and attractive, product to pour through its distribution pipeline. Thus, there are mutual -- and major -- economic efficiencies and timesaving, for both parties.
There is a real economic savvy to Ingen's approach in two particular respects. First, overhead expenses are sliced to a minimum: no internal manufacturing or selling. Therefore, a big chunk of any future incremental revenue growth would flow through the income statement to earnings. Second, in the future, Ingen is positioned to add other interesting technologies to its product portfolio, thereby boosting potential revenues and leveraging earnings.

Ingen Files Quarterly Financials and Moves Forward With Great Promise
On Friday May 15, 2009, 6:45 am EDT
YUCAIPA, Calif., May 15, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:IGNT.PK - News) a leading Global Medical Device manufacturer focused in the $ 4 Billion U.S. Respiratory Market for the growing ageing and emerging markets for Home (DME), Hospital and Aviation Industries announced today that they have complied with the reporting obligations of FINRA and the PINK OTC Markets.
The company was recently notified by PINK OTC Markets that after a review of the information posted to pinksheets.com, they have determined that the company has met the requirements for the Current Information tier for the period ending 02/28/2009.
Ingen Technologies has seen a slight increase in their Oxyview sales and distribution interest during the past two quarters, including several major events occurring with various OEM partnership negotiations that will be announced in the near future. ``We are discussing OEM partnerships with two large global distributors that have a strong foot-hold in the pharmaceutical and respiratory home medical equipment arena,'' stated Thomas Neavitt, Chief Financial Officer of Ingen.
The company has recently received issuance from China for the Oxyview patent and intellectual property rights in that country. With patents pending in the entire European Community and Japan, the company foresees no problems preventing their issuance as scheduled later this year.
About Oxyview:
Oxyview is a proprietary medical device with US issued patents that stands alone in an increasing patient home oxygen therapy market while there are 23 million patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in the United States, according to the World Health Organization, and another 12 million patients that are undiagnosed in the US. COPD is the fifth leading cause of death in the US and there are 600 million COPD patients worldwide where in most cases, COPD is either the first or second leading cause of death in other countries. The majority of COPD patients require continued home oxygen therapy, which includes all of the required equipment supplied by the home (DME) provider. With the new regulations for oxygen reimbursement in the US, the home (DME) providers need to cut costs to stay in business. Oxyview provides a substantial savings as a result of decreasing the number of service calls for the home (DME) provider. Oxyview is a pneumatic metering device that displays oxygen flow near the patient. The Oxyview flow meter easily and quickly installs on to the oxygen tubing nearest the patient where oxygen flow matters the most. Without the Oxyview, patients cannot confirm oxygen flow, and as a result there is an increase in anxiety and the patient calls the home (DME) provider with concerns. Oxyview also allows the home (DME) provider to trouble-shoot other equipment problems over the telephone which eliminates an on-site visit with the patient. More important, the Oxyview provides the patient with more assurance that they are receiving adequate and prescribed oxygen flow. The Oxyview costs less than a single service call.

Oxyview Purchase Orders Increase 200% While Moving Toward the $30M Sales Potential in the $4 Billion Respiratory Market
On Thursday April 23, 2009, 6:45 am EDT
YUCAIPA, Calif., April 23, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:IGNT.PK - News), a leading Global Medical Device manufacturer focused in the $4 Billion Respiratory Market for the growing ageing and emerging markets for Home (DME), Hospital and Aviation Industries announced today that orders from existing OEM partners, and new home oxygen DME providers have increased by over 200% just in the past 30 days.
The company received a second bulk purchase order from Qosina Corporation on April 3rd of this month, and then recently a third bulk purchase order for triple the quantity of Oxyview's on April 16th of this month. Qosina, founded in 1980, is a leading global components supplier to the medical and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, there has been an increase in Oxyview sales over the past 30 days from new DME providers and online patient purchasing, including Summit Home Medical, and CHAMPS Medical. Other companies like Airlift Unlimited and American HomePatient have expressed an interest and are evaluating the Oxyview. American HomePatient provides oxygen equipment and supplies, patient assessment and follow up, and sleep therapy equipment (CPAP and supplies) to patients in 13 mid-west states in the U.S.A.
