Hi slomo

be back since day before yesterday, had some days off.

little rough today  ;) , good for bying.

regards andyman

Yes, it's days like these when I realize I'm not a daytrader for a reason.   ???

It will recover, but a few big early morning sells started a morning panic.  It has since recovered a little...making me feel a little better.  It would help if they would put out the 10q, that is the reason the panic selling happened IMO.  Too many people worried they won't get it out in time (they still have a week!).

I didn't sell anything, and will continue holding until next year if needed.

andyman

Slomo,

Correct, the OTC community is a quite fickle type of investor. The extra manipulation in that market round it up perfectly.
I think also that some guys expected the filing today morning and took it as a reason to sell off. Perhaps lead by some MM who want to drive the market intentionally deeper so that some shaky guys sell their shares.
May consider followings. The last days where very quite. The low volume may have been selling out of MM's depots.  People where holding their shares tight and did not sell them. In order to refill their depots, a little shake is needed.
Some MM's like to keep a stock of particular interesting shares to have the liquidity to fill demand at the bottom, and each share in their depot can be lend twice.
Have been trying to buy the last days, but got seldom filled. Also today.
Unfortunately I started late today, and I could not take advantage of the 0.04 spike.

BTW slomo, in many cases of the last days ARCA was me!
Its quite amusing to follow the fickle gang at RB.   ;D

Haha, I really didn't think it was Prestige buying but I wasn't sure, many believed it was.

Thanks for the reassuring thoughts.  How's the old saying go, buy low, sell high.  Can't say it's not nerve-wracking though.

andyman

Slomo,

This shares is nothing for day-trade. To less volume and high spread. Not like the regulated market. Either you use the momentum for a couple of days if it is right, or you set for the long run based on solide facts.

Just compare with August and Mai, in the 10Q week it always wend down and recovered some days later.

SWKJ is developing good and is on the right track, IMHO. Daily/weekly shakings means nothing. The setup with Prestige Asia is good. The concept is still OK.  Some more thoughts later, today I am tight.

If Nurse does not answer questions from fickle pennyshare players, is fully OK. As already said his job is to get contracts and these projects moving. That servers everyone!
I would draft a standard letter an would order my secretary just to attach it to any e-mail in this regard. A startup company cannot hire a lot of staff entertaining penny trader.
Believe me, I have full understanding for him. I am managing a foreign branch office and I know what I am talking about.

Considering ARCA:  :)
Some minutes ago I removed my order, but to prove that's true I will put a new job in just 10 min starting now, 200 block, so you will see a 400 at bid ARCA 0.045.

andyman

slomo007

Your ARCA bid is right on time.  I hope you don't get filled (I hope it moves up!).

I agree that Nurse shouldn't care about daytraders who are out for a quick buck, and should worry more about the people who are in his company for the medium to long term.  Unfortunately he doesn't really take the time to try to decide who is who, and treats almost everyone as a daytrader.  I was able to get him to respond to one of my emails a month or so ago, but nothing since despite 2 further emails asking valid questions concerning the future of the company.  That is probably my one complaint about the company so far, perhaps when they become large enough they will hire a PR firm to handle the investors and their concerns.  Still not a major complaint however, considering things could be much worse (little or no communication is much better than false information).

andyman

Slomo,

You will see, I will not get filled! And that is a little suspicious for me since approx. 50% of my holdings I got through the bid. So that means that there was a time were there was real selling pressure.
But at the moment (so since some weeks) I can put in the bid what I want, no fill at all. That means no real selling pressure or shorting pressure. However, still the price goes down. And that baffles me.
The ARCA bid comes, because i am trading through Interactive Brokers (IB). There buy bids go to ARCA and their buy asks go to NITE, opposite is it at selling.

Well, concerning Nurse I fully agree with you. He may concentrate at the moment on the projects and if real Rev. is flowing than he may invest in the "bubblehead" (as we like to say for administration). And that is reasonable.

Thought I would create a post for anyone who is just reading this thread for the first time and doesn't want to read through the whole thing.

Basically when Ramsburg first recommended this stock, he was doing so pretty much solely on a technical level.  SWKJ had almost nothing fundamentally attractive about it, besides ownership of an old Wal-Mart building in Florida that they are going to renovate and sell/rent for a profit.

Since then, the beauty of Thailand has hit the stock hard.  PrestigeAsia has agreed to purchase shares from the float (8.5M held as of August, no news since then) and convert them to certificate form so they can't be used for shorting - big plus.

They have been awarded the following contracts for a total of about $30-35M in the past couple of months:

2 large warehouses for VMC industrial glass
1,770 affordable houses
10 luxury houses
24 condos

Information about these projects can be found here (it's a PowerPoint presentation from their website - www.mysiteworks.net): http://www.mysiteworks.net/downloads/SiteworksBuildingandDevelopment-ResortLiving.ppt

The only bad news to come from recent months was a 40M share s-8 filed for employees.  They are being used for employee bonuses of the company, and not for public financing, as specified in the s-8 filing.

Recently we have learned that Knightsbridge Law (another of Prestige's affiliates) has agreed to finance SWKJ in their new Thailand contracts.  This is huge news as it means that no dilution will be needed.

If you are looking to buy, or are interested in the stock, this is the time to consider it.  The recent drop, from what we can tell, is due to the NT-10Qsb filed on Wednesday.  The company has filed 5 of these in the past and have never missed the extended deadline.  I think they'll get the 10q out without a problem sometime next week.

The price hung around the .02 level when it had almost NOTHING going well for it, and now it's only around .045 (down from .10+) only a few months later even though it has $30M+ signed contracts.  Also, they have stated that management will be travelling to Thailand after Thanksgiving and this will likely (but not for sure) mean more contracts are on their way.

The latest figures I have from the T/A, as of last week, are:

144M OS
66.7M Restricted

As andyman has said, this is not really a daytraders' stock.  The spreads are generally fairly large, and the volume can be low some days.  However, if you are willing to wait until the Spring, when financials come out with the new contracts, I think you'll be rewarded.

Not trying to be a pumper, but I am just sort of summarizing this thread...there is far too much here to read.  If I missed anything feel free to add to this.  As always, do your own DD before buying and feel free to add more and/or question and criticize my post.  The more discussion, the better for everyone.

slomo007

andyman, is that you on the bid still?  Looks like you've picked up quite a few more shares in the past couple of days.  It pays to not be emotional.  Let's hope you're right.  ;)

andyman

Hi slomo,

yes it's me ;D

I got some more but not that much as you may belive. As you see, in playing with the bid and ask you can sense how liquid the market is. And I can tell you, its dry...like in the dessert. Yesterday I took one position on the ask, only 40000 shares. The job got only filled half.

As already mentioned, either on the bid or ask, many of the trades do not reach me. So that could be a kind of depot balancing - shifting of shorts - by the MM's.

Concerning the emotions ...you are absolutly right  ;)

slomo007

10q filed: http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1106643/000129707705000158/sworks_q.htm

Nothing too surprising.  They did throw a small blurb near the bottom about the $30M+ in contracts to be started in January.

gmarc66

This is the after hours n/r on that contract:
