Hi,

GNBT (GENEREX BIOTECH CORP ) on the Nasdaq is my pick for the following reasons :

* the avian flue has reached france and France can make a lot of media noise
* most scientists agree to say that it is only a matter of "when" not "if" the virus mutates
* media coverage is increasing every day
* Stock price is having a good momentum
* GNBT is about to make some kind of commercial agreement with the US authorities

NERX  <-----

NeoRx  Decent chart only has to get to 2.80 to double from here.  Well form Fridays close anyway.

To be very honest i do not know why this is my pick.  The chart is decent but there are so so soooo many nice charts out there it is hard to choose.  In fact, if i even post this as my pick I'll be surprised 3 different tickers have occupied this space.  First, was SPSC, which is a bb stock, so, it's a no go.  AFOP was the next choice and it appears to have broken through topside from a huge huge channel (about 2 years long and a 137% change inside the channel.  But, based on a prior price movement i anticipate that it will consolidate here.  ILE was next but the last week's candle is concerning.  However, it is a right hand bull and I'm pretty sure the pullback is over.  (Right hand bull you haven't heard of it before, it's new, i coined the term sometime last week).  But, the way i see it, you have to find a pick that is likely to double in a month to win this contest because there are a lot of 50-60% gainers out there to choose from so i guess i have to go with NERX.
In the world, of gifts from god, I succumbed to mediocrite and settled for engineer.  When here is where I belong.

My pick for this contest is NVTL.

This thing is extremely oversold with some poor news out over the past few weeks.  Lost a good bit of market share but still selling solid products and still competitive and most importantly still making money.  Reasons it's my pick and I'm looking to free up some money to buy:
1) still profitable and competitive in a great industry
2) big deal with Dell puts their wireless cards in all Dell computers
3) extremely oversold and looking for a bounce
4) solid base at around 8.25 w/ strong support as shown with the price by volume bar
5) RSI in strongly oversold territory and MACD bottoming out
6) strong volume at the bottom and some settling out over the past few days
7) little resistance and several gaps to fill before getting back to the 50 dma... ie has some room to maneuver (around 30%) before any major negative bouncebacks

NVTL just needs a little kick to get it jumpstarted and it could see 11 - 14 again.  Hopefully it happens this month  ;D

Here's the chart:

1)   Finisar Corp (NasdaqNM:FNSR)

2)   Turned up on my iwon.com screen as one of the top gainers for the day on fri 3/5/2006  on 10x volume.  Although it gapped up a whole lot I think it has potential as more investors become aware of it.  It spiked Friday because this network-equipment maker posted better-than-expected third-quarter results.  Chart does not look bad either as this might be in stage 1 of the uptrend.  So in this because of the momentum more than anything.

Pick: CENVEO INC (NYSE) / CVO

Reason:

Cup and handle, has room to run. Strong volume on breakouts - no where to go but up (me thinks). Insider purchasing is always a positive sign (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=CVO). They also outweigh sales. Sector and industry doing well as of late. Not that I really care but analyst opinion is positive (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ao?s=CVO). And I believe they will be making a profit rather soon. But, most importantly - chart looks good, trading strong, RSI pos, insiders buying.

My pick is NENG. I told everyone that I probably should have picked NENG for the third contest after I picked my other choice (and loser). NENG was up 38.6 % over the third contest window, which would not have one, but would have been good for third. So this time I am going to stick with NENG as I think its got a lot more to run. To understand NENG, start with this ---

CANTON, Mass. & SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2006--Network Engines, Inc. (NASDAQ: NENG - News), a leading appliance partner for Microsoft security solutions and Websense, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBSN - News), the world's leading provider of employee internet management solutions, today announced the integration of Websense Web Security Suite software with Network Engines NS Series Security Appliances. Websense Web Security Suite is now shipping on the NS6400 and NS8400 security appliances....

AND....

"Mr. Shortell joins Network Engines from Nokia where he was the Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing. During his tenure there, he was credited with developing Nokia's enterprise delivery network of distribution and reseller channels. While responsible for the global sales and marketing of Nokia's Enterprise Businesses Group, he expanded the business from $14 million in 1997 to more than $1 billion in 2004 by building sales and services in the network security, appliance, connectivity and mobility segments."

Now the OEM side is making more money than it was before and they have the NS side ready to start creating income. Shortell is here to make that happen. I personally feel that he will make it happen. The climb to $11.60 in 03 was pretty fast and steady. When one of these NS deals they have in the pipeline goes through, this stock will explode upwards, IMO.

"Everyone was sure it was going to give most of its gains from the 1.88 to 2.44 run, but it did not and on Friday it exploded upwards to a new high of 2.56, closing at 2.55. I started buying at 1.31 a few months back.

Before this week began I thought we would consolidate for one or two more days, get a PR which I thought would be Getronics, and move right up to $2.75. Well we got two PR's not close to the value of the Getronics news IMO, broke first and final resistance and landed at $2.55. With the Hetronics PR , we should move above $3.00 to $3.25

If you look at the chart below, NENG bottoms on its pullbacks and there is typically only a few days before it starts its next run. That pattern repeated itself here and is of note if you are swing trading this stock. If investors take note of that pattern we could see much more explosive moves off our retracements in the future. Simply stated, when we start to move now, we are going to move fast.

I would not want to be sitting on a short right now. One good PR and this stock is up 20-25% in a day form here. Thats what I believe.

From Yahoo MSG Board: "On Friday a buyer was buying everywhere and doing it frantically, almost as though he was on a time schedule, or either his order was so large he had no choice. I'm almost positive he was even taking out the ask occasionally when things slowed down. It makes one wonder how much he is trying to buy and I for one will be curious to see if it continues Monday. I do not think he was taking the ask to short it though, it just appeared as though it was being bought very aggressively.  This buying finally solidified everything we have been hoping would occur as far as the business model being successful. Smart money is being exposed and they apparently like it and feel certain this company is now in turnaround mode. ... I don't think it will be giving up much gains until we move further, unless this smart money is finished buying, my guess is that it has just started. "

My pick: EONC

It reported first profitable quarter last October ($0.05 per share) and is expecting to report another one in coming earning release.

Recent news:

eOn Communications Corporation(TM), a global provider of innovative communications solutions, today announced tha its partner 95Teleweb was selected by Microsoft China to provide contact center services for the company's telemarketing and customer contact initiatives. Under terms of the agreement, 95Teleweb will provide these services in support of Microsoft China's efforts to market it products and service its customers in China.

From the chart, it has higher lows and is ranked No.2 based on latest one quarter return  (229%) in the stock universe, just behind NICH.

My stock pick is Nutrition 21 (NXXI).

I like this stock mainly because of the ADX/DMI, my favorite indicator.  It is showing a strong uptrend, and despite the recent pullback from its 50% pop a couple weeks ago, the stock is still bouncing off the 5-day EMA and closing above it.  Also, all the EMA's are in the correct order from the top down (5, 13, 20, 50, 200).  Those are the ones I use, but only the 13 and 20 are shown on this chart.  The stock has been consolidating in a pennant pattern lately, and seems likely to break to the upside.

Hi,

My pick is CTCH

Commtouch Software Ltd. (NASDAQ:CTCH - News) is dedicated to protecting and preserving the integrity of the world's most important communications tool -- email. Commtouch has 15 years of experience developing messaging software, and is a global developer and provider of proprietary anti-spam and Zero-Hour virus protection solutions.

1) Business Updates:

   1. Achieved its tenth consecutive quarter of revenue growth in the
fourth quarter of 2005, and sees this trend continuing in the
      first quarter of 2006.

   2. Expects operational expenses to drop in the first quarter of
2006 compared to the fourth quarter of 2005.

   3. Has been experiencing a high rate of renewal business,
especially with its OEM partners, which is a key element to
      continued growth for the company.

   4. Sees strong demand continuing for messaging security products,
with global interest in the company's products remaining high.
The company will continue to sign new OEM partners during 2006.

2) TA:

RSI, MACD, ADX all look positive and doing well now.

Volume has been accumulated for three months around $1 and
   price will breakout $1.23 .

Pick:
IFO - Infosonics Corp

This is more of a earnings play, which is scheduled for 3/8.

With that in mind, I checked out the fundamentals of this stock.
Net Sales growth
2004:Q1-18.7mil, Q2-17.7mil, Q3-17.4mil, Q4-18.9mil
2005:Q1-24.0mil, Q2-32.5mil, Q3-54.2mil, Q4-reporting 3/8

EPS growth
2004:Q1-0.06, Q2-0.09, Q3-0.06, Q4-0.02
2005:Q1-0.05, Q2-0.07, Q3-0.13, Q4-reporting 3/8

"Estimates income from continuing operations before provision for income tax for the quarter ended December 31, 2005, to be at least $0.9 million, compared with $0.2 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2004."  "Revenue for the quarter ended December 31, 2005, is estimated to be at least $34.0 million, an increase of 74% as compared with $19.6 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2004."

The stock is currently trading at 4.42-Price/Book, that's a bargain for this kind of growth potential.

On Jan 30th, the company had a private placement for 13.5mil, priced the company at 13.1 and issued warrants for 18.38.  Perhaps, if I was an investor at the time of the announcement, I would be like what the hell...  Since I wasn't, I been monitoring the stock and it has corrected itself to price in the premium paid for the debt issue.  This is actually good for new investors coming in, using the private placement as a benchmark, don't forget institutional/private investors has valued this stock around 13.10 and believe it has potential to hit 18.38.  In many cases when mini caps looks for capital, investors expect and demand risk premium, its expected.

Currently looking at the stock, the stock has been up for 5 straight days.  It's just screaming for a break-out, it had attempted to go lower but it failed twice.  I believe its called a double bottom, but not sure with the terminology.  If earnings is a blowout, who know where this stock will hit, 20? +60%, the competition?  FYI, I added 900 shares to my portfolio.

1.)My pick is CPST!!! >:D

2.)Reason's its my pick:
-Tons of insider buying last week! >:D
-66 million dollars in cash and virtually no debt
-100 million share float
-chart is showing a symMetric triangle
-deals with Wal-mart! all reason I love the stock...

With over 3,000 Capstone MicroTurbines worldwide, Capstone Turbine is the leading provider of microturbine cogeneration systems for clean, continuous energy management, energy conservation and biogas-fueled renewable energy.

Plan the trade! Trade the plan!

Athakinu

I will be smashing my head to the wall by picking the same stock as last time, AERTA  8).
AERTA manufactures and markets composite building materials that can be used as an alternative to traditional wood products for certain applications in the construction industry.

Fundamental reason:
Fundamentally nothing has changed from last time.
The company has been doing very well recently. 2004 their net income was 1.5 millions but so far for 2005 their net income is about 3.4 millions (4 quarter excluded). Recently they announced that  unaudited gross sales for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 were $24 million, up 55% over gross sales of $15.5 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2004.
There was some insider buying late November.

Technical reason:
It is now resting on a 61.8% Fibonacci (see short term chart) and it is little above an old resistance which now becomes a support (see long term chart). So the downside is minimal but with positive news a very likeable upside (positive earnings announcements f.ex...)

Loffigus

1) ISV -  INSITE VISION INC COM

2) They are an inexpensive stock, between $1 and $5 which typically can give large percentage gains in a short period of time.  They have a product which is in great demand (they work with eyes).  They also recently recieved needed funding and are completeing their required studies.  Overall, they are in a position for their stock price to appreciate over the next month.  They have a conference coming at the end of April, and I anticipate some heavy buying on speculation that the conference will present some very good news on their new research

3) Chart

My pick: CNXT (Conexant Systems Inc.)

Reasons: I see CNXT (and JDSU for that matter) making a strong push to $5.00 within 1 month from now...the semiconductor industry is very optimistic about demands for chips from the end-customer the rest of this year and demand has actually grown around 7% from last year this time.

chart is looking bullish too, with RSI steadily pushing to the 70 level and MACD just entering positive territory.

good luck!