Over the next two decades, medical costs related to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) will total approximately $832.9 billion in the United States, according to a study to be presented at the American Thoracic Society International Conference on May 22nd. The potential market for Oxyview would result in $30M annually in the US alone. The estimated future costs related to COPD, found that the disease will cost $176.6 billion in the U.S. over the next five years, and $389.2 billion over the next 10 years.
``While the home durable medical equipment (DME) providers benefit through the use of the Oxyview flow meter with their patients and clinical network, Oxyview sales are expected to increase as the respiratory industry continues to recognize the cost savings experienced through the use of our new Oxyview product. Ingen owns the intellectual properties and manufactures Oxyview, allowing us to offer the device at a competitive price, making it very affordable for the patient, and providing our distribution and the company with better than average margins and profits. Overall, the Oxyview continues to save government healthcare costs providing a more efficient means for home oxygen therapy, and improving quality care for the home oxygen patient,'' stated Thomas Neavit, CFO of Ingen Technologies.

Ingen is Granted Patent Rights for China in Estimated $200M Market
On Thursday April 16, 2009, 3:48 pm EDT
YUCAIPA, Calif., April 16, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:IGNT.PK - News), a leading global Medical Device Manufacturer focused on the $4B Respiratory market with their Oxyview products for the growing aging population and emerging markets for Home (DME), Hospital and Aviation industries announced today that the Chinese State Intellectual Property for the People's Republic of China is prepared to grant patent rights for Oxyview.
On April 10, 2009 the company was notified by the Del Mar, California based American Patent & Trademark Law Center that the Chinese patent application no. 200710005067.4 / Docket no. 3659-CHI will be granted for the Peoples Republic of China. In China, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in people over the age of 40 is much more prevalent than previously thought, according to researchers in Guangdong. According to an estimation by the World Health Organization, COPD ranks first among the burdens of diseases in China and accounts for one million deaths and five million disabilities each year.
Oxyview offers cost savings for the entire global oxygen industry. ``It has been 90 days since the 36-month cap on oxygen equipment rental went into effect in the USA. Most providers have found a way to stay in business; although the industry is only faced with the initial challenge associated with revenue reduction and lower reimbursement. Oxyview will play a small role in a huge and growing industry by eliminating unnecessary service calls to the home oxygen patient, and easily diagnosing equipment malfunction that could lead to malpractice suits. Oxyview stands alone in the in-line gravity independent flow-meter market, with potential sales of $30M annually, and savings in the industry of 10 times that amount. One Oxyview costs less than a single service call,'' Stated Scott Sand, CEO and Chairman of Ingen Technologies.

Ingen, Inc. (OTC.PK: IGNT)
Ingen Technologies brings over 20 years of experience and dedication to the design and support of medical devices, Ingen has helped many medical professionals meet clinical and economic objectives.
Ingen has developed medical products that provide a valuable benefit to the patient and cost savings to the insurance companies, Medicare and essentially the tax payer. The medical products provide a focus for the ever-increasing elderly population. These products are superior to any of our competition and they allow for effective medical product availability to seniors.
Ingen's Mission: Their Commitment to Customers
Ingen is committed to meeting the needs of their customers through ongoing product innovation and support. Ingen distributes its products through a national distributor network domestically and in Canada, Asia and European Communities. Ingen's commitment to customers continues beyond the sale of their product.
The Beginning
Ingen, originally a privately owned company founded for the purpose of providing medical solutions for our growing healthcare market, is now a publicly traded company and growing medical device manufacturer. In 1999, Ingen founders invested several millions of dollars in the research and development of state-of-the-art respiratory monitoring devices, with a focus on helping patients and preventing unnecessary costs to the healthcare system. With multiple patents, FDA classification and certifications, Ingen is the largest manufacturer of gravity-independent in-line oxygen flow meters, meeting the demand of the growing patient population and service providers. Their products are manufactured in the USA.
Their Capabilities
The company is proud of their capabilities in gas flow-meter technology and wireless digital data transfer of gas flow rate processing. Ingen is the first company to patent and develop transducers that detect oxygen flow rate and provide data transfer. This has revolutionized the oxygen therapy market providing user friendly solutions in monitoring oxygen levels and oxygen delivery systems.
