rv,

Past history is indicative of future behavior.

They (Circuit City) extended the program on the 5th of January, taking it out to March 15th.  The verbage can be taken many ways.  But they did extend it exactly 10 days ahead the last time.  That would have been March 5th this time.  This would have been last Friday or today in my view.

Sure, they can probably cancel at any time.  But why ?  It is a Cash Cow for CC.  And why did they not just extend it more than 2 months the last time ?

And then explain the new Circuit City locations in Florida beginning the program last week.  Why do much more than the stated number of Pilot stores in the filing if it was not a go ?  And why new Circuit City stores added as of last Friday ?  They would be taking the displays down, not adding new locations.  The Sunday Circular and online advertising also remains.

My opinion is that CC wanted the 10K early by GZFX showing company cash.  CC wanted to see the DVDAvenue acquisition take place for more titles and another Distribution Center.  And CC and GZFX wanted the new website (which I confirmed with Chip to be coming this quarter).  It is important for CC to know that GZFX can handle the traffic.

Only a PR will tell the story.  But I certainly like it more and more now that the 5th has come and gone.  Many people remember the extension and are waiting to buy until concrete news.

The play for me is the immediate appreciation on the news.  All of the people chasing the Price will make for an outstanding return, imo.

It is unbelievable how well the price has held on absolutely no news.  Any news and we take off, imho.  So many traders are waiting to pull the trigger on GZFX upon CC confirmation.

It is the perfect time to be long, imho, ahead of the news.  This is how the pennies work.

Moving up over 50% the past few trading days on no news is powerful.
Imagine the immediate appreciation when something crosses the wire.

We will certainly see soon enough.

I remain 100 % invested in GZFX for the news.  Do what makes you comfortable.  But to answer your question, I would not worry about a cancellation based on the Florida events and the amount of straight Profit to Circuit City.

fill_the_gap, I agree.  The Florida store being added only affirms that Circuit City cancelling the deal with GameZnFlix an unlikely event.  If Circuit City was intending to cancel the deal, they would be scaling down the GameZnFlix display and reducing store locations, not expanding store locations and resuming print/online/store advertisements.

If you look at the intraday chart below, the early morning drop was followed by a strong recovery up to $0.0115, surpassing the opening pop of $0.0112.  I attribute the afternoon drop to daytraders closing out trades followed by general market sentiment (look at the Dow/Nasdaq intraday chart and see the drops in the afternoon).

What's significant today is that GZFX remained positive all day without going below the opening price of $0.0102!  106 million shares traded in volume is healthy compared to the 3 month average of 35 million shares.

Of course, there are many that are holding their breath to see what will happen "this time around" but as fill_the_gap and many other posters on other MBs have pointed out, situation is different and GameZnFlix as a company is in much stronger position than before.  The 50% rebounding gain with 424+ million shares traded last Thursday is very significant for me indicating that there is tremendous interest that will jump in once rebound indicators remain positive.

Today's gain will continue to improve the rebound indicators and ease the "nervousness or uncertainty" of GZFX.  Since last year, GameZnFlix as a company has been working to improve market position and new pipelines such as on-demand download service.  As fill_the_gap posted, we should consider "all" aspects of the company operations such as the deal with AAFES.  As GameZnFlix market position grows stronger (their next PR should include subscription number increase), Circuit City deal may become gravy, and not the "only" deal for GameZnFlix.

LiveLife, Applaud for your work !!

Something interesting to consider from the 8-K.

Note the change in language from " Pilot " to " National Rollout ".
This may give more of a decision for the Agreement this time around.

Form 8-K/A for GAMEZNFLIX INC

5-Jan-2006

Entry into Material Agreement, Financial Statements and Exhibits

ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On October 4, 2005, the Company entered into a Services Agreement with Circuit City Stores, Inc. (see Exhibit 10.1). Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will run a pilot program, to commence on November 1, 2005 and ending on January 15, 2006, in 17 retail stores and on the Circuit City website to promote the service offered by the Company. If the pilot program is deemed a success by both parties, the parties will expand the pilot program to the remaining approximate 600 retail locations of Circuit City in the United States by adding 55 Circuit City stores per month. Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will share in the revenue from the sale of Company memberships through Circuit City.

Attached is a press release issued in connection with this agreement (see Exhibit 99).

On December 28, 2005, the parties entered into an amendment to the Services Agreement (see Exhibit 10.2). Under this amendment, the parties agreed to extend the pilot program until March 15, 2006. Thereafter, if the parties mutually agree that a national rollout of this program is mutually beneficial, they will enter into a definitive agreement for such national rollout.

ITEM 9.01 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND EXHIBITS
EXHIBITS.

Exhibits included are set forth in the Exhibit Index pursuant to Item 601of Regulation S-B.

I would like to add a thought to the Florida store(s)....i kept hearing stories of the additional stores, and saw them listed on (another board).  some were saying they had the gzfx in them, others saying they weren't, so yesterday i took the initiative to call them all, and they all do have them.  if any of you would lke the store locations and tele numbers for yourself, i'd be happy to post them.

Fill, my initial post was to state that, yes, the wording could be interpreted in more than one way, and i had only interpreted as, prior to March 15th, they both had 10 days before to cancel the agreement.  but after seeing the post from the other board, i can see how it could also mean either has the right to cancel on or before march 15th, and after that, have 10 days to cancel the program.

I took an initial hit on this stock, but bought back in after i saw that they had gotten thru the 10 days before, march 15th, stay of execution.  i just hope i'm reading it right.

If the CC deal is announced as expected (agreement for a National Rollout), at what price should I start to realize a profit.  I have a dollar cost average of .0089 PPS.

rv

I'm not trying to be a smart-alic, but are you not already showing a 25%-30% profit...?

bmarc4211

Realize a profit - actually sell shares and not just hold a paper gain.

is it mid march yet? this next week is going to be tough waiting lol

One of the qualities that is nice about this pick is the fact that GZFX will have mass appeal.   The theory is brilliant, reminding me of the likes of Sirius or XM.  With the proper marketing and push from a reputable retailer this could certainly go mainstream.   Good Luck Trading

watching a big sell off this morning, and i noticed ARCA isn't in there keeping the price steady.  is everyone, as well as me, getting impatient w/ the roll out?  just as i had regained my confidence in this co., i find myself standing in right field, slumped at the shoulders, kicking dirt piles again...very discouraging.

on another note, (call me bi-polar, if you will), i did take the liberty to call the 6 stores in Florida, that were not part of the pilot program, and they did all have GZFX in their stores.  I'm not pumping that this is anything but what it is, i just took the liberty to follow up on an "internet" rumor.  i would be happy to post these locations and ph. numbers, or send them p.m. if anyone would like them.

brandyjoco

Thanks for following up on the rumor.  I have a little GZFX (only $500). It's getting slammed today but so is everything else.
