I am not in IVOC at all.  Got out .0012.

Opinion is this will fall hard the second after people are on file for the dividend.

And David is correct, it was already priced in because they were a part of IVOC.

We will see.  Not paying to play here.
Just one opinion, do the research

The open looks good (.0009/.001).  Still hanging in there.

News today.  If you were a shareholder on the 29th of July, you will receive an equal amount of shares for every share you owned in IVOC in each of the three new companies.  That's what I understand from reading the news.  This is a tremendous gift to IVOC shareholders!!  They will send prospectuses to shareholders of the three new companies  around August 12th.  The new symbols should show in your Brokerage account soon:  iVoice Technology, Inc. (IVTC), Deep Field Technologies, Inc. (DFTI) and SpeechSwitch, Inc. (SSPW).  Now, as much as I believe in taking profits, this is the kind of FREE shares I like!  News below:

About iVoice, Inc.

iVoice, Inc. designs, manufactures and markets innovative speech-enabled applications and computer telephony communications systems. While there are many companies that develop speech applications, most require licensing of the core speech recognition engine resulting in a costlier solution for the end user. iVoice pays no such royalty or license fees for any of its speech recognition applications. Customers include Avaya, Gold Kist, American Red Cross and Comdial. Interactive Voice Response products developed by iVoice allow PC databases to be accessed via voice or from a standard touch-tone telephone.

The Board of Directors of iVoice believes the best way to build shareholder value, separate and apart from the operating performance of iVoice, is to create new business opportunities by distributing shares of certain of our subsidiaries to our shareholders. In the past 13 months, we have taken major steps to restructure our company in ways that we believe will be most favorable to shareholders with the spin-off and/or distribution of the stock of separate companies. This is part of our broader strategy to reposition iVoice as a company focused on the development and licensing of proprietary technologies.

Ohad, I was in and out of this a week back.  Has been dropping steadily for the week.  Touched at .0006 on Friday.  Might come right back down to the .0004-.0005 area again. Not sure of the next run until there's news to move it.

Just received my bonus stock in the (3) new companies of IVOC.  SSWC and 2 others not clarified yet.  Still have full shares of IVOC so amounted to a true dividend. No valuation yet as I guess they have not started trading yet but will be interesting to see what plays out.
I had suspected the IVOC shares would disappear when the others showed up.

somebody041

Did anybody else receive the dividend?  I was a holder of the stock for a good few weeks but I sold towards the end of the dividend date.  I was under the impression that as long as I owned the stock on the dividend day I would get the reward, and I could sell the stock later that day with no penalty, but perhaps I'm misinformed.

Thanks.

Wow resurrecting  an oldie here. No recommendation just bringing some info up to date.

I bought a handful of IVOC ages back and also got the diddend in the form of shares in IVOT, DPFD and SSWC. Now DPFD is doing great they have some deal in China that sent the share price up. Anyway I am about even on the deal with IVOC and the distributed extra shares (which seems to be a stated aim of IVOC to acquire / invest in new companies and distribute shares in those companies to IVOC holders).

Well IVOC seems to be breaking out with increasing volume following an announcement on the latest acquisition. Here is a news link on what products the company they acquired are marketing:

iVoice, Inc. (OTCBB: IVOC - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=IVOC.OB ) Thomas Pharmaceuticals, a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc. is giving the over-the-counter antacid category a makeover when its stylish and soothing Acid+All(TM) hits the drug store scene this March. With the introduction of this sleekly packaged, high-end antacid, Thomas Pharmaceuticals adds a hip retro twist to the otherwise frumpy over-the-counter antacid category. Acid+All(TM) soothes heartburn with flair; its unique blue and white chicly designed tin harkens back to the days when apothecary products were packaged with panache -- a quality that today's upscale consumers are sure to covet.

"We're looking for that consumer who wants substance with style," said Tom Thomas, president and founder of Thomas Pharmaceuticals. "Acid+All(TM) relieves the increasingly common modern-day problem of heartburn while evoking another era - one of independent pharmacies and specialized products. This is an antacid that you'll want to display; it's the ultimate premium accessory."

The debut of Acid+All(TM) will be supported with advertising, sampling, sponsorships, public relations and special events. The advertising campaign, which broke on January 16th on the cover of Drug Store News, features Acid+All(TM) packages appearing as trendy accessories - such as a belt buckle on a well-dressed man and the handle on a designer purse.

Acid+All(TM) will appear at the National Basketball Association's New York Knicks and the National Hockey League's New York Rangers games at Madison Square Garden in the form of radio spots and floor signage. Acid+All(TM) will also partner with the uber-luxury hotel chain, The Peninsula, for extensive sampling at its New York and Chicago locations. Additional partnerships will include The Brooklyn Academy of Music, Aspen Food + Wine Festival, Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation and other luxury partners.

Available in March 2006, the 32-count calcium enriched, spearmint-flavored and sugar free tablets will retail for approximately $2.99. Acid+All(TM) will be sold through independent pharmacies and drug stores. Thomas Pharmaceutical plans to introduce Acid+All(TM) line extensions later this year along with other new OTC products.

Hmm IVOC continues upwards. As usual in penny (sub) land getting factual data on financials etc is difficult and prone to error. I can only conclde that this run is being fuelled by the recent 8K filing relating to the takeover of  Thomas Pharmaceuticals http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?repo=tenk&ipage=3937539&doc=1&total=9&back=2 . This acquisition gives IVOC a revenue stream (potential) with some stated targets around $1M in 2006 and > $6M in 2008 (these based on executive remuneration targets against Sales achieved.  Also CEO of IVOC stated Jerry Mahoney, CEO of iVoice, remarked, " With over $10.8 million in cash on our balance sheet, we believe we have the financial resources to move forward on this front."

Market watch has IVOC market cap at $8.9M based on 10Bn shares outstanding.

So IVOC now has revenue stream potental, $10M of cash on the balance sheet and a super depressed stock price / valuation.

I guess that is the fuel for this fire. Lets see if the volume and momentum sustains.

Yikes, I sold around $0.001 and stoped watching IVOC a week or so back. Currently trading at $0.0031 yesterday traded 1.5Bn shares.

Oh those pennies.... ;)

Possibly my need to share with the world when I put my foot in my mouth and how far... but I am in at .002 today - looked for most of the afternoon as though it had hit bottom around there; with fairly high volume I sense a lot of volatility.  What are all these other traders thinking when volume is over 1.3B?
I'll try to hold until mid-month to see how the acid+all opens; even so I guess/sense that holding for the long term may be positive given the efforts in raising publicity for the company in general- especially if there is any prospect of reverse-splits, etc. ... or apparently just rumor of them!