Ingen Technologies, Inc. introduces Oxyview®, the World's First Patient In-Line Oxygen Flow-Meter. Another innovative respiratory product manufactured in the USA by Ingen Technologies; providing more confidence and assurance to patients using oxygen. Oxyview® is reusable, requires no batteries, works all the time in any position with all liquid or gas O2 systems, and easily installs anywhere below the cannula nearest the patient where oxygen flow matters the most. Oxygen suppliers and patients will appreciate that Oxyview® prevents many unnecessary service calls.
Oxygen is an element, a gas, and a drug that can help people who have certain lung diseases. The cells in the body get their energy from the interaction of oxygen with food. The energy produced is used to do everything from breathing, to carrying out bodily functions, to going to the grocery store. Some lung diseases, such as emphysema and sarcoidosis, reduce lung function to the extent that supplemental oxygen is needed to continue normal bodily function. For many people with end stage lung disease, supplemental oxygen allows their bodies to get the oxygen that they need and may also help them be more active.
To say that we need oxygen to exist is as obvious as saying we need water. But as we all know, water can also be a destructive force. The key, of course, is having the right amount in the right place at the right time. That is just as important for oxygen, especially for those who require supplementary oxygen.
An essential component to this remedy is a flow meter to ensure that the right amount of oxygen is being delivered, and just as important that it is being delivered at all. Regardless of the use of an oxymeter to measure blood gas, Oxyview® provides vital information related to functionality of the cannula and all of the oxygen equipment. If something is wrong with the cannula or equipment, the Oxyview® will show you immediately. This is usually achieved by a pneumatic flow meter, but most
that are currently on the market are expensive, attach at the tank, and are gravity-operated, which means that they only work in the vertical position with or without the cannula attached at the delivery source. In contrast, Oxyview® attaches to the cannula close to the patient— where oxygen matters the most. Oxyview® is 97 percent accurate and works hands-free in any position, whereas the conventional flow meter is less than 80 percent accurate and does not attach to the cannula.
Gravity-operated devices are also inconvenient for the patient since they must keep the tanks within sight to check the gauges for flow rate. If the tank is tilted even slightly, the gravity-operated flow meter becomes even more inaccurate and may cease functioning because friction is too great. One alternative is a digital flow meter, but these may be prohibitively expensive.
That's why the Oxyview® flow meter (Ingen Technologies, Inc., Yucaipa, CA) is a significant advance in the technology. When first launched in November 2007, it represented a new generation of pneumatic real-time safety devices. It has some notable features: accurate to within + 3% and versatile enough to work with all respiratory equipment—CP AP, concentrators, liquid and gas cylinders, on-demand conservers and more. It is not gravity-dependent and so can be placed at any point in the tubing, even by the patients themselves. Having the device close by for easy viewing allows the patient assurance and confidence, knowing that there is a flow of oxygen at the correct level. They are also able to quickly see if the regulator or concentrator is not working properly.
Check out IGNTs news. This is some big news for the company. I am expecting some record high volume in the am with some real nice gains. YUCAIPA, Calif., June 11, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IGNT - News), a medical device manufacturer with an emerging new medical product line for the respiratory market worth an estimated $4 billion in the U.S. and $8 billion globally, today announced the following information updating shareholders on company progress:
During Ingen's fourth quarter the company focused aggressively on its marketing and advertising saturation campaign. This included being a featured product at the Las Vegas MedTrade Spring conference. The company has also published full color advertisements in major medical publications, such as COPD Digest, AARC Times, Everything Respiratory, LUNG Magazine, Today's Senior Magazine, and many others. Management is focused and dedicated to branding the company's product lines and increasing sales and distribution. Ingen is also scheduled for several major market conferences during the first quarter-2010, including Alpha-1 in Orlando, MedTrade in Georgia and AARC.
During the fourth quarter Ingen filed two more provisional patents; one for its new IngenThermo drug product, and the other for its new cannula technology. The IngenThermo uses polymer-crystal technology to keep insulin and other glass vile drugs cool and safe. Ingen's engineering team is working on the tooling and molds to manufacture this new product using medical-grade polycarbonate as an insulating material, along with polymer-crystals. We expect to deliver this product during the first quarter-2010. The new cannula technology involves the use of special materials that are embedded within the PVC of the nasal cannula. As oxygen flows, it will change the color of the cannula which would indicate a specific flow rate. This technology will complement Ingen's Oxyview technology and secure the company's position as maintaining the gold-standard within the respiratory oxygen therapy market.
The fourth quarter ended May 31, 2010 has proven to drive Ingen in the right direction with increased sales, increased assets and a decrease in debts. Specifically, sales were 80% higher in the fourth quarter as compared to the third quarter. Total sales for fourth quarter were approximately $10,000, as compared to $5,576 ending in the third quarter. The company was able to decrease the $4.5M note to its major note holders to $1.9M. It is expected that the company will fully reduce the balance of the notes over the first quarter of 2010. The company has a pending purchase order from a major distributor for $100,000 expected to ship in July with new inventory. Another expected purchase order from one of our OEM partners amounts to $120,000. Further, the company's government services consultant is expected to close $1.4M in government sales during the first and second quarters of 2010, while GSA evaluates the company's application submitted in September 2009. GSA usually takes 6-12 months to complete and approve applications. The company expects to reach its projected sales of $11M by end of our 2010 fiscal year. BSI (UK) is evaluating Ingen's CE Mark application, and we expect to achieve the CE Mark during our first quarter of 2010. The CE Mark and the ISO 13485:2003 certification allows the company to fulfill export orders for China, Canada, Australia and the European Communities. The People's Republic of China is also currently evaluating the company's ISO Registration, and it is expected that its products will reach the Chinese market by July 2010.
During our fourth quarter, Ingen secured a signed GPO contract with MediGroup Physician Services; one of the nation's largest GPO for the alternate site marketplace, which consists of specialty physicians and surgery centers. MediGroup provides its customers with the purchasing power that is traditionally reserved for hospitals, while enabling participating manufacturers and distributors to deliver products and services to a focused demographic. A Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) is an entity that helps health care providers - such as hospitals, nursing homes and home health agencies - realize cost-savings and efficiencies by aggregating purchasing volume and using that leverage to negotiate discounts with manufacturers, distributors and other vendors. There are more than 600 organizations in the United States that participate in some form of group purchasing. The company is negotiating several other GPO contracts to grow its sales in the hospital commercial market, and expects to see revenues from MediGroup during the first quarter-2010.
Ingen is at its reflex point and on the verge of tremendous growth, after enduring a number of regulatory and economic obstacles. In the face of economic headwinds, the company obtained both FDA and ISO Certification and launched several new and inspiring medical products in the respiratory market. As a result of this success, we have attracted many investors and new shareholders. The company's product line is essentially recession-proof and continues to gain momentum in the respiratory markets. Ingen has made important changes to foster a growth culture with a clear vision for the future. With these successes and changes, the company has undergone a restructuring in order to align their incentives with that of their shareholders. The company is now keenly focused on growth, open communication, and leadership by example, as it works diligently to expand its sales and deliver shareholder value.
Ingen has developed a global perspective on the markets in which it competes. First, the company conducted a thorough market study for our products with InTouch Life Science Corporation, while at the same time filing patents and trademarks for our proprietary technology; second, the company properly registered their products with the FDA and qualified the products for FDA export; third, the company hired Emergo Group, a recognized global consulting firm that assisted us with the ISO 13485 Certification, CE Mark and distribution partners in order to comply with the world markets for distribution of their medical products; and finally, the company hired KGMA Business Solutions, a leading consulting firm to prepare and file their GSA Contract, as well as develop government contracts with the VA Hospitals and Department of Defense. More important, Ingen has lowered their production costs for their products, increased their margins and the margins of their distributors, while keeping a competitive edge on pricing their products in today's challenging medical markets.
"I continue to believe that our inspiration comes from many sources - our shareholders, customers and consumers, as well as our critics. Our staff and consulting team have a passion for what they do that ignites this inspiration every day, everywhere we do business. We remain fresh, relevant and original by knowing what to change without changing what we know. We are asking more questions, listening more closely, and collaborating more effectively with our distribution partners and strategic consultants to give our customers the product they need, and provide our shareholders with the results that they deserve and expect," said Ingen CEO Scott Sand.
